The thing is, he sees all the Floor Guardians as being like the children of his Guild mates, so he's pretty uncomfortable about even the concept of having a relationship with any of them. He is (very) slowly coming around to the idea, but I think it will be a last volume / epilogue thing, when he finally makes an honest woman of Albedo. And Shalltear. And Zesshi. And Aura. And most or all of the Battle Maids. And... you get the idea
I'm actually surprised he isn't smarter. He was definitively mentally changed by becoming his avatar, so why is it that he doesn't become smarter? I'm not entirely familiar, but wouldn't you have to have a very high Intelligence stat or similar to know and cast so many spells and have so many Mana Points?
In Dota2 heroes have talent trees that gives them 0.5 sec mini stun to their ability which is AoE and produces multiples instances which is fucking annoying. 1.75 sec is eternity.

He isnt great at pvp he mostly specialices in group battles as you can see in his recent backstories he mostly uses buffs or debuffs and durability passives because of his role in his old team but can deal huge damage he cant win in pvp battles without the knowlege of his enemy beacause most of his skills isnt for damge dealing its mostly for debuffs

That Scene reminded me on a method in SAO:Hollow Realization, called Ex-Dancing. Therefore you Swap between all weapon and ex-Skills (the extra skills for each weapon) and Cast their buffs in a specific Order to have an insane buff of your stats.

We seem to forget that Ainz's avatar is primarily built for ROLE PLAYING, it wasn't a min/max build meant for pvp and stuff, but he somehow and usually wins most pvps when he has enough information of his opponent. He's like Batman in that regard.
In any case, this allowed him to obtain the "Eclipse" class which allows him to access instant death spells capable of overriding death immunities (thus, hypothetically capable of killing immortals) "The Goal of all life is death" is a totally broken spell even in an MMORPG

The most I’ve seen of the guild during its glory days was that side story featuring the transformation of the clan Nine’s Own Goal to the guild Ainz Ooal Gown, Momonga being appointed as guildmaster, and the guild’s conquest of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. It also gives a bit of insight into some of the Supreme Beings like Ulbert and Bukubukuchagama and how they conduct themselves during combat or doing guild activities

Y'know, been building yet another theory re-watching these videos.. I think you may have said things that suggest as much while talking about Shalltear, but never stated it directly: I believe the new world makes roleplaying builds the absolute power. A power gamer could go far, but having levels in things with complementary lore makes the more powerful being. It's part of why Ainz has been doing so well, and why some of the weakest level 100 NPCs have been out-performing power-gamer builds like Shalltear; their builds have coherent lore for their chosen levels. This world essentially makes the classes real, so roleplay focused builds like Ains and some NPCs wind up being the greatest and most successful in the new world, while power focused ones like Cocyutus and Shalltear require more time to adapt and find their way, because their greatest strength lie specifically in Yggdrasil game fights. Suddenly needing to perform actual duties is their greatest challenge, and has a learning curve, though at least in Cocyutus' case, Ains prepare that for him immediately after Shalltear's failure, though that happens in-between seasons/novels, and is something we know little about. I think the author is hiding that Ains really did just follow his whims and created a plan that worked perfectly due to the fact that he didn't overthink it. .. and ties into my theory that Ains actually is the genius they all think he is, he just isn't consciously aware of it because he is overthinking himself as a human soul, when in fact I believe he is subject to his characters lore and a lot of his mistakes and random actions actually are him subconsciously pushing things in a specific way. If he relaxed and followed his every idle whim towards a specific goal, things would turn out just fine, out-matching Demiurge's plans and pushing things farther than even he thought possible. When you get down to it, that is exactly how the Holy Kingdom arc panned out, his idle whims and deviations from Demiurge's script pushing the plan far beyond what Demiurge thought possible. Meanwhile, Ains thought he wasn't helping at all, and did his best to convinced Demiurge his actions were intentional mistakes to test him. This is only possible because he has a lore-focused build: he took classes that weren't advantageous in the game as far as raw power. It would make little difference to a player of a game, but in a world where the game becomes real, he is someone with classes in being an absolute undead ruler, a phenomenal schemer, an unparalleled master of magic, a lord over the forces of time able to call death on even the land itself. .. and since Overlord as a series originates from the author's direct tabletop RPG experiences, I think it also makes sense from that angle as well. This would mean he is discreetly glorifying the roleplay build, and sidestepping the fact that the characters come from an MMO, making the least capable ones be those who weren't lore-focused.
Yep, when you think about it, it can be the reason why Ainz's luck is S tier, because if things didn't go according to him, it would feel out of place for an overlord.
To put it in a lot simpler terms. The conversion from game to real used not just their stats but their lore, and their biographical memories. The awakened NPC's remember the events they lived through. Every death and respawn, they also remember, player chats that happened in earshot, they remember as conversations they've overheard. Because lore was made real as well as stats, lore explanations would actually change the way powers work. (And possibly modify real characteristics the same way stats do) Then there's the fact that the world they were transported to is... well.... a world, which means the parameters by which events occur follow a fundamentally different internal logic from that of a game. This means by mechanics alone a "role-play" centered build would more organically and vesatilly interface with the fundamental forces guiding said world. Before we factor in the fact that lore is jusy as powerful as, if not more so than stats. One interesting implicion to this: Because in game Momonga always used Albedo to bring up the dialogue through which he accessed guild administration menus, for running maintenance on his guild, She was known to all as the one to relay most of Momonga's orders, so in becoming incarnate, the interpretation that she was his Queen would have manifest even without modifying her flavor text. In fact the way the awakened npcs processes real memories seems to suggest that the edit itself was something she witnessed, and what was present before the edit, was still part of her character lore. Instead the edit itself contextualized into the lore as the moment they confessed their feelings.(Now would she have been as in love with him without the edit... Is she okay with the edit because it made the lore more reflective of her reality or is she okay with the edit because she approachs that memory from the standpoint of being in love with him? Well that's the dilemma that keeps Ainz from manifesting an ectoplasm cock and going to plough town.)
Actually bone daddy would not be that strong against other players. The class you want is world champion. That is the class of Touch Me who was the strongest player in the guild and that is probably the strongest existing class in Yggdrasil

