Installed these yesterday but they don’t seem very bright. When my engine is off the white dipped beam flickers on the passenger side headlight and when the engine is on the passenger side doesn’t light up very bright but stops flickering. Any advice?
Yes you can :) engine on or off, you can even mix in a bit of colour with the dipped beam if your that way inclined aha. It's all app controlled (the RGB side) and works whenever you want it to :)
To kinda dodge this question, I would say hids are better than LEDs... However these LEDs come with he rgb function so if you want that get these and you won't be disappointed. If you want pure light output go hids from either company. You once again won't be disappointed by the quality. I'm currently running xenononlines hids for now :)
Just got these and installed them. Seems you can't turn the RGB LED side off with the car (only the app). However the dipped beams goes off with the car but the RGB doesn't and keeps drawing power even when the app has turned them off. Bit worried these are going to drain the battery tbh.
I think you'll be extremely surprised at how small of a power draw a Bluetooth box is, your car battery would probably last month's with zero running :) Take your phone for example, imagine having only the Bluetooth feature on and not touching your phone for a few days, you would probably still have battery and that's in something the size of the phone! You have nothing to worry about, promise
Mmm wonder if these lights are MOT friendly? Put my Fiesta ST through its MOT at weekend and it failed on my HID kit from CEUK, it’s a new ruling about retro fitting HID kits👺
I wouldn't be able to awnser this as I don't have the knowledge to do so, I would recommend contacting Autobeam or maybe one of them will pop up here and reply to you :)
The bulbs are easy enough to change for an MOT. HIDs will fail as there are no headlight washers and typically led bulbs are the same situation. Sort of depends on the tester
Only HID conversions will fail a MOT. Nothing for LED stated in failing a MOT but i know people have been failed for MOTs with LEDs as they was super bright and got mistaken for HIDs.
It would be unfair for me to compare at the moment due to only having the Autobeam bulbs in for a number of days and not having driven in extreme weather. I'll be sure to update you when I have and will let you know. I do know however having a standalone dipped beam unit on the bulb makes the world of difference compared to other brands who use one chip for RGB and dipped. That in my opinion is unsafe. Slightly rambled here and didn't give you an awnser at all.. I'm sorry aha
Ok. Thanks for the reply. These bulbs look cool. I have been waiting for the project x’s to come back in stock. Look forward to hearing how these compare
@@DrBirdBeak That question is one the most impossible questions ive ever been asked. I dont know what car you have, i dont know what headlights you have, im sorry i cant help with that one....
@Sky Shark Media mine still work fine. Currently running hids though as I prefer the output over the show side of things during the winter. Was wondering how long it would be until you popped back up in the comments again :D You just can't stay away. Go back to your cats mate.

Does the colour changing work with the engine running? If so can you have whatever colour you want whilst the engine is on ?

@@CarRambles cheers mate going to get myself a set now lol
Very nice been waiting to see what they was like , good vid buddy 🔥🔥🔥
It's great have a dedicated dipped beam so it's safe to drive, and then a separate RGB chip for show use :)
this video was great.
Perfect!
Does this product fit a ford fiesta mk7.5 ecoboost??
Does anyone know anything similar you could use on a 2013 plate fiesta ST please? I'm not having a lot of luck finding anything myself.
Have they lasted long like whats the reliability
Lasted as long as the car did
Would you think these are better than Xenonsonline LED headlights

My HIDs have always passed at several MOT stations, its pure luck I think
How does the standard led output of these compare with the project x bulbs?

Him: * puts in these lights with with holes in caps to make sure they are dry *
The wetness: Understandable, have a great day✌
Will you need to notify your insurance company to have these ?
Yes
cool mate like the video bro
So you dont need the rubber caps for these??
I would highly recommend them as otherwise the fan won't fit with OEM caps..
@@CarRambles Would the cap fit all cars?

Fair enough. Thank you.
Where did you get the two canards either side?
It's an eBay special, so many people hate them but I've grown to love them aha.
Looks good for night shows 👍 was wondering how they would work
Yeah gonna run these for awhile as I'm finding I'm going to more meets and shows as time goes on..
Where did you tuck the wires?
Under the slam panel :)
Can’t find these on autobeams website anymore

What the hell is a dip light?
Dipped beam is your normal night time running light. Also known as low beam.
