Lol Quality House is the brand that I use for our well liquors at the bar. Goes for $5 a shot
Quality house is Heaven Hill. Even look at how it looks like the og bottom shelf heaven hill bottle that they used to have out up till a couple years ago.
Bought a bottle of Clyde Mays because you like it so much and it's delicious!! I'm new to whiskey so went with the Alabama Style for the lower proof and it's so smooth

You need to get a JTS Brown, Bottled in Bond if you haven't had it. Great $20 bottle in Kentucky. Much better than their standard offering.

Linkumpinch is descent whiskey. The distillery and tasting bar and warehouse as far as I know is probably about the size of a 3 car garage very small.

This is what im like when I by my rock! I look for the colors, and smells. The smokablity and of course the cost .
Don't know if you'll get lucky but the old fits bib 10 year this drop is pretty damn good didn't really think the last one was good but this one is damn tasty like a oaky honeycomb flavor? That's just me though
What do you do with excess whisky bottles that you can't fit on the shelf? You can't possible drink all of them at the rate you buy them.
My dad was a bourbon guy and what he did was have guess over to try nee whiskey and if he didn't like it he give it to a guest who did or if he liked it he keep it. A lot of bourbon drinkers do it cause they will all go and taste there buddies new bottle and either leave with it or not.

You are right that bottle-in-bond is a guarantee that at least some quality procedures were followed and the proof is 100. This is also why most whiskey that is below 90 proof tells me that most bottlers simply go for dilution rather than taste , so, they can maximize profits.
Have you considered making a video on whiskey red flags or something? I am a new guy to whiskey and also a graduate student with a slim budget, so I'd prefer to not buy crap. It would be neat to see what turns you off of a bottle.

That brand to the right called New Riff. Idk if you’ve tried that and idk about the regular straight bourbon but single barrel bottle I got was very good. They have an interesting mash bill at 65% corn 30% rye and 5% malted barley. Definitely a tasty bottle to try out at least

brewzle! I think I know an irish whiskey you'll LOVE. Its called 'limavady'. Its an old recipe that the brothers brought back recently. Finished in sherry casks and bourbon barrels which adds a familiar taste to it, and every bottle I've had has blown me away. Please try it I'd love to see your opinion

The bottom shelf old style bottle is definitely a Chinese knockoff of the Heaven Hill “Old Style” With the white label that was like 12 bucks.
