Great question Woody. As a matter of fact I am embarrassed that I didn’t talk about that in my videos. Guess I’ll blame my inexperience to making these things. In my case I didn’t have a rubber seal. I had a foam strip that was about 1/8” maybe 3/16” thick and maybe 1-1/2” wide. No sealant was used on it.

There should have been a rubber seal between the van roof and the bunk floor. What happened to the rubber seal that was in there from the factory?
