I love the idea of your house having a projected self for others to see (manicured front lawn) and a wild untamed self (unchecked nature) hidden in the back. Just like all of us! I guess our homes are projections of ourselves after all. Fun to think about.

This might get lost in the comments, but I wanted to tell my little story as well. When I started reading about Norse mythology, the god that caught my attention the most was Baldr, literally the god of light, love, etc. I found him like some kind of nice, warm guy? If you know what I mean🤣 Since that day I started to do research on him, and I wanted to include him in my altar, yet I wasn't able to find something like a symbol attached to him. Days later, I was boringly seeing a book of Celtic mythology and, opening the book on a random page, I first saw at the very beginning the name of Baldr, and how Norse people associated the Oak tree to him.
I know it's long, but that day I was like "okay bro, this is really something"

Here’s my little story with finding out that I was a pagan and that Loki has been in my life even before I knew him. So I was a mentally abused child and I always felt that I was different from everyone around me and that I didn’t belong. So when I was around 6 years old, out of nowhere I started drawing pentacles but I go in trouble and beat for it ( my family’s Christians ). So when I was a teenager I started playing small tricks on people I hated. If stopped tricking them when I was 18 but ever since I stopped messing with people, that’s have gotten strange. Every time my family does something bad to me or if they make me cry, something bad happens to them. Like they’ll have bad luck for a while. Loki did tell me that it was him and someone else that’s been protecting me. But I haven’t found out the other God or Goddess yet.

I’m new to paganism but I believe I have had one of my first deity connections!! I’m very excited! I was out in my front yard while it was raining, I was collecting dirt and rocks to make an earth jar. I had been feeling a huge pull to earth for a while and other things that seemed quite odd. As I was looking at rocks I found a small pink rock in the shape of a heart. I don’t know how but I immediately knew it was Persephone. This is quite curious to me because I believe I was claimed by hades, my spirit guide. Since I found it I’ve had an overwhelming amount of positivity and stuff and I’m just very happy

Something similar happened to me too! I was getting in the car about to go to school and saw a coin, and for some reason I immediately thought of Hades. Long story short, I ask Hades for another coin and I got one the next morning. I know he's also the god/associated with riches.

@A Sith Apprentice Prayer is personal to each person. Some pray in front of an altar, some while lying in bed, others while walking outdoors. Prayer just means taking time out to speak your heart directly to whatever you believe.

I've been trying to get my deity/deities for almost 11 years now.
And nothing.
To later find out, this year, that they would rather put me in the dirt and let me find them.
All I know is that they from Europe. So VAGUE!
But have gotten a few small signs. Long pink wavy hair with a flower crown vision, flowers in places where they can't be, a female presence, flower snells out of nowhere, a interest in pomegranates all of a sudden, and in my meditation I get skulls with roses
Maybe look into the mythos of Persephone
CalmingNight that sounds exactly like Persephone, especially the the flowers growing where they can’t be (she’s the goddess of spring but she lives in the underworld) and I think pomegranates have to do with the story too. I’m personally agnostic and don’t believe for sure in a deity but I believe in the possibility of them and feel like there’s something, whether it’s a god, Mother Nature, or just the universe in general.
I definitely agree with the above that perhaps the lack of confirmation is supposed to bring you on a journey, but I also agree that sounds a lot like Persephone
Yeah sounds like Persephone but also check out Aphrodite just in case, the two are pretty closely intertwined and some of the sacred symbols overlap!

Dionysus was one of Aphrodite's lovers in Greek mythology, so that makes sense that the energies would be together. Dig into some research about each deity and see if anything has connections to what is going on in your life right now

So, I was in a herbal store owned by a Wiccan woman and she had little necklaces displayed around the cash register. The necklaces were the names of zodiac birth signs and as I was observing the necklaces there was this bright aura around the Pisces necklace. I had an abrupt urge to ask if she was a Pisces, which she was. Was this a deity revealing this to me?
Side note: I’m very new to this stuff, and I’ve been having oddly coincidental situations like this lately
I think it's great when we start noticing these kinds of synchronicities. It could be deity trying to connect with you, but it could also be your innate intuitive abilities opening up within you. I wish you so much love on this exciting journey

