Rather late however your beam pattern from halogen to LED was pretty substantial. You might want to try and aim your bulb better. It didn't look like anything funky when putting it in the housing, looked like it was placed straight in, no turning to lock into place. However if you actually had to turn to lock it, you want to make sure AFTER the turn the LED chips are horizontal as much as possible or your beam pattern will be severely denigrated! This is how and why LED headlights get such a bad rep. They aren't halogen where you simply plug and play. LED need a bit of adjustment to get the best performance out of them. Now if they were straight dropped in, and its a friction fit into the housing, and they are indeed horizontal, then I would suggest raising your lights some.
Late to the party but Can I ask will the lights sit correctly and will they be adjusted automatically a don't want to dazzle people if they are not lighting up the road correctly or I know they need to face a certain way on the road thanks for your help
Theis fans make noise? Also some guys reports problems with their radio(FM),something like distortions. Did you notice something like that? I have exactly the same can and im thinking of buy them, i hope you can help me. thanks
Was this a simple plug and play or did you have to do any coding to them? My partner added some LED's from autobeam to his mini and had to code them to stop them flickering, do you have to do the same with the fiesta?
i've got the AutoBeam H7 LED but not with the fan on the back and the passenger side only just fitted on the Fiesta ST Mk7.5 so not sure how well these would fit as they look longer, also i found the caps to be a little lose, just a heads up for the St owners thinking about these.
Ash Holder thanks for the answer Ash. Are you sure it does not mess up with the LED fan? I was thinking to install those on my fiesta, but I am not sure yet
How do these LEDs look when driving in the dark? I've been hearing from people that LEDs don't give a great throw of light and aren't really great in the rain. My mk6 fiesta has HIDs plus has a H4 fitting so can't enter the competition. I am planning on getting the performance H11 LED fog lights from autobeam
Zain K they are actually really good, I too have heard mixed reviews opinions on HID’s and LED’s but over standard bulbs there was a definite improvement , unfortunately can’t comment on how they compare to HID’s but I do know that these are easier to install
I recently got the full performance kit upgrade for my mk7.5 ST and noticed the dipped beams flickering a bit when I'm stationary after driving for about 10 minutes, did this ever happen with yours?
@@Danny-kh1kd I think they are worth the money definitely, they are much better than the standard bulbs, much brighter, mine were flickering a bit when I first installed them but that was due to my battery, replaced the battery and they're spot on. I hope this helps 👍🏻
Thanks for your response mate. I might have to get some for myself. Just a few extra questions if you don't mind pal. Does fitting these lights trigger a warning light on the dash? Also have you been stopped by the police with these? And finally have you passed an MOT with these LED's installed? Cheers!
@@Danny-kh1kd No worries, they don't trigger any warning lights, I've never been stopped by the police and they've passed every mot I've had since fitting them 👍🏻
@@RGLCCXR Thanks! That's great to know, piece of mind. I forgot to mention in the last message, are these Autobeam LED's any good in heavy rain? I've heard mixed reviews on LED's in heavy rain haha.
I've installed these and the beam pattern is the same. The brightness in the reflector is increased so there is a bit of glare but is acceptable compared to manufacture LED lights.
Does anyone have an issue with the fuse box in the way and the rubber cap has to sink in and touch the fan of the LED bulb? I'm not using autobeam bulbs thought but they should be the same length.
Anyone that has the H7 LED bulb fitted, did you have to declare these as a modification for your car to your insurance? And will it increase or decrease premiums?
One of the clips on the led doesn’t clip properly either because it’s plastic and a lot thicker than the halogen housing. Do you think this will matter ? Feels solid but I know it’s not in properly

Hey i have bought a led h7 from autobeam and i dont got any rubber caps is it normal?
Great video!!! These leds produce superior light compare to the halogen ones. However, in reflector housing there is some glare.

Brought some with adapters for my 2017 ford kuga. How do they fit please?

Has anyone had trouble with clicking the lights in. Mine dont seem to click in and stay secure, the surround of the bulb just bends?
How did you solve it?

If you could help me out mate that'd be great. Did you struggle getting the passenger LED and rubber cap to fit in front of the fuse box?
What size rubber caps have you got. Just so i can order the right ones
How do you change the direction of the light
i've got the AutoBeam H7 LED but not with the fan on the back and the passenger side only just fitted on the Fiesta ST Mk7.5 so not sure how well these would fit as they look longer, also i found the caps to be a little lose, just a heads up for the St owners thinking about these.
Did you had trouble fitting the rubber cap on the left side because the fuse box? There is not much space
Rui Silva you’re right there isn’t a lot of space but these rubber caps are easily manipulated into place so had no problem!
Ash Holder thanks for the answer Ash. Are you sure it does not mess up with the LED fan? I was thinking to install those on my fiesta, but I am not sure yet
Rui Silva I held the rubber cap in place when I put them in and there was enough behind that the fan wasn’t being restricted

Hi ash. AB fog light bulbs are the same at front and back?
I recently got the full performance kit upgrade for my mk7.5 ST and noticed the dipped beams flickering a bit when I'm stationary after driving for about 10 minutes, did this ever happen with yours?
Are the Autobeam LED Dipped Headlights worth the money? Mixed reviews everywhere.

Aren't HID upgrades illegal now due to new MOT regulations?
If they aren't factory fitted yes they will no longer pass the MOT, good thing these are LED
I’m not fussed about the lights but where did you get your headlight casings? They look mean asf I want some
How do you fit the engine cover mate
Question in, will these blind oncoming traffic since I live in sweden? Traffic is on the other side here.
Did you ever find out about these blinding oncoming traffic?
I've installed these and the beam pattern is the same. The brightness in the reflector is increased so there is a bit of glare but is acceptable compared to manufacture LED lights.
I’ve just ordered some but I haven’t ordered any of the black caps to keep it water tight, do I need them?
Blondiejoey1 Yeah you need the bigger black caps because the leds stick out too far for the standard ones
SuperchargedDarkness cheers mate, much appreciated just ordered them
Where found a Red ford logo?
Are the 6500k road Legal ash ?
pretty sure such an upgrade would fail an mot now. heard if a car has halogens they cannot be converted to LEDs
What size mm is the back cap?
Does anyone have an issue with the fuse box in the way and the rubber cap has to sink in and touch the fan of the LED bulb? I'm not using autobeam bulbs thought but they should be the same length.
Kelvin Lam some other brands are different lengths/ don’t fit with rubber caps
Can anyone help, under the new rules do these fail mot now or not? UK
I’m not sure
Awesome mate 🤙🏽

#ASH keep up the good videos mate 👍🏼 your quality of editing is improving!
#ASH another great video dude! Definately have this upgrade in mind!
For mk8??
Was looking at Autobeam the other day, looking to upgrade the lights on my mk8. Great video #ASH
That bulb looked more than a bit loose when you fitted it.
Man, thanks for your tutorial videos, and I think these bulbs also will fit my Fiesta MK8. #ASH

Awesome video! ill be buying these if i dont win em haha! #ASH
Good luck
#ASH i've tried using your discount code a while back, but it didn't work =(
Possibly down to either a sale being on at the time or not reaching the minimum £15 spend limit?
Could have been! I think the order was over £15 not 100% tho.
The code works now tho!
I bet those LED lights will look cool, but how difficult is to adjust the lights back to correct position. #ASH
#Ash These look much better. Low line kit is in the post and these would finish of the front end off nicely!
#ASH would make the st closer to perfection!
I was just looking for some new bulbs to replace my awful eBay ones so this would be great to win! #ASH

Burned after 4 months
That front screw is a piece of shit it just turns and doesn’t do anything
