Greenbrier is famous for their acclaimed chef-driven menu, which specializes in hand-cut prime steaks, fresh produce, and craft cocktails. What a cool place. Might be a good place for a special occasion meal for us some day. We dont particularly believe in ghosts but I've some experiences I couldn't quite explain. You guys do a great job with the vids. Its always a pleasure to watch, especially the Smokies videos. Thank you for taking me there when I can't be there.
I was CRACKING up at the side eye Henry gave when mentioning he was excited for the fries like, “….yea this is good but I’m ready for some fries” 😂 always impresses me how refined/composed Gentry is. That boy is so unique. Both your boys are. What a nice family it’s nice to see. Jennifer looked gorgeous! Loved her outfit!
This was my first time seeing a pork chop with 2 bones. But I do love that ya’ll take your kids everywhere you go! My parents did that growing up. We were never with grandparents (babysitters) - we went to NASCAR, concerts, restaurants, etc. Your boys will never forget these experiences ❤.
Same here! We went everywhere with my parents. They had small businesses forever, and we were always there also.

I love this place! My experiences her have always been top notch!! It's not something we do every time we are out there, but it's our go too place for special occasions. That spoon bread rocks!! I have never eaten anything there that was not perfect in taste, temperature, presentation and quality. Hope ya'll have a great week ahead! God bless!

Hello amazing family from Kelly (aka KDE). 😊. First of all, when I saw your notification I was so nervous. I would have felt horrible recommending a place for others only to be disappointed. I'm so thrilled all four of you enjoyed it! Y'all describe things so well and did a much better job than I could have ever done. Plus, may I say the entire family looked very snazzy!! Second, our family feels the same way y'all do.... everything is incredible. From the service to the food, plus the beautiful setting..this place can't be beat!! Amen to the King Filet being the best steak in the Smokies!! The only thing I don't understand is why y'all don't have at least one million followers!! We need to spread the word about this channel. It's so nice to have such wonderful people put out such great content! I'm so happy y'all had a great experience!! 😊

I have always wanted to go to this restaurant. I watch every review if it that I see and can’t wait for the day!! Im alone, but sone out often at local places. However, I don’t want to go to such a special place alone. One day…

You would really enjoy their pork chops. To be honest, the next time we go here, I might order them myself. I tried some of her pork chops and they are hands down, the best I've ever tried. The boys said, thank you! We love you too and hope that you have an amazing weekend.

The Greenbrier is my family's favorite restaurant in the Smokies. We went there last year for my 75th. birthday dinner. The filet steak is delicious. My granddaughter always gets the duck. Your boys are very well mannered.

The food~I had never had a filet until April 1st of this year, I always had ribeye. Oh my what was I missing!!!!! Wow! Now I will never get anything else. I bet their salad dressing was fantastic! I would love love love to go there!

We read your comment to Gentry and Henry and they said, thank you. That's very kind. We bet their ribeye is excellent too, but that filet was amazing. Formerly, our favorite pork chop was at Perry's in Franklin, Tennessee; however, the pork chop at Greenbriar is our new favorite. The one at Perry's is sweet and has an apple glaze, while this one is savory and just phenomenal. Brent and I have birthdays 3 days apart from one another, so this was a celebration on a day in between our birthdays. You are so right, Hannah's service sure did make up for the poor service at West by God, that's for sure. We hope that you have an excellent week ahead, Candace.

Everything Looks delicious! Crème brûlée is suppose to be served cold. Right before serving they sprinkle with sugar and use a torch to melt it and create the crust. So good! Your family looks so nice.

Greenbrier is one place we’ve never been, but will put it on the list, everything looked great! The highlight of the video was Gentry’s look of absolute disgust when he tasted the Crème Brûlée 😂 I’m not sure he trusts your opinions anymore!
Y'all will not be disappointed in dining here. They revamped their menu in June of 2023. Lol, Gentry was not fond of the Creme Brulee at all. He's not a fan of the texture of pudding and apparently Creme Brulee lol. We hope that y'all have an awesome weekend.

I didn't know that they offer a kids menu. Every other review I've seen makes it look like this is more of a date night restaurant. We tried to get reservations for this restaurant back in February but no one would respond to calls or emails. The food looks really good.
We're sorry to hear that they didn't answer the phone. You can also make reservations online through Resy. There were 2 other tables in the main dining area who had kids, some people were there for a date night, and several other tables had larger groups/families. It's definitely a restaurant that is great for a nice date night, but they also have a great kids menu. Some people were really dressed up, while at other tables, they were in shorts and were wearing hats. We are still talking about how much we enjoyed our experience here and we hope that you also have a pleasant experience when you visit. Thanks so much for commenting and watching, Christine.

Med well no one eats meat medwell it’s like jerkey .
Our son loves his steak medium well and so does the 1 out of 5 Americans who order their steak that way. You must be going to some lousy steakhouses if they’re cooking a medium well steak and the texture is like jerky.
Might be the same place the browns go to every year.
