    I’m 40+4 days. Did this 3 days straight for 1hr30 minutes 3 times a day because I wanted it to work so bad and this did nothing.
    Update: I actually went into labor on day 2. But I also went to bed listening to oxytocin sounds on TH-cam and I also prayed before going to bed that night. I think they all worked together. Thank you Jesus

    The whole 37th week I’d had uncomfortable contractions every day for up to 8 hours a day that sometimes got extremely uncomfortable before tapering off into nothing. At 37 + 6 my husband helped me do these exercises and within 2 hours intense contractions had started and after 7 hours of labor our little girl arrived!

    Going to try this in July with my 2nd baby! My first cooked all the way to 42 weeks with no engagement at all so I'm definitely open to ANYTHING at this point 😂

      Oh momma you are soo patient so proud of you! Pelvic balance throughout pregnancy is going to be your friend! Try my AM & PM pregnancy stretching exercises (pelvic balancers)! They also helped me so much with achy hips/back, especially in those last weeks of pregnancy!

    When is a good time to start this? Im week 35 and wondering might be too early to start? I was told my baby is in good position from ultrasound

    I've had an exhausting week of stop-and-go labor. I'm talking 9-15 hours a DAY of contractions and labor pains, then radio silence. Midwife team won't do anything, saying this is all normal, so I'm going to give this a try. Due date is tomorrow 🤞🏻

      I bet you are exhausted! I had a similar story of prodromal labor for days! I did these exercises for my first birth and had her in my arms that night. For my second I again had prodromal labor for days. I took a nap, had chiropractor adjustment, did a few exercises and had her in my arms that night too.

      I'm dealing with prodromal labour for weeks now, thinking of opting for CS after several failed induction. I would try this in the morning. 40+1

    Cannthe side lyimg release be done alone? I habe no one who would stay 15 min pwr side everyday there to prop my pelvic bone

    In the lower inversion, don’t forget to tuck pelvis!! Round back.

    Is this only to start labor early? My OBGYN told me to look at spinning babies videos since my baby is breeched but I’m only 32 weeks, gonna be 33 weeks on Saturday 😅

      Spinning babies exercises are designed to make room for baby to spin into a good birth position by lengthening the inner pelvic ligaments. You can check out their website for extra info linked in the description box. 🥰 I started after 39 weeks and did them 3 times a day.

      The rebozo sift is about 3-5 min
      The forward leaning inversion is 30-45seconds
      The side lying release is 3-15min each leg. 🥰

    Hi Im 37 weeks and 1 Day , My Baby is head down for a while now , im gonna be 38 weeks next week , she have move a little bid down but im not dilated yet im still closed looking to get dilated of course by 38 weeks and some days what exercises should i do ? so it help me to get dilated or baby head engaged ? to start dilating

    Rebozo sifting kicked me into active labor. Its good.

      i’ve done forward leaning inversion and side release so often, but haven’t tried rebozo sifting it looked like the least effective one! glad i saw this!

    Really looking forward to doing this with my husband when he gets home from work today. Im 35+4 today and baby has already dropped into my pelvis, but I'm not sure if his head is engaged. He's my first baby and i know it's a little optimistic, but judging from how I've been feeling recently, i anticipate him being born before his due date. Looking forward to seeing how this helps!

      Baby still has some cooking to do for sure but spinning babies works to align inner pelvic ligaments which is sooo great for preparing for the big day! 😘😆😤 excited for you! Keep me in your journey!

      Am 39weeks gone,and am having little pain round my back ,when I got to the hospital they said it was labor but my body is not yet open

      Why would you want to birth him before he is fully developed?

    Currently 39 weeks. Baby boy has been in position a few weeks but at the doctors appointment today they said I haven't started dilating. Trying to get him out or I will have to be induced. Which video is better, this one or the original? Thanks!

      It’s normal not to be dilated at that stage. They shouldn’t have been talking about induction with you.

      Spinning babies suggests doing this circuit morning, noon and night (pre dinner).

      And one circuit is all exercises 1 time: 1st for 3-4 minutes, 2nd 3-4 deep breaths and 3rd 3-15 minutes. Or you suggest repeating them again for a second time?

    38+3 days 3rd baby boy 💙💙💙1cm dialated, bubs head is there, lost my mucus plug but I feel he's laying on his side more, hoping this helps...had false Labor all night.. im exhausted ❤

      Ooooh! Keep me updated! I hear you on the false labor exhaustion! Either way this helps align those inner pelvic ligaments for you which is soo great for preparing for labor!

    I'm 37 weeks pregnant and have single loop of cord around baby's neck. Can u please make video on what Excercises can help remove cord around baby's neck? Does normal delivery possible?

      That’s usually normal my son was born with his cord wrapped 3x around his. Assisted a baby with his 5x

      The key question is..is Baby in the LOA position? If not, then these would be great to balance your inner pelvic ligaments which hopefully allows baby deeper into the pelvis. 🥰

      Always great to work on pelvic ligament balance. 🥰 but baby’s move all around in the womb and don’t really settle until closer to the end. You might even seen him stand up and flip like I did with my baby!

      I think I know what you are asking. Spinning is another word for turning your baby into a better fetal position to make labor/birth easier.

    Raboza sifting can be very dangerous for mother and unborn baby If not done correctly. If you have not had training with the Midwives in Mexico or a trained professional please take caution when using this Technique. And If you've not received training you may not call it a Rebozo as well.