You got it wrong with the XP summons at 05:30, Eternal Deaths are level 90 but they don't require XP to summon. The only summons which require XP are Overlord Wiseman (lvl 90) and Grim Reaper Thanatos (lvl 90) which are summoned through the skill [Undead Lieutenant]. It's true that Ainz doesn't use his Undead Lieutenants since they require XP but the reason he doesn't use the free high tier undead is because they disappear after a while. Unlike the low and middle tier undead, a human corpse is not enough to keep a high level undead in this world. That was the motivation behind attacking the Lizardmen in volume 4, to see if their corpses were of a higher grade and would allow a high tier undead to stay permanently. "The skill, [Undead Lieutenant]. It required XP, so he decided against it. Using the summons from the Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown. The very fact that he had to carry the Guild Weapon with him meant that it was out of the question. The skill, [Create Undead]. Thinking about it, pandoras actor is the perfect npc for him to make. Pandoras actor can become any one of his guildmates, and so can he. They are both heavily focused on utility, and because of that, if he has the option to use any 2 of the members of nazaricks power, he can pretty much defeat any enemy and solve any problem imaginable given proper preparations. He is more or less omnipotent, so the fact that he is as calculating as he is, just makes him even scarier considering the fact that his only weakness is that he isn't omniscient.
I think Ainz being not as OP in Yggdrasil isn't his weakness because it's explained in the anime that all that he ever does was doing business as a Guild Master
Ainz is a very capable person who can exert several times his normal strength through ingenuity, perfect combo/timing, great knowledge in what works best, and great experience at fighting against other players.
One of my favorite moments in the books is when ainz is panicking until he realizes he can access his inventory and basically goes "I could take on all of Nazerick at once as long as i have this stuff"
This was a really well done video, and the only problem I could find was the fact that an Overlord isn't the final form of the undead race tree. Well, it kind of is, but it has other variants of it that people *can* spec into, but Ainz didn't since most of them didn't actually fit his "dream build". For example, the Overlord Wiseman has proficiency in spell casting, an Overlord General commands undead really well, and an Overlord Chronomancer allows for advanced usage of time related spells. Off topic, but you mentioned you were unsure of how the game allows for 718 spells, and the answer is simple. The player gets 10 hotkeys in Yggdrasil. For Ainz, he divided each hot key into being representative of what kind of spell tier they were. When you clicked a hotkey, it would bring up 4 rings with 12 spells in each ring and you would select what spell to cast. By doing this math, you have a total of 480 spell slots, and I assume that Ainz just switched out whatever spells he wanted of his pool of 718. That, or, he got more hotkeys for having Dark Wisdom. Either way, he was very good at maneuvering these menus which lead to his success. I really thought that this was gonna be a video with a bunch of misinformation about how certain spells work or how Yggdrasil is, but it's very good! Edit: I mispelled proficiency.

