made this today and threw away the whole cake. after adding the milk, the batter wasn't like what you did in the video, it was thick and lumpy and thus the cake turned out oily and like kueh. Please advise if the milk should be warm when added into the batter. Thank you.

老师,蛋糕烤好了之后就缩腰🥲。为什么呢?烤箱温度150直到烤熟。其它方式都完全正确。可是蛋糕一出炉就开始缩腰。脱模拿出来待凉,没有脱纸。
Are you doing double receipe here? Your 250g butter looks like 500g butter and the milk also looks like 200ml.

老师,牛油需要加热到什么温度吗(烫面法)?还是牛油只需融化即可(无需在乎其温度)?
微波炉加热1分钟半,不到2分钟,温度大概是60度左右
