That's a good idea. I use VirtualBox to run a virtual androidOS with my Linux PC. This can also be done on Windows. It can be a little complicated to setup and configure, but can deliver very good results. I don't know of anything as simple to setup as BlueStacks though...

It seems to be blocked by Chrome but you can still fool it as a download... although I don't know why Windows thinks its insecure.

That would be great. I think this could be done using Rhubarb and Blender. I'll see if I can look into it more.

You can't sue it, but you can use it in opentoonz, yes.