Well, it's a major charm of Overlord. While in other Isekai novels, the mc is the op hero or antagonist, in overlord he is just a low- or mid-level salesman who got put in this situation, trying all the time not to let slip he has no clue what's going on, when his npc's assume he is always 12 steps ahead of them. However, I found these moments always cringe worthy in the LN, while it has been reduced a bit in the anime. While reading, I always tried coming up with solutions to fix this, but actually found non, other than replacing the entire character of Ainz. And as the story progresses, he actually puts a lot of effort into improving his B*llsh*tt*ng powers, like watching royalty and leaders to improve his movement and behaviour to appear much more majestic and being in control.
@@Dampfaeus I actually loved that in the LN, precisely because he later tries to copy from role models, because at heart he's still an average japanese guy with no life, though he seems like he was kind of smart drawing from memory how his superiors would act on certain situations and using that as base for his leadership. And my conclusion is that he underestimates himself a lot, even though Albedo and Demiurge do have him running in circles at first, he begins to actually display a level of genius that's not really that far from what the guardians think. This is probably tied into the fact that, as he notices himself, his mind seems to be changing to align with his body, as he became an actual Overlord Lich in the flesh, I mean the bone.

He could have won against Shalltear easier if he had decided to use a World Class Item, but he did the right decision and thought it was too risky. Even if he wasn't able to ever beat Touch Me, he didn't really try to. Warrior Takemikazuchi was one who did try to. Strength doesn't have to be measured in pure combat power. Who do you think wins a fight? One who improvises or one who has a plan for every move the opponent takes? According to chess players, the strategist, or in this case Ainz.

I recently re-watched the first few episodes, and found myself asking similar questions to Ainze. How exactly did they transfer to this new world. I came up with a theory based on the context of the behaviors and dialogue of the floor guardians while talking amongst themselves. And that theory is fairly simple, The floor guardians are the ones who moved Nazarick, and trapped Ainze within. It works off the idea that the various flavor-text and significant modifications to the AI coding of the tombs NPC’s. I got the idea from a single line spoken by demiurge, “... the last of the supreme beings, who so graciously stayed by us UNTIL THE END.” (Ok it’a not word for word, but it’s close enough), this single line created a contradiction in the shows logic. One that I believe clues us in to something that after a short while gets swept under the rug. HOW. The NPC’s and floor guardians of the tomb of Nazuriek viewed the original world of Yggdrasil just as they view the world in witch that find themselves. And at the stroke of midnight they largely react as if nothing was different in any way, and only seem to realize that the tomb moved by the change in local topography. later while they pledg themselves to Lord Momonga (later known as Ainze) this trend continues, however wean he leaves, they start talking as if it wear the first time they ever really met him.
How exactly does the quote prove anything? What is the contradiction in the show's logic? How would the AI in the game which had to be programmed by the guild members could develop a plan like transporting Ainz into the New World, and how exactly could they manage to achieve this? The AI in the game wasn't super intelligent and was mainly combat focused. The few commands which they had written into them were for fun. The Floor Guardians have never spoken to any Supreme Beings directly, but you could be in their presence. For example, in Season 1 Episode 10 we see Shalltear speak of how Peroroncino told Ainz that he couldn't play an ero game which Peroroncino was waiting for because her sister was a voice actor in it. If Shalltear had never met Ainz, then there's no way for her to remember that conversation. NPCs didn't have voices in the game, nor were they programmed to be able to speak or have a conversation with the players.
I'm a little bit sad knowing that Momonga customized his build as a role-play oriented character rather than min-maxing like Ulbert and other members of his guild. Would've loved seeing Ainz throw world-ending spells left and right
It was actually a blessing he went for a role-play build. Not the best for PvP in Yggdrisill sure, but totally anhilates anyone and anything in the New World, and is extremely adaptable. His skill PvP'ing stronger builds with his disadvantaged build made him a better Pvp'er in general, and made him the perfect master tactician in the New World.
I don't know why but "Fallen Down" is just one of my favorite anime spells ever. Good video. I always thought the staff was stronger than that but I guess it makes sense.
Im proud to the communities that the Overlord is finally getting a 4 and 5 seasons of overlord Overlord is that anime that i like the most because it separates the anime to other isekai animes out there especially the villainous anti-hero protagonist that made me love this anime more and made me fell deeper into its story I do hope we get to see games likes YGGDRASIL before we die of old age
Yes, but they completely romplestomp anyone they fight. There is no challenge at all. In game terms they are seal clubbers and grey-con farmers, the very worst type of PCs. It has been like that for 4 series. We are supposed to marvel at how great Ainz is.....at killing people and creatures who can't fight back. What is the point of a 5th season if that is all that happens?
While this is supposedly all coming from an MMO, most of this gameplay reminds me a lot of a D&D campaign. Its a really fun mix of MMO mechanics and D&D mechanics.

