This looks amazing I don't know if you remember I Love Lucy but there's an episode where the girls work and the boys had to do the housework and Ricky cooked it was Jens chicken but I think I'm going with Rich's meal and the guacamole yum I love you guys just a little trivia have a great weekend ❤️❤❤❤😊

Authentic for sure..we dined at a local Mexican restaurant in our area a few weeks ago. When they brought out the guacamole appetizer it was exactly like yours. I could have made a meal out of it (with chips) alone. We definitely found our go to Mexican place here where we live. If we’re ever back in the Gatlinburg area, we will check this one out. Thanks for all you do😊

Oh my your meal looked delicious! Like yourself, Jenn, I too like homemade guacamole and was nice to see chunks of avocado throughout it!
Sometimes I don’t mind paying a bit more, especially if the food is fresh and good!

I make ACP (ARROZ CON POLLO) here at home and its my go to when I'm not making chicken fajitas. Yall made great choices there. Some Mexican places only give you chicken and cheese sauce over rice but I prefer it with the veggies. I put sliced zucchini, onions and broccoli in my ACP when I make it.

I use to make frequent trips to the area, but it's been a long time, so I really enjoy you reviewing the new restaurants and the older treasures. Do you live in the area or just visit often? We eat out a lot, we really don’t eat a lot! We do enjoy our dinners and always take home enough leftover for a second meal during the week!

We have a home but we travel about once a month in our RV. We are semi retired- have a small part time business.

Ya, sometimes we have a hard time recording with the background music playing so loud. If we came during rush dinner times with lots of people talking and laughing the music wouldn’t seem so loud
