Don't recommend to reduce too much sugar, coz sugar also help to give cake structure. Also my family who like moderate sweetness said this cake is just nice with bittersweet from cocoa batter too. You can adjust just by little bit if want, but not too much, try first, maybe reduce by 10g will do. Aww. I tried and failed when beating the egg mixture with the butter mixture. at 20mins, the entire mixture turns liquid and splattered all over my kitchen top. Have to throw the entire thing away as I know if I continue, it will be disastrous.
I tried this recipe, and the cake turned out amazing! It's moist on the inside with a rich buttery, chocolatey aroma.

是的,这次采用低温慢烤这样蛋糕表面才能平整不开裂哦。
不开旋风就是烤箱不开风扇,只开上下火的设定哦。因为开旋风虽然火力较均匀,但烤久温度容易上升导致变黑太快内部还不熟哦。
所以通常用旋风的话需要降低温度10-20c, 不然如果多层烤盘一起烤也可以用旋风哦,较均匀

不会哦,因为不是蛋白霜分蛋法,所以方式简单多了,不会怕消泡问题哦,你可以尝试做看哦
根據我的經驗,最好用高速或5號攪拌奶油4分鐘。 我 用這個方法做奶油不會分離,做的奶油蛋糕也會比較鬆
@@samuellee9633 不同机器不同力度,打发牛油和细砂糖那个步骤最好是看打发后的质地,要跟影片一样膨发发白双倍量才能。
而且这个食谱跟你普通/传统分蛋法是不同的,我试过了加蛋后没有打发到位导致面糊很浓稠,做这款斑马纹蛋糕面糊太浓稠纹路难婊,烤出来效果没那么美。反而打发到位面糊反而更顺滑。所以我不会无言无故的打发那么久哦。是有原因,你可以尝试做看,只要打发到位即可,不一定加蛋后要打发30分钟,我影片说了用stand mixer可能是需要15分钟,只要面糊顺滑没有严重水油分离即可。
