Loved this workout! The single leg workout at the beginning was a great burner, I loved the bridges. Turns out I can't really pike from that plank position angle (something I can work on this year). I always am excited to hear 'legs in straps' but it wasn't the relaxing wind down I thought was coming, ha ha. Overall I really enjoyed the workout as a whole, thankyou Mel.