Now I wanna see Ulbert, one of if not the strongest magic caster in Ainz Ooal Gown with his highly specialized build. I think he was second or third in the guild in terms of burst damage.
When it comes to casting so many spells, I had this interesting idea that as a spell caster, you'd literally just have a text bar, and you'd have to type out the name of the spell. Not the full spell name, because you could create a "shortcut" similar to autocorrect on smartphones. The shortcut could be just a single letter, or it could be 10 letters, and the length of the shortcut would be forced. For example, tier 10 spells would require 10 characters, and the faster you type the spell, the "faster" it is casted. There would be some cast time post-activation, to create a skill ceiling, so good spell caster players couldn't be just straight up unbeatable. The english alphabet has 26 letters. This means you could have 26 tier 1 spells available at any given time. That's obviously the first magic you learn, so you probably won't be using it for very long, and even though there are probably more tier 1 spells than tier 10, it's fitting that as a low-level spell caster you can't cast that many spells. But there is no "maximum character" limit, you could have a tier 1 spell have a 50 character shortcut if you so desired. But as soon as you'd get into tier 2, you suddenly have 26^2= 676 spell "slots" available at any given point, made up of simply 2-character shortcuts, such as "ad" "eg" "ok" "lo", etc. From that point on, the amount of spells you could store at any given time would not be a problem. So with this system, a spell such as The Goal of All Life is Death (above 10th tier, so 12 characters minimum): thegofallfed (shortened version of the full name condensed into 12 characters, made with both hands typing on one side of the keyboard in mind), or qwertyuiopas (mash the top row and then 2 more letters) etc., the possibilities are endless. This would be incredibly hard to balance, but it would allow for the spell-casting part of the game to be purely skill-based. You wouldn't click anything. You wouldn't navigate any menus or have hundreds of hotkeys, all you'd have is a single text bar. You would have to remember a really extensive list of shortcuts, but you could make them much easier to remember by just "shortening" the name of the spells to the required amount of characters, or anything else you could come up with, since there are no limits, only the character count. If you misspell the shortcut, the casting fails. To prevent yourself from casting the wrong spell, you can always cancel the cast via backspace. To me, this would feel really close to real spell-casting, because you often see the characters of the show saying the full name of the spell before it is activated.
Prochy It seems like a cool idea in my opinion! Not only would it make spell casting a bit harder, but it would limit spell spamming too. The only thing that I could see happening to counter it, would be the usage of macros to type your favourite spell(s) or spell combinations with the press of a button making all PVP against a someone who is able to cast tier 10 and uses macros really hard as he/she can cast a spell 10 times a second. So far the only problem I see with this, is that The Goal of All Life is Death is a skill that buffs instant death magic and not a spell.
Vezoth I guess you could have separate shortcuts for buffed instant death magic (with TGoALiD) and unbuffed instant death magic, since it is not a spell but something that buffs spells, but I'm guessing it consumes MP, or increases the MP consumption of the spell, so to be efficient you'd setup two shortcuts to avoid excess MP usage. There'd have to be more design work put into this idea for it to be implementable. The actual character limit for the shortcuts would have to be further worked on to actually balance it. Maybe make it not locked by tier, but by actual power of the spell? Each spell would have its own character minimum. So a tier 1 fireball could have 2 characters and a 1.5 second cast time + the projectile travel time in order to deliver the damage. But a tier 10 fireball (if such a thing would exist) would require 12 characters, 2.5 second cast time + the projectile travel time. As for macros, the spell casting could be balanced further by including a maximum of X keystrokes per Y milliseconds, making it so you can't ever type anything instantly. This speed limit would need to be tested to see what works best. But I'd guess a baseline of 1/5th of a second, meaning you could do 5 keystrokes in one second, which seems reasonable to me. That'd most definitely prevent people from spamming high-tier spells. Once again, the character limit would have to be adjusted and further balanced. Extremely fast typers that have perfect muscle memory for most of their spells would be able to cast everything very quickly, but it'd take months and months of practice to achieve something like this, but that is exactly the point of this system! Imagine people that would also train to do it with one hand. Another idea I had to make spellcasters more interesting and to increase the depth of the RPG and choice in character development would be to introduce spell "attribute" point allocation. For example, the splash radius of a fireball, or it's projectile travel speed, or some more basic things such as its damage or mana cost. This would mean that besides leveling your character and allocating stats, you'd also gain attribute points for each spell individually to allocate into that spell. Think of the possibilities! In terms of actually implementing such a system in code, you'd have to create a template system for it, which would change the behavior of the spells depending on the points allocated. It doesn't sound too resource intensive to me, especially when you only cast one spell at most every 1-2 seconds or so, and any large battle wouldn't include more than 80 players (that's the point when even PCs on the higher-end lag out very hard in any RPG I've played). That's just a rough estimate, the graphics are a completely different topic of discussion. In order to make the actual spell design process simpler for the devs, each spell would need to be "categorized", for example "ice ball" and "fire ball" could be categorized using these keywords: damage, projectile, splash damage. These keywords would then determine what you can change about the spell's behavior, and what you can not. Maybe this idea could grow into creating your own custom spells! I'm getting so freaking excited thinking about all the possibilities of such a complex RPG. So many fun and immersive systems that could pop up from this kind of "slow" but "realistic" gameplay. No more spamming 2 buttons for 15 minutes straight (looking at you, every current MMO out there).
Prochy 1) Stop getting me excited too! I am trying to go to sleep! 2) Macro users could still create slowed down key strokes to cast multiple combinations of spells. The best way to fight against this would be to save the last fight log and compare it to the newly casted spells. If the speed is always the same, give a penalty. If the speed of the casting varies per letter but is still the same as one part in the previous cast log, give a penalty. If you find any better way to do it please let me know.
Vezoth That would also restrict those legitimate players at the top of the skill ladder. There are ways through coding to prevent keystrokes from being inputted into the game by another program. You can force "raw input" from the keyboard, which means that any keypress you make will be directly sent to the game instead of being processed through the OS first. If the keypress is not raw input, then it just won't be registered at all. This means that programs such as autohotkey would simply be unable to do anything to the game. We can also have people going around every month and looking for any program that is capable of making such macros, and then the dev team would add it to a detection list- if you have this or that program running, it won't let you cast spells.

