Ring Alarm Sensors: amzn.to/3Jtgtsm
The Ring Alarm Security System is a DIY alarm system that doesn't require any tools for set up and can be installed in less than 30 minutes in your home.
The Ring Alarm Base Station connects directly to your wifi network and then all the Ring Alarm Sensors are battery powered and wireless which allows you install them anywhere within range of the base station.
You can self monitor the Ring Alarm Security System but it also allows you to sign up for professional monitoring with a 24/7 call center that will dispatch first responders if the Alarm is set off.
In this video we show you how to set up the Ring Alarm Base Station, the Ring Alarm Keypad, the Ring Alarm Contact Sensors and the Ring Alarm motion sensors.
Once you have your Ring Alarm Security System set up you can remotely control it from your phone in addition to arming it or disarming it from the keypad.
With the Smart Ring Alarm system and app you can monitor the Alarm system from your phone and make any changes you want to the system from your phone.
The Ring Alarm Security System can also be used with Alexa Voice Assistants to arm and disarm the system.

Thank you so much. Because of watching this video once, I was able to install my full system in 20-30 minutes. Once again. Thanks agin!
This was a tremendous help the slow step by step instruction and explanation of each part was exactly what I needed. I had such anxiety setting up simply safe I got rid of that. Thank you so much this was huge help!
Great job at explaining the process in an organized and clear manner. VERY helpful! Thank you!
I appreciate the comment thank you!
two years on two hours? that’s nice. Great video!
Thank you this was insanely helpful.
LUV these SET UP/Instructional Videos on how to use your new Security systems....way better than having to read their super small print booklets or dealing with Customer service workers, (that barely speak english LOL)
Great video! Installing mine tomorrow. Thank you! Please be on standby for any questions :)
You got so much patience to explain clearly😊
Well done instructions! Thank you so much👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Excellent video all I needed to know
Thank you for this. Super clean and straight forward! Well done.
Great video, very well explained with detail to make it easy to remember.
Thank you for saving me from my kids calling me a boomer because I was unable to make it work. Not only am I not a Boomer ( they need to better learn about generation names) but a proud mom but I couldn’t have thrown it in their faces without you 😂!!
Thank you for the help!! Just placed my order!
Thank your for this video, it makes it easier now.
Glad it helped!
Super goed filmpje geen problemen met installatie van het alarm alles werkt perfeckt
This was so helpful. I am setting it up for my work and it was a real struggle as someone who is helpless with technology.
Thank you sir!
Very prescriptive instructions to accompany the video tutorial. Thanks for pulling this together.
I’ve had the system for 3 years :-) and was getting ready to reset / reinstall as I never fully had it working back in 2020. Just used the sensors to know when a door was opened to the pool / patio or other doors we seldom use and are out of site/out of mind until used every few months (eg our cellar, rear laundry door, and other entry points through our home.
A suggestion - a few of your followers have asked questions … and the majority have gone unanswered (at least via the comment section).
If you don’t plan to answer questions - and plan to use this as a one way / push style of training - you might want to put some verbiage at the top of your info session or pin a comment letting your viewers know you don’t plan to respond to questions/comments.
As a content creator - letting / setting expectations on your planned interactions with your viewers is helpful - and appreciated by some (or most) followers.
Especially important if your goal is to monetise your TH-cam presence.
Sharing some advice a few mates of mine received at a recent TH-cam creators workshop here in Melbourne.
Great video, thank you
This is absolutely the most perfect video as I"m setting this system up tomorrow. But need one piece of clarity.....I will not be using the ethernet cable as I will be using my integer provider's WiFi. the question I have is when selecting WiFi (as in the beginning of the video) am I selecting my main WiFi network (provided by my internet provider) to run the Ring system off of or am I selecting Ring's Eero WiFi to connect the base.....anyone see my confusion and see what I mean????? Please help and thank you in advance.
EXELLENTA 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Perfectly Explained 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼GRACIOUS Senor’
This is super helpful, thanks
Really well explained, thank you!
Thank you, great tour and explaination of the system!
Great video! Thank you for explaining everything in detail.
Great walkthrough!
This is an amazing review. Thank you so much!!