Okay, but what if you have this weird thing/interest with Hades. He was always a God that somehow...made me feel comfortable? I wasn't really scared of him. He was a God that I was always fascinated with since I was a child. But, also, Dionysus. Which, ironically, some lore would say they were one of the same. But, I'm also a theatre/film actress, and it would make sense. But, I'm still not sure about signs and things.
Definitely keep doing some research on both Dionysus & Hades to really get a feel and some background on them. You may even want to see how these same deities translate into pantheons of other cultures. When I this of Hades, I think of shadow work, of not being afraid of seeing ourselves as we really are. What a powerful god to connect yourself with
That is exactly my situation with Gaia (Gaea)! I've been fascinated by her years before I even knew what paganism was and that poeple still believed in and worked with the old gods. Ever since I can remember I've been searching the internet for a religion that was "devoted" to mother earth/mother nature and/or Gaia (Whose name I've just always known without ever reading or hearing anything about her). Unfortunately I haven't been able to find all that much information on typical symbols or signs for her presence, since everything in and from nature IS her.
I'm really new to all of this but my story just makes me laugh - basically I've always been vaguely interested in witchcraft but never really researched it until I had an incredibly vivid dream one night where (what I thought at the time was) a male witch encouraged me into witchcraft and effectively made me his student whose progress he kept an eye on from a distance. When I woke up I decided to start researching it more and looked up deities at random to see if any connected with me and I saw Pan and all I could think was 'you little shit' because I knew immediately that the 'witch' from my dream was actually Pan (or a representation of), and he is pretty much the opposite of everything I am as a person and I would never have chosen him. Now I keep finding him in aspects of my life and I'm mildly annoyed but also very grateful. I think he maybe wanted to work with me because I need to stop being so meek and he figured it was something he could help with. I have decided to treat him as a sometimes helpful but mostly mischievous house cat that loves to knock things over and cause mild chaos because that is exactly how he deserves to be treated.

Throughout my year of myth and latin classes I've been seeing signs of Aphrodite, which is common. Though, we were assigned a god or goddess on multiple occasions. I was chosen to do Aphrodite every single time by a random choice. I've been doing guided meditations and Aphrodite is very strong in them. I feel a very strong pull towards Venus. I even mentioned the random choice thing to my Myth teacher. He said the exact words "Maybe it's a sign. You might be connected to Aphrodite in some way" I thought it was just a joke, but more and more I've been feeling a pull.
I would say those are major signs that Aphrodite/Venus would like to work with you. You might even want to do some research to see if you are drawn more to the deity in her Greek or Roman form (As you know each culture has their own take on the deities, even if they are supposed to be the "same."). Keep us updated on your progress
I'm not into witchcraft but i've been feeling a powerful call to Venus as well. This started in November of 2019 and it has grown stronger ever since. I've always had a strong connection to spirituality ( i have Lilith in Scorpio ). A couple of months ago, my grandmother got sick and passed away and through all the emotional pain i went through, i could feel a small ray of light inside the repugnant darkness. A warm and reassuring feeling of better days to come. What does it all mean? I've always needed answers but there never was anyone to provide them.
Okay so I ended up getting this video on my recommendations right after the dream I had where I was in the woods and I was following a women with bright red hair and a cloak. She turned to me and yelled ‘why aren’t you afraid’!? And I kinda looked at her laughed and went ‘you’re cute’. Of course after I woke up the thought occurred to me that I probably offended a goddess, I ended up researching it and realized it was the goddess Hestia who I ended up making contact with(dreams, I’m very in-tuned with psychic nature). I now have a small alter dedicated to her. As I researched more about her I realized how close we are in personalities, however unlike her and more like Fire I am iron willed and ready to burn down anything if it angers me. Another story about how I figured out another god I’m waiting for a sign from is Fenrir or Loki. As a child I was always drawn to wolves, every school project we had to research an animal and I would research all different wolves. As I got older I was drawn into Norse mythology and connected myself with these gods. I’m waiting for a sign as I don’t want to try and force a god into working with me in any way and anger them unintentionally. I identify with Loki because they are the god of gender identities(I’m non-binary/gender questioning at the moment)and Fenrir as he is a wolf.

