Not even close. I saw them live over a dozen times back in the day and they were on another level. They sound great still, but they can’t be expected to match what they did in the glory days.

this band is amazing. i discovered them through quarantine when i felt so down,their music has helped with my mental health and helped me get through dark times. Love The Distillers
I fell in love with this song and Brody 18 years ago, she sounds just as rad. Her voice does help when we feel down. Rock on!
Drain the Blood is a perfect album - not a bad track on it. My fave Distillers song is still That Crazed Young Peeling, though. Great band. Brody has the best female singing voice on the planet IMHO. Highly recommend Spinnerette too.

Esto no tiene nada que ver con tu comentario, pero lo difícil que sería tener que tocar las mismas canciones años y años lo repetitivo,monótono y aburrido que tiene que ser y además el público que espera que la toques igualita que en el momento en que la compusieron.

One of my most memorable (and that is saying something because so many to choose from) nights while I lived in St Kilda was going to se the Distillers and Queens Of The Stone Age in St Kilda Melbourne and then opening up the original Cherry bar (which was closed that night) with Jane Rocca who had a set of spare keys - just for us, QOTSA and Distillers +crew. Then we locked the doors behind us and partied with an open bar until the sun was well up.
I remember standing on a bar table with Josh from QOTSA and Brody, wasted, playing air guitar with them to Detroit rock city by KISS on the best rock jukebox in oz. (in the leopard skin cherry bar back room) and then having this realisation of how surreal the night was days later...
Anyway, have a listen to the sound quality of this - live!
Vividly remember being like ten and listening to this while playing Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. Had to seek it out as an adult, good memories
