I love seeing this! As an American, we are sorta brainwashed to view Chinese people in a negative light, so when I was there I was pretty uncomfortable, but when I needed help finding my way, people (especially older people) were super nice to me, and helpful and tried really hard to help me even though there was a clear language barrier. I've been told by some Chinese American friends that Chinese people can be pretty racist against Black people, and though this may be true, I know from experience that most people are good people and have just been given bad information. Just like how we Americans are literally trained by the media to see Chinese people negatively.
@@seeleygirl6178 if this is focused towards me, there were Chinese hotel owners throwing BLKS out on the street. There were restaurants that wouldn't serve BLKS. None of this had to do with the government. In America, Chinese have shown racism towards BLKS. I can bring proof.
I know what you are talking about because even the ones, who should know better like some of the politicians. Who instigated all that hatred towards the Chinese Americans recently. To all the people obsessed with racism, discrimination and who knows what, this video can teach you many things. Number 1, we are all humans. Number 2, we have more in common than you think despite our differences. If you look at another thinking about what separates you, that’s what you get. If you look for what you have in common, that’s what you also get. Number 3, the most important element of a culture is the language. If you can communicate, you have one foot in the door. Number 4, when you act like a normal human being, people will treat you like a normal human being, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. Be nice, be respectful, be happy and enjoy what the world has to offer.
Yes travelling to a completely different location is a good fix for any stereotypes imho. Gives you perspective, and you see how people are quite similar compared to you even in the other side of the globe lol

I've often read comments from Americans saying like "even for a million bucks I'll never set afoot in China" which I find terribly stupid...
Oh my God. I always hear Chinese people are not welcoming to foreigners! 😖🥺 Wow these villagers are very warm and welcoming people. I can see there happiness see you in their small village and speak their language! Well done brother. See how they show you respect!?:) more over You are also interacting with them very well! I love what I see! 😍 it’s so beautiful. Let love and respect one another. And enjoy our differences! One human race!😍❤️

@@columbusohio72 that is for sure! 😂 I’m sure most people do the same as well!
@@goldenrules5697 I don’t think so! Because they said on the video they never be in Africa or close to black people! But he speaks their language so they feel comfortable to talk to him. That is what I understood!:)
It's so cool watching you interacting with the Chinese people. Be safe.
You're becoming a black celebrity in the area. Enjoy your time.
Watching you from New York States.
🇺🇸❤️❤️
中国是一个很安全国家,尤其对外国人也比较热情!
Her first experience communicating with a, black African really thrilled her. Very beautiful woman with a huge sense of humour. I really love her conversations with you, she's such a nice funny woman i love people like that. 👍
Wow, that was such a beautiful exchange. People are simply curious about one another and only fear what they don't understand. New subscriber.
sounded like you were welcomed and also they wanted to ask so many questions. refreshing to see instead of people fighting with each other. i hope youtube recommends me this type of thing more often
欢迎你来中国, 中国每一个人都和视频中的人一样热情。

respect
I am from Kenya 🇰🇪 been to Shenzen, Guangdong City 2016 - sometimes ago. The people are good and the weather perfect. Some villages have never seen Africans
Watching from the USA 💕👍🙏🎉Nice video on local street meetings in China with ordinary folks. Your fluency in Mandarin is a huge plus to get people to open up and talk with you. Thanks for sharing. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉💕🙏👍
Yes you are a wonderful person. Nice meeting you here.. From 🇺🇸
Just came across your channel.
What you have shown is the power of communication. I'm sure you are doing a lot to change the ordinary Chinese understanding of Africa. Great work and I will continue to watch your channel
Amazing 👏🏼 I like how they show you respect for speaking their language.
Depends on where in China. There is footage of them being racist towards BLKS and throwing them out of hotels during the pandemic
Speak for yourself. I love Chinese people. It’s not their fault what their government does.
@@seeleygirl6178 if this is focused towards me, there were Chinese hotel owners throwing BLKS out on the street. There were restaurants that wouldn't serve BLKS. None of this had to do with the government.
In America, Chinese have shown racism towards BLKS. I can bring proof.
Chinese people respect anyone especially can speak Chinese fluently. This is our culture.
I know what you are talking about because even the ones, who should know better like some of the politicians. Who instigated all that hatred towards the Chinese Americans recently. I often wonder how do they feel when they watch the news and see how badly they were beaten and some even lost their lives. I just wish that more people would think of the consequences of our actions and how it can cause so much heartaches and misery to our fellow human beings. 🤔🤔🤔One Love 🇯🇲
Good job brother show the world that we are 100% human 🇰🇳🙏🏾🇰🇳🙏🏾🇰🇳
You just encouraged me to go dust up my Chinese vocabs😂. Thank you so much.
You can do it!
Thank you sir
生活就是老师,如果你生活在环境都是讲中文的地方,很容易学会中文,有可能比中文教科书更好用。

19:19 He's saying '难得' '难得' (=seldom/rare), presumably implying that it's 'rare' meeting a black person and thus explaining you why he eagerly wanted to take a picture with you! :)
Love the positive vibes in your videos bro. Breaking the negative stereotypes and showing how China really is.
I love Chinese people so much they always help me from l was young and l am black women

Lol the grandma recommending him to marry a Chinese
7:45 wow they are amazed he understands and speaks thier language. That's is the most beautiful important thing any one can see when a race of people are afraid to speak or interact with another race of people and then when they hear him speak thier language they are amazed and have a nice happy conversation erasing all misconceptions about race. This was the most important moment i have ever scene in life and to see the smiles gives me hope for peace ✌️ on Earth. You fear what you don't understand ❤️
Well said
It’s such a stark contrast to America where people get upset when foreigners don’t know the language.
This is wonderful. Seeing people from vastly different backgrounds learning about each other and enjoying the process. Awesome. 👍

just came across your channel was so please to see you as a melanated brother speaking Chinese made me proud and i realized these people are not all bad ... friendly and willing to communicate.
You thought these people were all bad….?
@@shineluvslambiel i would have given you a expanation for why I said so but the video is not about that and I respect my brother who are making the videos and I leave it there..👨🏾🎓👨🏾🎓👨🏾🎓👨🏾🎓👨🏾🎓
I am a black man and was quite amazed by your ability to master their language. I am very proud of you and wish you the best. This video I presume would go viral
Happy to see you around such good people..can't trust television there good people everywhere. Cheers from USA 🇺🇸
Your government is preparing people for war.
I admire you speaking Chinese. When you speak people language you feel connected to them. Language is powerful.
Great video! I love living in other countries. I wish everyone had the chance to do so. Helps your view of the world.
I totally agree!
Wow bro well done . You speak the language very well. Am impressed 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
It don't matter where we go, we have to meet people at their level of comfort just so we can look like be accepted as human to them
Sad that u say it that way. But its true
WOW!!! what a great video. Thank you!!
Wow wholesome interaction thoroughly enjoyed, thanks for sharing and teaching the world.
A sense of personal safety and an acceptance of what you are makes it a very special welcome place. Good job, Bro!
Appreciate you for being African Ambassador in China. I equally cannot forget the courtesies I received from scores of Taiwanese & Chinese during visits and wonder whether they are still keeping photo shots we had with them.