I was meditating and I was dreaming about laying on Aphrodite’s lap and she was playing with my hair as I told her my life problems. Also drawn to numbers 1,5,7 , koalas and bees and water even tho I can’t swim , really attracted to Italy / Greece too for some reason , been seeing loads of videos about Aphrodite / Dionysus and Athena , someone help🥺💖
I think these are all signs placed to see if you are paying attention (i.e. open to receiving messages and signs). Dive into research to see what connects to you and what does not. You might find some unexpected awesomeness on your journey

The way I found a connection with Athena was literally through mindlessly drawing, and suddenly I found myself drawing the face of a woman. She was kind of intimidating but with kind eyes, and I was like hooooold up what is this. And then I grabbed the necklace that I wear every day and started using it as a pendulum, and I slowly got to talking with her! I feel her energy really strongly sometimes, and when I was researching into her I found that a colour associated with her is red (a colour I wear very often and have always felt drawn to) and apparently she celebrates her “birthday” on the third of every month- I was born on the third of January! I think being Greek also helps me form a strong bond with her, and I sometimes will talk to her in Greek even though I don’t know much :)

What I would do is just start reading up as much as I could about a deity that I believed to be reaching out. You can ask for certain signs as answers to questions. You can try meditating with the image or speaking to the deity through divinatory tools. Journal all possible signs, thoughts, dreams, feelings that you receive (don't discount anything). Let me know how it goes :o)

He‘s actually very caring and protective of the people he works with, and I also feel as though he just really likes humans? Like, more than most gods.
Being with him, he will annoy you and be a little obnoxious (like stealing your necklace), but as far as I have experienced, it‘s all innocent fun at the end. Yeah, you may loose something here and there or go the wrong direction, but if you’re in trouble, he‘ll be there for you.
I‘ve been protected by Hermes on numerous occasions, long before I‘ve even realized, it was him watching out for me. But now that I do try to form an active relationship with him... ha, it feels just wonderful (:

Literally I have been seeing signs from Artemis, but I’m very doubtful and I don’t know what to take as a sign. Deer, feathers, bear, and whenever I meditate I always see deer and wolves. I kept seeing this video pop up in my feed and I decided to click on it today. The mention of Artemis & after hearing those stories now I’m like “maybe she does wanna work with me”😂

This made me feel a bit better. I'm being raised Catholic, and I feel like I've been drawn to Poseidon. I've always been drawn to water, and I love dolphins, and my friends get me seashells as gifts. Sometimes when I'm scrolling on TH-cam or looking in a magazine, I'll see something related to fish or the ocean, and my favorite color is blue. I did this meditation thing to meet whatever god or goddess is watching over you and wanting to work with you, just for fun, and I saw Poseidon, and it all clicked, and I just... Yeah. So, I think I'm going to take this more seriously, now. Here's to hoping my parents don't find out!
I think that filling your area with ocean-related items would just cause one to think you love the ocean so, I don't think it would be offensive to your parents at all. Poseidon is a wonderfully powerful & protective energy. I wish you well on your journey

ok, here is my story
since i was a little kid i have seen hearts everywhere(and i hated this symbok for most of my life), and by that i mean even my wall has a hole with a strong heart shape
about a week ago i purchased a deck of spirit guides's cards and i chose an Afrodite's card
from now on i feel like she is keeping an eye on my in some way and i am still not sure if she wants to work with me or she is just near by
I believe deity is patient. When you feel ready, they'll always be there waiting for you

I have been feeling to work with Isis again after not working with her for a while like wanting to work with lapis lazuli and wanting to work with the Isis oracle more. Also had a reading and Isis and Horus came up so that was like conformation that yep she wants to work with me lol.

