Love that Colorado Selection!! I'll be interested to know what you think of the Branch & Barrel bourbon. I personally haven't tried them yet. Now Spirit Hound, Boulder, Deerhammer and of course Laws Whiskey...just epic! You have really picked some good ones there. Fun fact about the Fireside Bourbon from Mile High Spirits you saw (at about 18:50 in your vid): they do a 50/50 blend of their bourbon with MGP so they can offer it for about $30. But their other offerings like Bottled-in-Bond, Single Barrel, and other limited offerings are 100% their own whiskey. Just very passionate about Colorado and I love sharing. Great video and I look forward to seeing your others 😁😉🥃
I knew I should have grabbed a bottle of the fireside! I love a good BiB! Loved the boulder and the Laws as well as the spirit hound! Didnt love the deerhammer bottle that I bought but would love to try there single malt. Haven’t gotten to the Branch & Barrel yet, but plan to soon! Thanks for the kind words man! Appreciate you watching and supporting! 👊🏽🥃
I just finished a Woody Creek 8 year Rye out of Colorado. 130 proof but drank like 110, if that. And super flavorful. $65 for that Elijah Craig PB is nuts. Its always $80 around me. Binny's has had Potrero whiskey store picks for a few months now but I have not pulled the trigger on that one.
@@CharleyCarey oooh we love when they drink under proof! And yeah, that ECPB price was great. They are $70-80 by me too. Cheers Charley! Thanks for the support as always!
My son brought me back that RR pick from Argonaut and it’s very good. Also grabbed a Westward Cask Strength store pick from there which is quite good. Seems to be one of the best stores in Denver area.
I really like that Wyoming National Parks No 3! I spent my Christmas in Colorado and stopped by this store before flying back home. I definitely would've bought more bottles if I was driving back home.
Molly's is such a cool store I go to the one that's on the south side of the Denver metro area and they allow my dog in there. Friendly staff and such a great place. Got a great Buffalo Trace Single Barrel there about a month or two ago👍🏻🥃
Store wants you bring your dog in and not leave your dog in your car. They also have a place in the store called mutts of Molly's where they take a pic of your dog😂🐕
Ooooh nice! Didn’t know there was a second one! Thats awesome about the pup! A great community experience in my opinion. Cheers Jared! Thanks for watching, Commenting, and following!
The same person behind Anchor craft beer in San Francisco decided to make a pot stilled whiskey since there weren't any at the time in the US. Old Potero is that whiskey. It's a malted rye in a style from the 19th century. Very cool. They make a great gin called Junipero as well. Unfortunately the Anchor beer has been discontinued
Junipero gin and Old Potrero rye are two of my favorites. Also Anchor Brewing Company did get purchased by the guy that runs Chobani yogurt so hopefully they’ll be resurrected soon. Cheers.
If you ever make it to michigan try the metro Detroit area, Livonia-Auburn Hills- Rochester Hills etc. The only place in the state other than Grand Rapids you will find anything worth hunting for. Cheers 👍 🥃
You should hit up Brian Bledsoe, now retired from TV Meteorologist, he's a whiskey guy too. You should hit DaveCO and Bevy's Littleton next time you're in Denver area.

You missed out on the best Colorado Whiskey Distillery….Talnua! It’s American Single Pot Still out of Denver. Irish Whiskey drinkers love it, they follow the Irish standards for Single Pot Still Whiskey but use Colorado barley and water.
Was at bar that had a bottle of world whiskey society - expensive poor and he said the few guys that ordered it did not think it was worth the price. Great looking bottle though
Hahaha 😂 will have to try Mythology. lol I definitely had to be mindful with my wallet. Also only had one extra suitcase to bring back lol but it would have been real easy to drop 1,500 lol cheers Nick!

You can tell you are a news man at heart…go on a bourbon hunt and end up doing interviews. Nice video!

Just saw the end…I definitely recommend this one for your next review.
Great selections across the board! A lot of great prices and those store picks in the first stop… wow! Thanks for sharing!
Right? All those store picks I wanted to take home with me. Suitcase was only able to hold 9! Haha 🤣
That argonaut's selection is incredible. Good vidoe. Thanxx

Very similar RR store pick that I'm sipping on right now, 8 yr TY-F Floor 4 dumped in May, bottled in June, love it, should have bought more, lol.
Love me some RR! So good! Cheers, Lunk!
As a bourbon drinker from the uk these sorta stores are my idea of whisky heaven

That Laws experimental pick is pretty tasty.
