Definitely agree with Julie. Had to do beginner variations and had to pause a few times to clear my lungs. There’s no way I would’ve been able to do this even a few days ago but your last 3 days made it possible.

Agreed! My glutes felt it immediately with the baby bridge after yesterday’s workout, but I felt stronger throughout!

Love hearing this from you both - it’s amazing how quickly you can get stronger. Great work 🥇

I could really feel my lower abs, it's harder than it looks, but very doable, especially if modifications are needed. Thank you Melanie, another great workout!❤

Hard but doable is that sweet spot I’m always after 🙌 Great job!

This was a great ab workout for me that didn't trigger my neck. Thank you!

Same, though I recognize that we share an unpopular opinion, lol

Woo! This one was tough (especially after killer glutes yesterday) but so good! All the frame pulling was eye opening- those int/adv side pulls were wild! I laughed out loud seeing “joe pilates loved a ‘stretch’” thanks so much, Melanie! 🖤🖤

Tried elephant in advanced for the first time today, what a difference that makes. Definitely tested my balance today 😅

No matter how many times I do that move where your reversed holding the bars - it hurts!!! And not in the good way. My hands hurt and when it comes time for the part where you bend your knees in my back just feels so unnaturally bent! Idk what I am doing wrong or if its just the shape of my reformer

Hmm, this one is hard to troubleshoot without seeing you move, unfortunately! Do you still feel the same pain when you do this move on your lightest spring/cord setting? Could be a compensation pattern issue, but it's difficult to ID the possible cause without seeing you in action. You can skip this exercise if it causes pain, or alternatively, I'd recommend an in-person session with a local instructor to workshop this. I also offer workshop privates on Zoom for this purpose -- feel free to email or DM me on instagram (@melanielopezpilates) if you'd like to set something up. Sorry I couldn't help more here.