Definitely! I would say to just remaining open to any other messages that flow in
So I recently discovered my sexuality (homosexual demisexual) and I recently started worshipping the Greek Gods and Goddesses. At first I didn't know what I believed in but I knew I believed in something and I always felt a pull to the Greek Gods and Goddesses by reading the myths and of course reading the Percy Jackson series. So I decided since I was pulled to this religion that I was going to try and worship them and see if it felt right or not. So I decided to worship Aphrodite (since she's the goddess of sexuality). And so I sat at my altar and prayed to her telling her that I didn't know it but she was always helping me there in times of need and that she helped me realize who I am and I still wasn't sure when I blew out my candles or anything but I sat down on the coach afterwards and I felt this powerful feeling it felt as if every single atom of my being felt loved and I believe that was Aphrodite's sign. Since then I created an altar for her with a statue of her in the middle. Still to this day I believe she helps me and whenever I'm feeling down I pray to her and I feel her love and her warmth. She's also helped me through some anxiety attacks I had. I also always carry a shell on me that I found at the beach near by home in her honor.

personally for me, i left my tarot cards out in a neat and perfect stack while i left the room for about five or ten minutes and when i came back, the top of the deck was slightly fanned out and one card was sitting parallel next to the deck. i flipped it over and it was three of cups so i talked with my friend who practices the same stuff i do and we determined that it was most likely a deity reaching out to me. i asked aloud while shuffling the deck if a deity was trying to contact me and about ten cards individually jumped out so i took that as a yes. then, i asked who was trying to contact me and the sun card jumped out. from there, i figured it was either apollo or helios. i just watched an oracle reading video before this one titled "which god is trying to contact you?" and that video confirmed my belief that it was helios. so there's my personal experience.

I need help answering Hades call, I domt know how to go about it.
For me, when I am trying to build a connection with a particular deity, I do it through research, adding certain elements to my altar to honor him/her (incense, certain stones, candles, etc.), etc. You can also connect through music or art. Basically, the more you dive into trying to understand them, learn about them, keep objects around you to remind you of them, the more I believe you can build that strong connection
First of all, I love weeds. They are wild & beautiful and I never pull them.
2nd, I love this video! I wasn't even looking for it, it just showed up and I'll take that as a sign. As long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the Other Side. I have always experienced spirits who have passed communicating with me, but more importantly, I've had these experiences with souls who may not have had a chance to say a proper goodbye. I have felt compelled to help those still living on this plane find peace in the fact that their loved ones have passed on. I never sought this out, never "tried" to communicate with these spirits....
I've always had a very strong pull to Anubis, but wanted to connect with deities that were more closely related to my ethnic background, so I had tried reaching out to Marzanna, Freyja, and various other death deities from Russian and Norse practices. Nothing has ever resonated with me.
Yesterday at work, an old woman came in crying and told me her 7 year old grandson just passed. I asked his name, she told me. I hugged her and said "he is still with you," and she cried out his name, then kissed my shoulders. Within 5 minutes of this happening, one of my coworkers said "look outside at that dog! It looks like Anubis!" Sure enough, someone was walking a beautiful jackal looking dog, one like I had never seen before. My whole body went into goosebumps.
It was so intense for the rest of the day, I had to take the day off of work because when I woke up this morning, my intuition was telling me to stay home, read, meditate and study.
So, here we are.

Oh this was an interesting topic, I always say in my general readings and such that when it comes to signs they are subtle, its not like that you open the curtains one day and see a sign on your front lawn with a message written on it that Aunty Flo loves you 🤣 it can be certain songs, or reading a title of a book while your walking past a book store. It's the same with working with deity, look for the signs around you, great video topic Tara. I think I'm working with the God's of silence at the moment, 🤐 I haven't watched or done many videos just bumming around the house but I did create my own Lenormand deck and I am now working on a Tarot. I really hope Wally's World is successful for you, but if it doesn't make it you can offer it on Printer Studio which is where I put mine up on or Game Crafter. 😘

My mom's best friend just recently told me that when I was small I was obsessed with day of the dead, depictions of skeletons, and things normal children would find creepy. I'm half Mexican/Yaqui Native but we didn't really celebrate as a family. I did some research on Santa Muerte and can't help but think she could be calling to me. Lastly, a few nights ago, I had a dream where I was in a hotel and my dream self had a dream (rlly weird- a dream inside a dream) that I met and talked to Santa Muerte. She didn't appear as a skeleton but I knew it was her. I asked if she was my spirit guide and she said yes. Even though the Catholic church does not think too kindly of her, I think I want to work with her?
I totally understand you on this! I am also part Mexican & Pima Indian. I was the "odd" kid always drawn to skeletons, death, etc. I now work with Santa Muerte, but when I visualize her she is not the skeleton that she is often depicted as. I see her more in a motherly fashion crossed with Mictecacihuatl of Aztec belief. I would definitely jot down your dreams (I've also had dreams within dreams) & experiences. If you are comfortable working with her than just allow your energy to open. If you wish to hold off until you do more research, then just let the deity know