Ainz has only been revealed to have created one NPC. The NPC data (the data that could be given to NPC's = Levels for NPCs) was limited in Guilds so it would only fair for 1 NPC per person or just give certain people the permission to make some. Pandora's Actor's only known ability is to copy the abilities and powers of others, but only at 80% of their maximum strength. He was used as a model for the memorials of the Guild Members by turning him into each one while Ainz was trying to replicate how he looked. Out of Pandora's Actors 45 different transformations, we can safely assume that 41 are taken by the Ainz Ooal Gown members. Pandora's actor can't copy the boosts of equipment, unless he wears the real item. He can only mimic the appearance.
pandora's actor is a doppelganger, he can basically copy the build of any guardian or guild member of nazarick, but at around 90% of their power. In a sense he's the weakest of hte guardians as he's not quite as strong as any of them, but also the strongest as he can competently counter all of them.
He could copy 80% of their power and he only had 45 forms in addition to his base form. He can only copy 4 more guardians or other entities. True, he is the weakest of the guardians, but he is one of the stronger once you consider his high intellect being on the same level as Demiurge and Albedo.
I wish he could see more action in season 3 since he is the person who knows ainz the most out of everyone in the tomb. This is because he was created by ainz and had a consciousness all along while ainz was creating him and interacting with him. And he is likely stronger than the guardians because he can transform into characters like ainz which are slightly stronger than the guardians

I just noticed how high his agility is. I mean it is not that high compared to his other stats but compared to this world he's extremely fast. Did we see him move fast once in this series?
Technically we have seen him traveling multiple kilometers instantaneously if we count teleportation magic. Ainz has probably been the fastest with flight magic. I don't think he has been running in the series at all. Agility could also be something that refers to the chance to evade an attack.
It could be similar to evasion. I couldn't find any background about agility in my quick google search. And even if it would be evasion, a level 40 evasion is kind of pointless compared to Shalltears level 70. And besides that there was no fight jet where he had to go full power. Since he can ignore every attack below lv. 60 he probably didn't pay any thought into evading or movement.

