You are so smart! I have been working off a reddit tutorial to add a second Z motor.. But I needed a second Extruder for a mixer on a Creality 4.2.2. I'm wired up the same. Now I find you video doing exactly what I was trying to figure out!!

Hi again it’s me... turns out it wasn’t firmware my board was only getting a max of 1.3v in a spot it was supposed to be getting 3.3v the company sent out a new one today I will take you advice for the new one though and hope it works. Keep making these great videos👍

If we want to keep using a 12864 LCD display with a rotative knob but without its SDcard reader, do you think we could obtain three available pins for this additionnal stepper ?

Depends on pins, but should be possible.

Can you use TMC2209 with this method and that stepper holder?
I can't find the video you mention in other comments.
If using for extruders it's best to remove diag pins from stepper. Or you can use TMC 2208.