I’m just starting to get into wicca and when I was learning about the deities I felt like a heat in my cheft when I was writing about Danu the Celtic deity. Should I see this as a sign or is this my personal bias showing?
I think that when we are naturally drawn to a particular deity, it is for a reason. I think that the sensation you felt could possibly be a hint to dive deeper into learning about this deity. I wish you much love on your journey

I've always hate black, according to my parents it started after I had an accident at 8 moths old and actually died a few minutes, but been super interested in Hades. Just how he is interpreted as terrifying but is also very chill, fair, organized and hard working is fascinating to me and kind of a role model I'd love to follow. I also discovered Persephone and feel really interested in her too since her story kinda remind me to my own, with my overprotective mom always all over me, an incident that separated me from her and how I grew and kinda find myself in that time. Is this some kind of signal?

This is probably gonna get lost in the comments but anyways,I’m 15 years old and I’ve always felt like something pulling me toward something higher so I started trying to meditate but I actually saw a women with long flowy hair she had a confidence and cold energy around her but I don’t know if I’ve made her up or a goddess is trying to contact me. I’ve also saw lots of crows and the number 4 a lot and my things disappear and reappear . I’ve not really got the hang of gods or goddess or even witchcraft so I’m quite confused
You can research deities through Google are textbooks, utilizing the symbols you mentioned. Or, if you want to just get to know the energy, that is fine as well. Record all your meditations with this energy in a journal so you can reference it later. Once you feel comfortable with the energy, you can strike up a "conversation" through meditation. You can ask how this energy can best aid you on you life journey or you can say that you need help with "x, y, or z." I wish you well

I don't know if there would be info about the signs of deity since it is my belief that deity tries to connect in a way you would understand. Examples would be certain license plates you see, or a lone butterfly, writing on someone's shirt, etc. all pertaining to something you've had on your mind. It's when things feel out of the ordinary; what would be a sign to you would be missed by others. I would say do some research & find out as much as you can about his myth, his worship, how he may have been adapted in other cultures, etc. Do more meditations & see what comes up or emotions that are felt. I've just been getting back into my path and i'm going through q. If changing point in my life. Sort of a shift from what I used to know, to the poiny where I'm compleatly re-evaluating my values and beliefs.
As of late (since the last moon) my two friends (whom I occasionally practice with) have come to think that Athena might be contacting us. We ended up looking into it and the two of them are 95% sure, but I'm not so much.
I just looked into it and asked Athena to confirm or deny my suspisions and my tarot so far has been saying "nope, not athena" but my friend says "yes it is, you're just talking with someone else ." and now I'm compleatly scrambled.

I think you should always go with your gut. It could be that Athena is indeed working with your friends, but perhaps not so closely with you. You may want to meditate on the energy to get a clearer picture; make sure to journal your meditations. It is great to utilize tools like tarot, pendulums, etc., but the best source of information comes from your higher self, which calls you inward to find the answers. Much love on your journey

