It's not uncommon to come across old distressed concrete in old warehouse facilities. In this video we transform the floor in this warehouse by removing multiple layers of glue, paint, and other contaminants. After the floor has been thoroughly prepped we install an industrial grade floor coating to bring the space back to life.

What were the products utilized and what were the spread rates? I see you were broadcasting into the coating was that the pigmented intermediate coat What was the gradation of sand and what was the spread rate? Did you backroll after sand broadcast?

Great video. Do you have a preference in using the metabo 7 inch grinder than other brands? Is why as this would help us getting more guidance thanks 👍

The metabos have always been solid for us. The motor can take the abuse that most other box store brands like dewalt and Milwaukee can't handle as well. I belive Hilti makes a good grinder too but the cost isn't justifiable I'm my opinion. The metabo is just a solid reliable grinder
