I still feel like Bad Religion is a massively underrated, under-loved band. Maybe one day, perhaps after they eventually retire (or die of old age) they’ll be properly appreciated.
One thing I think is great about The Interrupters is that they're not ashamed to play covers even after they already have their own hits, they're always making references to their influences, that's a huge attitude.
I was drinking at the Dresden one night and there was a fella sitting in with Marty and Elaine. We got to talking over some martinis and he started bragging about his kids and their band called The Interrupters lol. It was a pretty cool moment.
After 33 years of being one of Bad Religion's biggest fans you're getting a standing ovation from me. Love this! Great job! "What if every living soul could be upright & strong... well then I do believe there will be sorrow no more." Possibly the best line they ever wrote (but there are too many gems to really choose)... you all performed it all great! 💖
Their instruments... Sorry I'm just picky about my English. Mostly because I'm puertorican. I learned my English by myself. Also the song is good but there is NO WAY that they play the Bad Religion covers better than BR themselves. I remember hearing Were Only Gonna Die the 1st time covered by Biohazard and honestly they did it as good as BR themselves, the chorus was more of a gang chorus and it made the song inna kinda way considered for some "better", but no, when I heard it from BR it blew my mind. Just my 2 cents here. Goid day y'all.
Bad religion will always and forever be the greatest to do it. This song might be their most powerful ever written. Y'all didn't touch it. Y'all honored it. So much respect. Fucking cheers!

Something about her screams at the end of each chorus, it just gets me misty eyed every time. Maybe it's she really believes in what she's singing, maybe she is putting every ounce of her all into it,maybe it's both. Either way, i fucking love you Aimee!!! Keep fighting the good fight!!!