I love all the connections you've seemed to have had your whole life! I don't think you need fancy tools in order to strike up a "conversation" with a deity. It could look like you talking aloud to them, meditating while focusing on their energy, etc. It's just acknowledging that you have seen all their signs & are now open to two-way communication. From there, see if odd synchronicities happen or interesting things flow throw your day, as an answer to a question you asked deity, or a conversation you had with him. I felt something do delicate, so fragile and I knew immediately, that I have to have them. They speak to me like anything! I started to see the lotus flower a lot more often and this is her flower. Just had a huge urge a month ago about reading books about Paganism. I hate reading books, and never finished a book in my life, and I'm VERY agnostic. The first book I read, Path to Paganism grabbed my attention and I cannot stop reading it. One night I had a silly dream about building a black barrier to prevent chickens from being burned by the hot sun reflecting off my white fence. During that dream, it went dark (no image like a light bulb that burned out). Then a strange neutral (not to male, not to female) voice kept on saying Artemis over and over for a good hour it felt like. I responded, "WTF is an Artemis! Screw it, I'll look it up tomorrow". It said "NO!!!" and continued to chant "Artemis Artemis Artemis" for what seemed like a very long time. Drove me crazy!!!! But I was persistent to keep on trying to sleep. Then I woke up as if I took a caffeine pill (a very positive feel-good feeling). The voice clearly stated, " Artemis....I am your God". I looked Artemis up and found that I looked up Archimedes by mistake LOL. When I found her in the google search, I was just floored and excited. Not sure why she called herself a God instead of a Goddess, but I don't care. The point was received and have been super excited and happy since then. I used to be very anxious about my eventual death (almost died twice from extensive pulmonary emboli from a Kickboxing leg injury), but now I feel okay about it like Artemis took away that fear. Still not sure why she picked me, a male, but she'll let me know. All I can think to honor her for her time in contacting me is to study her history. I don't feel I know how to pray or meditate, but I like the idea of talking to her (in my head) like a friend or sister and make an altar. And the moment I discovered her I got a return email saying my dream spider that I've been searching for years now for is available for me to adopt. Only one left.
I immediately knew.

I’ve been fascinated with Greek mythology ever since I was introduced to it in middle school and have recently started my journey as a pagan. The first god that I had a connection with was Hades, and then most recently I’ve been having a strong connection with Apollo. I never thought that much about it when I was younger, but I always liked the symbol of the sun. I found comfort in the symbol and was always happier than the average person when the sun was out. Recently, Apollo has popped up in a couple of my dreams and I’ve been drawn to oracle cards and have started to practice reading and interpreting them. I am definitely excited and happy to work with him!

I got started in paganism and decided that I wanted to attempt to reach out to Morpheus, god of dreams. I made an altar focused on dreams, I placed a poppy (symbol of Morpheus), a dream catcher, dream related things, stones, crystals etc. I cleansed it with essential oils and music. I made a cup of cinnamon, chamomile and lavender tea as an offering. I did a guided meditation with the intention of offering the tea to Morpheus, at the point in the meditation that I made the offering, I was shown a blue sky over a treeline, followed by a darker blue. I don't know, but that seemed like Morpheus reaching out and making contact with me. I'm so excited trying to figure out what just happened.

Ok. This is CRAZY. I had a dream about a week ago and I've been researching 'cause I had a feeling it could be a deity. I typed "deity work" and found your video - as you started talking I started laughing because seriously, that couldn't be real. I literally had a dream with amazons, in which I was training with them, and I remember calling the one training us "Diana" and she said something that we were ready to learn from her and she was proud of us. It was very Wonder Woman like and I kinda dismissed it - I figured it was my unconscious. But then I started putting pieces together and so many things in my life since I was a child up to the days after I had the dream had SO MANY signs that could be Diana/Artemis. And now, your video and you even mention Wonder Woman, I'm in awe!! I've never worked with deities before, I was raised a catholic and I have no idea where to start, but I don't think I can keep ignoring all synchronicities. Thanks SO MUCH for this video!!

