    Loved this workout! The single leg workout at the beginning was a great burner, I loved the bridges. Turns out I can't really pike from that plank position angle (something I can work on this year). I always am excited to hear 'legs in straps' but it wasn't the relaxing wind down I thought was coming, ha ha.
    Overall I really enjoyed the workout as a whole, thankyou Mel.

      That is totally fine. It doesn’t have to be done daily - at whatever pace works for you is great.

    This was such a great workout. I forgot how much I like elephant and down stretch - even though I almost threw up 😂

    Took this one a bit easier. Planks were okay, pikes not so much. Still have some strength left to regain. Hoping to be able to do day 6 tomorrow.
