Hello and welcome back everyone. This video is a quick unboxing and first drive of the Arrma Typhon Grom. I thought I would take it out in the drive way and give it a little rip, then I added a ramp, I couldn't get enough of this little machine that I had to take it out on the tack. This is a really fun 1/18 buggy and I am glad I picked it up. Enjoy the video.

Hi RCarty, the Typhon 3s, 6s, Typhon TLR RTR and the Typhon TLR Roller are some of the best bashing buggies out there. I am thinking of getting the TLR Tuned Roller since I have electronics left for this year. I don't know about the best videos I am just trying my best. Hi Fortes_RC_Adv, thank you, mad the ramp on the fly just for the smaller RCs 14th, 18th and some 16th scales, but i am going to adjust the angle for a little more height. Appreciate the support and comments

Nice little RC. My LaTrax need smooth dirt. Any grass like that I just go ahead and find a new motor as it’ll be toasted. 😂

Hi Freddy, it looks good going around the track, but would be a lot better when it is completely dirt, I can get use to driving these smaller RC's. Still have not forgotten about the sticker, just trying to get things going again. Take care and best wishes to you and the family.

Thy do prefer the dirt more than the grass! Once the track is all dirt then it will really be a blast out there! It is a fun buggy and really rips on the pavement! !/10 scale touring car wheels and tires fit right on it so you can pick up a cheap set off of amazon for driveway running without trashing the stock dirt tires!
These little bashers like either dirt and asphalt, grass make them work harder. I will be hitting the track with a torch tomorrow so I can get more run time in with the Granite, Typhon Grom and the TA Reflex 14B. May even take them on the framers dirt road. I was looking at some street tires last night for them on Amazon, will be needing some for the upgrade (just a little more power). Take care Addam and have a wonderful week my friend.

I saw you had your Associated 14b there in one of the shots, will you do a comparison video? I just saw that Asso announced the Reflex 14b will come as a kit, I will definitely be getting that one, it's gonna be great!

Hey there Mads, I am starting to see the appeal of the smaller scale RCs, and that they have a lot of potential for what ever you want to do with them. The Granite and Typhon Grom are great little bashers and I do plan to upgrade them both (not outrageously) just a little more speed for the track. I did have the 14B Reflex out with the Granite Grom during the unboxing and I am thinking about doing a comparison with both. I did see that TA new release of the 14B Kit and I am looking at getting one and maybe another 18th scale monster truck. Non the track is going to get a torching tomorrow since the grass isn't dying fast enough for me (Burn Baby Burn). Thanks for stopping by to watch the video and for the awesome comment. looks like this little is at home on asphalt and sand not so much the grass.......how you liking it so far compared to the granite grom?
A very agile RC car, running on a very interesting track, the more fun it is to play there.
Hello G9RCCar, the track was designed to give the bigger RC a little challenge going from non-grip to grip surface, but the smaller RCs are having a tough time cutting through the grass even when it's cut short. So now I am turning it into a dirt track so all the RC have a fair chance.🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thanks for watching and for the great comment, take care and have a wonderful week.