Everyone’s sharing stories, so I’d like to share mine too! I was in 6th grade when my mind freaking opened... I was getting into my witchery, finding out loads about myself, and that’s also the year I started to have intensely vivid dreams. I had one dream where I am absolutely positive it was Aphrodite reaching out to me. Ever since then, I’ve felt such a strong motherly connection from her. I’m going to write out my dream, read on if ya want it’s gonna be kinda long but I’ll try to sum it up.
There was this lot in the back of my grandmas house, just a big lot of grass and in my dream everything was black. There was no firehouse across the street, or neighbors house to the side of the lot. I had this omniscient perspective before seeing this lot where everything around me was dark, it was in space and a big orange planet blew up and these chunks of that blown up planet were falling from the sky onto this lot in front of me. I picked up one of the chunks and it burned, so I decided to taste it! Lmao. It tasted like that orange popcorn salt... and then boom! This big wheel god suddenly crashed down in front of me and for some reason I was so intimidated, I felt like this challenge being places before me and if I didn’t win it was just “the end.” So it was a big cog looking wheel thing, very orange. It was going in circles around me on this lot and I had to break the circle and beat time essentially. Somehow I did it and it all just *disappeared*. Next scene was, I was in “the big brown house”, that’s what I called the victorian house I lived in when I was a baby to about three years old. I mean, that’s what everyone called it in my family. Anyway, I was in the house and upstairs I found this silver mirror and I remember hearing... or really just knowing that if I looked into this mirror and said “I am beautiful” three times (or something along those lines... it’s been awhile,) that it would charm anyone I make eye contact with. So, a little backstory, the BBH was sold off to another family and I grew up with then. The town I lived in was literally classified as a village and the older brother in this family, man with his little emo self every girl had a crush on him at one point. Okay, so I have this mirror, I realized this new power I had within this mirror, go downstairs, and the first person I see is this boy and immediately he fell in love with me. His mother was PISSED! Lmao she was like, how could you do that to my son?! Okay fast forward, I go to this big pool and me and this other girl I’ve grown up with (who I had a jealousy/girl crush on for the longest time... I felt like all the boys found her pretty and not me. That kind of thing). So her and I go to this pool and I felt that there was no trace of insecurity like I usually felt next to her, there were all these boys from school in the pool and they all found me and her beautiful. It was such an amazing feeling I cannot describe. Like that level of being desired without having to do anything but be yourself... OKAY! Story over. I know I tried to sum it up, but it’s been awhile since I really wrote so this was fun to do. But ever since then I felt such a warm feeling regarding Aphrodite. I would literally tell my mom, “mom, Aphrodite is my other mom.” Lol funny stuff. I love Aphrodite so much and I feel such a strong connection to her, writing this now I even get a feeling of intense love and safety. OK! Thanks for reading if you got this far lol. 💗

This is a pretty good video, and the story is fascinating, thanks for sharing, I have Been lately fascinated with the Greek mythology story of Perseus and the Gorgon Medusa, I even have gone as far as looking for oil to use like incense from him. The movie is amazing and I just love the adventure of it. Then I find out that my sun on the moment of birth, is in the constellation of Persues on the right hand and my moon is holding the sword of perseues.

someone told me off earlier because i mentioned that i'm pretty new to Wicca and i'm still a baby witch but I already have a deity but it literally happened out of nowhere and honestly I've felt a pull toward Athena since I was 15 so nine years. I am interested in snakes and have a tattoo of an owl on my arm because I used to pray to her to help me through my GCSEs and I did really well. There's always been a part of me that believed she was up there so when I was just sitting, talking to myself while a candle was burning and it began flickering like mad when I wondered aloud if I had a deity. Then I asked if I could try and guess who, then I guessed Athena and it flickered like MAD. Then I did a meditation session and Athena came to me. Then I did a tarot reading asking if Athena was truly my deity and I pulled a 10 of cups. 'divine love, blissful relationships, harmony, alignment'. Seemed positive then...
She even picked her own candle colour and design and the stones she wanted by her candle. I didn't even know what stones she liked until I researched after.
Also when I told her someone told me I shouldn't be working with deities for at least four more years and I asked if it was alright if I talked to her she flickered like mad.

Due to an accident happened over 30 yrs. ago I was left paraplegic and on a wheel chair, after which I ended up with a spinal cord injury, though I didn't give up and fought to regain the use of my legs and body and got rid of the wheel chair in about a year of time; I still ended up with a spinal cord injury and yet, after many years my spinal nerves have regrown to the point that I slowly have regained through the years even some of the movements that I though to be lost. Perhaps this is a great message and a very inspiring one, definitely something I need to look into. Thank you, yours was a great delivery, your "shoe with the wing" charm is well deserved by you!