Tbh, the book or the novel didn't list all the skills and classes and author just inputted "etc." so we can't really know how many skills does Ainz really has, all of his classes and races, and what are even the spells as it only mentioned he had around 712 (in the novel, they mentioned several or plenty but not the entire 712). Some people on the internet call Ainz stupid or dumb but in reality, he's one of the master tacticians in their guild which is why he was the guild master instead of Touch Me who is a World Champion. Nah he was guild master because he was good at being a mediator between guild mates. The guild nearly shattered because touch me and ulbert I believe, got into a major disagreement over something and touch me stepped down in momongas favor to keep the guild intact.
To answer your question of how any game will implement over 700 spells for a player, If you read the prequel, you will know that in the game there is a kind of selection tree type thing that lets him assign each spell to a combination of selections, and he says that the ability to memorize and flexibly use this tool is the determining factor of the competency of a mage character in the game.
You still miss the fact that the other 42 suprime beens left all their equipment cash magic scrolls items and XP and everything they could pass on to him meaning he also has all their power and for the items that are not of his class he can give to his guardians in order to make them more powerful and there for make himself more powerful

Strength comes from his intelligence and the fact that he can summon a lot of things for example spoiler for the second season all of the guys that are attacking are summons that his summons summoned he has been quoted as saying that he could kill any floor Guardian given enough preparation except the Domain character's one technically not a floor Guardian actually that makes me think if he would have copy someone would he also get there skills I realise he only copy someone to about 80% efficiency but for skills and such if you were to copy someone and then swap would he also be able to use the skills of the second person who copied true then he could just cycle through all of the 41 and just spam out super abilities I would assume his transformation has a cool down Even though I haven't heard it mention otherwise this would be over powered
Mister awdkiwmajwdnawjda Demiurge is the best when it comes to summoning hordes of demons. All of the demons during the demonic invasion of the capital of Re:Estize kingdom was summoned by Demiurge. The Evil Lord Wrath, Jaldabaoth, was also a summon of Demiurge, however it was weaker compared to the one which was seen in episode 2 of the first season. Pandora's Actor has a few flaws. Mainly only copying 80% of his targets strength, only having 45 forms out of which 41 are already taken, and he can only replicate the appearance of items and equipment but not the stats or special effects those items have. He will be bested by the liked of Gargantua and Rubedo. Gargantua is the strongest Floor Guardian when it comes to firepower, however he isn't sentient. Rubedo is the strongest entity in Nazarick, and is theorized to be made out of the World Class Item, Caloric Stone.
So... None of what you said has anything to do with what I said? I already said in the comment that he gets bodied by Gargantua "and a few others" which I could see happening with Shalltear or maybe Albedo and Mare. Demiurge is still really strong since he's capable of working with basically all of the guardians on any role, while also having the incredible ability to summon a lot of demons. Just to see how ridiculously powerful Pandora's Actor is poteintially still, take into the fact that his armour might already be targeted to adjust with his stats. For example, they give a 10% boost to each stat that gets affected. Then, after he transforms, he gets 90% of their power without their weapons and armour to boost them, which might not be nearly as much as what it normally is but for someone like Ulbert, Pandora's Actor would still be an incredible mage. Besides all of that, why is Rubedo theorized to be made of Caloric Stone? I already knew everything that you said; she's the strongest in Nazarick (at least in raw strength, Ainz or anyone with cash shop items prolly wrecc), but why would there be a theory about her and Caloric Stone?
Yes. Grasp Heart is Ainz's favorite spell. If it failed to kill the opponent, the opponent would be stunned for a second. As Ainz didn't know the strength of the humans in the New World, he decided that if they didn't die to it he would escape while they were stunned by the effect of the spell (Episode 3, Season 1:Light Novel Volume 1).
Grasp heath using an ability but a spell and it dosent work on undead like shaltear or himself and it's useless on anyone with high resistance or immunity to instatant death type spells not to mention that he can do it on one person at time the benefit is that even if the person is undead or has high resistance to instant death spells they will still get paralysed with pain for a few seconds because they just had a hearth attack.
This video is great, I love pretty much anything overlord! I only have one thing to correct, and that’s when you said that all the floor guardians are all level 100, which is true except for the 8th floor guardian Victim, who is only level 35 so he has a far lower resurrection cost for when he is sacrificed.
I just finished watching Overlord II. Man i loved s1 and s2 was good too. I watched it in one sitting. The lizard men arc broke my hart and "revived" it, thankfully. The story can easily get way beyond 3 seasons, knowing that s2 covered from volume 4 to 6 of the LN , and volume 13 is on its way. Something i noticed in MAL is that s2 has half the members and a little more than half less popularity. I don't think s3 can surpass those numbers, since for that to happen there should be more people watching s1 and s2 before it. We are yet to see more about the Slane Theocracy.