Thanks for sharing. The video shows your address, I am guessing that is the 'office' address, if not, probably best to edit it...
What happens if an intruder finds the base station and unplugs it? Would the outdoor siren still continue?
Great Video! Well Explained!
This was very helpful.
Great video
Can you have more than one user
Exactly like in the Ring Alarm app. Step by step. Easy peasy japanese..........🤑
I just set one up earlier today
Thank you
Great video
If all unit in range i don’t need plugging Range Extender that come with it right?
What about alarm sound? Any exterior alarm options?
Is there a way to select what chirps are played through the base station? We have it setup at work … so a motion sensor across the workshop shutter and then a contact sensor over the door. We’re in and out the shutter door so don’t chirp sounding from base unit (not bothered about the push notification here) but if someone walks in the shop, want to know someone has come through to door. Is is possible to turn off the motion sensor noise but keep the contact sensor noise?
what about the range extender? Did your alarm come with that device?
thanks for the explanation. Do ring devices communicate with the base station via the home wifi or does the base station create a private wifi network for it to talk to the devices via?
Got a question
If someone was to disable my internet connection. Would the system not respond? Can it also work with cellular?
Thanks
awesome video! im planning on getting the same alarm but I have google doorbell, google cameras, google lock, so can I have the ring alarm in the Google home app rather than using 2 separate apps ?
Can the ring doorbell be added to this system?
I'm setting up the system with wifi. The main light ring has lit up however the two smaller lights have not. What should I do?
Easy to install
Did I hear correctly? The Ring keypad, once fully charged, last up to 2 years???
If you pay for cellular monitoring, can you set up the system without wifi?
hi, question please.. if i already have the old eero pro 3 pack from a couple years ago(not the new 6 or E) mine are more flat... anyway if i get the ring pro alarm, will i have to stop using my current eeros and just use that main as my only router? or can i put one for and link to the other and still use both? thank you!!!
Will it go off with pets in home?
Can you change keypad access code? If so, how?
I call Home “Stay”
My contact sensors just wont add. It's blinking green 3 times but just not adding. Any idea how to resolve this?
Do you need the base station or can you use an Echo or Google nest?
Does This System Have Chime?
What about the extender what is that for
Hello I bought a new house. The house has ring security system installed but it is under the previous owner. How do I put it under my name and have the app set up with all the components ?
Any luck with this? I have the same issue?
@@kirkdoupe1180 yea I asked the previous owner to remove that device from the app installed on their name. After that you have to start from scratch as if you just got everything new. There is a small hole like thing on the back of every device. The easiest way to do it is put a pin on that hole u til it beeps and it will factory reset it
Can you mute the base station and just receive notifications through the app
Hola mi sistema de alarma ring está registrada en otra cuenta como yo puedo resetear la base para que reconozca mi cuenta de ring
Why does Ring now require Android 9 or higher to access these devices? I have the Ring app when I bought a Ring doorbell in 2018. Now when I go into my Ring app to add a new indoor camera it says I need to update my ring app and my device is no longer compatible. I hate all these companies. It's the same with simplisafe. Ridiculous. I have to buy a new goddamn phone to use the ring alarm and cameras I just spent over $300 on.
would like key fobs for user
You blocked your wifi info but not your address lol
Now we know what house not to rob.
Lol it’s the address for Wrigley Field
😂
Were you planning to go to his house for dinner?
It is probably just a random demo address
Internet go out Ring have Cellular connection?
Yes
👍👍
You kinda sound like lock picking lawyer.
Hi
His address is a stadium 💀
Why did ya get two keypads when you can just use your phone in bed? 😅
The app can go down at times, the WiFi may go down and you can also use the panic feature on the keypad more quickly than on the phone
Also if there are multiple ppl they may not have access to the app duh.....
I have $2,100 in Ring equipment -- come and pick it up. You CANNOT use this hardware with any other company except amazon, and the hardware comes from amazon. Amazon owns you, you do not own ring equipment (you just pay for it) -- AND guess what, those videos YOU delete, they still have them and will share them with Law Enforcement - THAT IS RIGHT.
Excellent! Thanks so much!
Great video! You made it so easy to follow.
Thank you!