@@KittensWeightsandTarot That is true, indeed I do, a while back I began to write a book about them, I wanted to bring that light out into the world to light up the hearts of others and inspire people to better themselves because not only life is worth of living but we can really make a difference into this world, each one of us. However, trying to collect all of these scattered experiences in just one book it's not an easy task since they're not always all connected to one thread other than the self, I am not a professional writer and that doesn't help either. Many times, in the past, even before people began to talk about "shifting dimensions" or "jumping dimensions" I felt as I have been through such experiences naturally, without even trying it. These are the ones when we find ourselves in a position of extreme danger and nano-seconds later we are okay and later on we find ourselves talking to someone else about how dangerous that experience was and how I didn't even know how I survived through...and yet, how would you connect those to other world presences and how would you jump from guardian angels, faeries, gnomes to alien beings, ufo and vortex energy...I guess we are all of the above in this universe?! It can be a little overwhelming at times...however, I can see that there is knowledge and wisdom in these experiences and how they may be able to help others as well...though every time I try to write the book I get derailed from life and I never seem to finish it.
I am always up for a good cup of tea though ;-)
watching this video after i had no control over what i was saying and basically kept telling myself to stop feeling sorry for myself and that if i stay in this hole i’ll never fulfill my dreams, beauty isn’t everything, let myself have new beginnings, all that. i was watching this to try to figure out who was speaking to me and thirty seconds in i went, OH MY GOD IT WAS PERSEPHONE!!
also, i randomly began having an obsession with plants a few months ago. i’ve never been able to keep one alive before, but lately they’ve been prospering and i can’t keep myself from buying more
so sorry for the spam, but i’ve also always felt connected to her. i’ve researched her, almost named my dog after her, read articles and books about her. now that it’s clicked it makes so much sense

My husband, my children and the majority of all of my friends Mercury rules charts. I was God why am I surrounded by Mercury? My favorite day of the week is Wednesday. The list goes on and on. I had the opportunity to change my name, and i felt such a strong sensation, a feeling about Diana, and then when i named myself after her everything came together, my life came together basically. Wonder woman, Artemis, Diana, the moon, the huntress... and i feel... her spirit through me, like i'm her and she is me. I never told anyone because obviously people would think i'm some egomaniac who pretends to be a goddess. But here i feel understood.

I’m here cuz I needed this ☠️ I kept seeing Loki stuff EVERYWHERE and I was given a necklace with a shard of moldavite (stone of change) kin it and it just happens to be in the star shape that’s associated with the symbol of “chaos” and Loki videos keep appearing everywhere I go (not the marvel version but I have seen that too) and a talk show about working with chaos magic appeared and I listened to it, even as a high schooler I named a character I made “chaos” and unknowingly made a shield for him in that same star shape, bees and feathers keep appearing in the absolute most random places. I’m in the military and I’ve been given the opportunity for a career change (paid honorable discharge)and even a moving change opportunity (to another state) the past two days it’s become overwhelmingly obvious I decided to do some research ☠️ too much change and unpredictability and I like it- it feels like the energy of him somehow knows how I function and wanted my attention. Knowing other people had something like this happen makes me feel secure that’s it’s not just in my head and I’m not crazy
EDIT: literally after I submitted this my candle made a loud bubbling noise (??) and I looked in it and the wick had split into that same star shape. If I could put pictures here I would. I feel like I was just confirmed about my hypothesis. It was just a Normal bath and body candle too. Idk wether to be excited or LIVID

I've been feeling that I've seen signs and presence of deities of Greek origins too, but I have been doubting myself because I was told that I'm of Asian decent, and it might make more sense that I should be more connected with oriental deities instead. This video really chased the doubt away, surely, gods and goddesses don't care what blood flows in my vein, but as long as they are willing to work with me, I am going to be so thrilled.

I’ve always been attracted to Aphrodite. I thought it was a cliche because she’s popular. Well, I’m a Taurus and have a Taurus heavy birth chart so I’m ruled by Venus. I will drive 2 hours just to sit by the ocean when I’m very upset and it truly helps me. I had a dream that I stepped into a bonfire on the beach to cleanse myself of all of the things I want to let go of. When I stepped out of the fire, I turned into a dove and flew above the fire looking down into it and the ocean. Anyway, there’s more but I looked up the symbolism of these things and they all correspond to Aphrodite.