Fede Juarez It has less audience since it feels some lazyness/lacking on the narrative and animation department. S3 improved , but it needs to show more consistency. S1 was regular Madhouse so they can do better.
My goodness they shoved so much into s3 *facepalm* as expected. But worse was the studio chose to animate the village arc more rather than quickly run it through like the Katze plain arc.
I do too, its just, man, the game from what we have learned of it, is ABSURDLY complicated. Just the sheer number of classes alone would be a nightmare to try to balance, then factoring in the complicated ways to unlock the classes, the fact that so much of the games inner workings are kept secret so whoever figured out something could use it to their advantage, etc etc etc. If someone could make it, I would play it, but I doubt reality could ever match the way it seems like this.
Ainz was a decent pvp player in a group and solo when had Intel. However his unique Eclipse class that can only be achieve by being an overlord lich who specializes in necromantic and death magic(I think it specifies an overlord who masters death). His Eclipse skill "The Goal of All Life is Death" is an op trump card. Not many know about the Eclipse class(they said knowledge like that in Yggdrisil was kept secret as much as possible). The skill allows only instadeath spells to be cast within 12 seconds but when that spell ends it will go off all the spells at once amplified so much that it instantly kills players even with complete immunity to that type of magic. It can only be used once every 100 hours but it is incredibly fucking OP.
Does it really matter since he can't lose no matter what. I mean, the guy challenges and fights NPCs who cant do any damage to him at all. What does that make him? Can you really describe a player like that as "great"? If you have played MMOs you have probably met people like him. Would you describe them as great players? What I would love to see is him finding another PC who will proceed to kick his pathetic seal-clubbing ass. That would make me very happy.

I think it's way too impossible, since all of his friends weren't from the New World in the first place. If by any chances that works, then it's also possible for him to go back to his former world (earth) or at least change his race to Human.

I'm pretty sure that's the concealment from Divination ring. Normal people can't see mana levels. Only people with talents or the ability to use divination type magic can and the ring should protect from both as was the case with Arche.
Ah yes, you may be right. Although in volume 7 the mage worker suddenly got "mana sick" just because Ainz removed his ring. I don't remember her casting a divination spell.
Silent time stop is just time stop but he doesn't have to cast time nor the need to call the spell's name, the "silent" is a buff to a spell that can be put on many spells like "twin magic" "maximize magic" "widen magic" and things like that
No, he is immune to "Death Magic" and "Instant Death" effects, but if you lower his hitpoints to 0, he would die though Ainz also has a ring for instant resurrection (like Shalltear on season 1) so you would have to basically kill him twice.
I have always wondered what it would be like if Ainz came across another player, but more interestingly; an admin of the server. Since most games nowadays have admin exclusive items that only they can have, it made me think about how Shalltear got mind controlled even though it is impossible to mind control a vampire. I was begging that he would come across some sort of admin that stayed to the end as well and ofc knew Ainz as he was top of the leaderboard

That Scene reminded me on a method in SAO:Hollow Realization, called Ex-Dancing. Therefore you Swap between all weapon and ex-Skills (the extra skills for each weapon) and Cast their buffs in a specific Order to have an insane buff of your stats.

We seem to forget that Ainz's avatar is primarily built for ROLE PLAYING, it wasn't a min/max build meant for pvp and stuff, but he somehow and usually wins most pvps when he has enough information of his opponent. He's like Batman in that regard.

The most I’ve seen of the guild during its glory days was that side story featuring the transformation of the clan Nine’s Own Goal to the guild Ainz Ooal Gown, Momonga being appointed as guildmaster, and the guild’s conquest of the Great Tomb of Nazarick. It also gives a bit of insight into some of the Supreme Beings like Ulbert and Bukubukuchagama and how they conduct themselves during combat or doing guild activities
There is a sidestory about that and the backstory of ainz.

