It's a national park and there is a fee to enter for foreigners 200thb and locals 40thb.

I don't remember paying. Maybe I did because I parked by or in the national park
It depends on which side you enter the Beach, on Nai Yang beach side there was always a police check point where they cash money, from Splash Beach Resort i think it's free.

Now it's low season in Phuket, probably in high season there are going to be daily flights again.
AT PHUKET, they have TK172(ARR) & TK173(DEP) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3 Flights per week)

It depends on which side is wind, winter time actually is the best time, because then they are landing almost every day from the sea side.
