One thing I think is great about The Interrupters is that they're not ashamed to play covers even after they already have their own hits, they're always making references to their influences, that's a huge attitude.

"What if every living soul could be upright & strong... well then I do believe there will be sorrow no more." Possibly the best line they ever wrote (but there are too many gems to really choose)... you all performed it all great! 💖
Saw the interrupters open for Sum 41 last May and my mind was blown by how good they are!!!! I recommend seeing the interrupters live if the opportunity presents itself!!!

I remember hearing Were Only Gonna Die the 1st time covered by Biohazard and honestly they did it as good as BR themselves, the chorus was more of a gang chorus and it made the song inna kinda way considered for some "better", but no, when I heard it from BR it blew my mind. I was drinking at the Dresden one night and there was a fella sitting in with Marty and Elaine. We got to talking over some martinis and he started bragging about his kids and their band called The Interrupters lol. It was a pretty cool moment.
