Sean Connery was second James Bond, David Niven Casino Royale was first. Timothy Dalton played Bond in the film Licence to Kill. The term "Licenced to Kill" was used almost as a postscript to the name James Bond from the start. It came with the job.
@@pauzeandrewind Yeah, the whole idea of James Bond was there was a small elite set of British super-spies who were trusted to use their judgment in the field, "licensed to kill" the UK's enemies without checking back with superiors for permission. Would be very troubling in the real world, but played lightly in the movies to justify all Bond's cheeky cinematic action nonsense. 🙂 The phrase is associated with all the "double 0" spies, not just Connery (but I'm betting Ren grew up with Connery as "his" Bond. 😀 )
I heard a woman once say that when she was little and was scared of the dark, her mother always told her to look into the dark, and it won't be dark anymore. Practically speaking, that would be because our pupils dilate in the dark and we can see better over time because our eyes adjust to the dark. But she was using this as a life lesson to look at anything that she was scared of. If you stop being scared of something, and you look that thing you're scared of square in the eye, your eyes start to dilate and you see it more clearly. It starts to be less scary. I think of this every time I hear this song. But also, in general, I think people dilate in the dark because we open up to more wisdom and understanding and knowledge and strength when we go through dark times. So yes, people dilate in the dark as well. I love those two lines. So many layers. Like an onion, and ogres, layers ;-)
I feel like people often miss the double on that. “Pupils” can also mean students. Young growing minds, dilate in the dark. People die late in the dark.
I love Ren's Loosing It which he does over a track that was created by an Australian producer named Fisher. I've watched a ton of reactors for Ren and I've never seen anyone who talked about the original track and compared it to what Ren put over it. Most reactors go into Hunger from Ren which is another one where he raps hard. Also Coast Contra dropped a new video AYO that you have to react too. Keep up the great work man!

I agree with some of the commenters here, you need to hear Ren's acoustic version of Genesis. Ren creates his own beats, including this one with the distorted vocal hook, so you really should hear what it sounds like before he produced it in the studio. Telling you it's 🔥is one thing but you really need to hear it for yourself. ✌

(Genesis, my favorite) 😉❤
Just binged all Ren reactions and I love your insight, analytical mind and perspective! All brilliant reactions and I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for more Ren! You have my sub and I’ll accompany you through the rabbit hole 🙌🏼
Thanks so much!! Glad to have you along 😊
So look forward to your ren reactions... you really do appreciate all that he is and gives.. i love it thank you 🙏
Big love ❤ 🇬🇧
While this was a one-take video. it took quite a few takes to get it because Ren kept getting almost hit by cars :)
I figured! I even said "how are they doing this?" in the reaction when he was crossing the street. It was like the whole city was choreographed. Haha
