Hi the added salt will being out more sweetness in the butter cake. Also I find it’s more fragrant. But if you prefer more mild, can skip the added salt. Hope this helps ☺️

Hi again! Happy New Year 🎊! Wish you a good year too! As for the marble cake, you are planning to make 1/2 portion ? Yeah you can use 3 eggs or 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk. Once you mix everything, take out a portion of the batter and add in the cocoa powder. ☺️
Hi I used salted butter. Hmm 🤔 maybe I wrote wrongly. Will check later. I have not used buttercup or anchor. Can’t give any feedback on that. I use lurpak butter or golden churn. If you are from Malaysia, you can get lurpak butter from “bake with yen” it’s cheaper there

@@ruyiasianrecipes I always bake cake with rice cooker. It always turns out ok. Rice cooker with cake function is much easier. Just press this function and in 50 minutes its done. Rice cooker with cook and warm state only need more work. After two cycles I have to check the cake depending on how much of flour is used. I tried your milk bread and its very nice. 🤗
