Love your strength workouts! I am training to walk a half marathon on 6/24. I am seeing a difference after doing your strength workouts for about a month now. I don’t get bored and they keep me coming back for more! 😎
Thank you so much for these sessions. I’m just establishing a new age appropriate regime (building muscle is key). Is a couple times a week on the weights effective or should I aim for more?