I think you may have said things that suggest as much while talking about Shalltear, but never stated it directly: I believe the new world makes roleplaying builds the absolute power.
A power gamer could go far, but having levels in things with complementary lore makes the more powerful being. It's part of why Ainz has been doing so well, and why some of the weakest level 100 NPCs have been out-performing power-gamer builds like Shalltear; their builds have coherent lore for their chosen levels. This world essentially makes the classes real, so roleplay focused builds like Ains and some NPCs wind up being the greatest and most successful in the new world, while power focused ones like Cocyutus and Shalltear require more time to adapt and find their way, because their greatest strength lie specifically in Yggdrasil game fights. Suddenly needing to perform actual duties is their greatest challenge, and has a learning curve, though at least in Cocyutus' case, Ains prepare that for him immediately after Shalltear's failure, though that happens in-between seasons/novels, and is something we know little about. I think the author is hiding that Ains really did just follow his whims and created a plan that worked perfectly due to the fact that he didn't overthink it.
.. and ties into my theory that Ains actually is the genius they all think he is, he just isn't consciously aware of it because he is overthinking himself as a human soul, when in fact I believe he is subject to his characters lore and a lot of his mistakes and random actions actually are him subconsciously pushing things in a specific way. If he relaxed and followed his every idle whim towards a specific goal, things would turn out just fine, out-matching Demiurge's plans and pushing things farther than even he thought possible. When you get down to it, that is exactly how the Holy Kingdom arc panned out, his idle whims and deviations from Demiurge's script pushing the plan far beyond what Demiurge thought possible. Meanwhile, Ains thought he wasn't helping at all, and did his best to convinced Demiurge his actions were intentional mistakes to test him.
This is only possible because he has a lore-focused build: he took classes that weren't advantageous in the game as far as raw power. It would make little difference to a player of a game, but in a world where the game becomes real, he is someone with classes in being an absolute undead ruler, a phenomenal schemer, an unparalleled master of magic, a lord over the forces of time able to call death on even the land itself.
.. and since Overlord as a series originates from the author's direct tabletop RPG experiences, I think it also makes sense from that angle as well. This would mean he is discreetly glorifying the roleplay build, and sidestepping the fact that the characters come from an MMO, making the least capable ones be those who weren't lore-focused.

To put it in a lot simpler terms. The conversion from game to real used not just their stats but their lore, and their biographical memories. The awakened NPC's remember the events they lived through. Every death and respawn, they also remember, player chats that happened in earshot, they remember as conversations they've overheard. Because lore was made real as well as stats, lore explanations would actually change the way powers work. (And possibly modify real characteristics the same way stats do) Then there's the fact that the world they were transported to is... well.... a world, which means the parameters by which events occur follow a fundamentally different internal logic from that of a game. This means by mechanics alone a "role-play" centered build would more organically and vesatilly interface with the fundamental forces guiding said world. Before we factor in the fact that lore is jusy as powerful as, if not more so than stats.
One interesting implicion to this: Because in game Momonga always used Albedo to bring up the dialogue through which he accessed guild administration menus, for running maintenance on his guild, She was known to all as the one to relay most of Momonga's orders, so in becoming incarnate, the interpretation that she was his Queen would have manifest even without modifying her flavor text. In fact the way the awakened npcs processes real memories seems to suggest that the edit itself was something she witnessed, and what was present before the edit, was still part of her character lore. Instead the edit itself contextualized into the lore as the moment they confessed their feelings.(Now would she have been as in love with him without the edit... Is she okay with the edit because it made the lore more reflective of her reality or is she okay with the edit because she approachs that memory from the standpoint of being in love with him? Well that's the dilemma that keeps Ainz from manifesting an ectoplasm cock and going to plough town.)

You got it wrong with the XP summons at 05:30, Eternal Deaths are level 90 but they don't require XP to summon. The only summons which require XP are Overlord Wiseman (lvl 90) and Grim Reaper Thanatos (lvl 90) which are summoned through the skill [Undead Lieutenant]. It's true that Ainz doesn't use his Undead Lieutenants since they require XP but the reason he doesn't use the free high tier undead is because they disappear after a while. Unlike the low and middle tier undead, a human corpse is not enough to keep a high level undead in this world. That was the motivation behind attacking the Lizardmen in volume 4, to see if their corpses were of a higher grade and would allow a high tier undead to stay permanently.

Thinking about it, pandoras actor is the perfect npc for him to make. Pandoras actor can become any one of his guildmates, and so can he. They are both heavily focused on utility, and because of that, if he has the option to use any 2 of the members of nazaricks power, he can pretty much defeat any enemy and solve any problem imaginable given proper preparations. He is more or less omnipotent, so the fact that he is as calculating as he is, just makes him even scarier considering the fact that his only weakness is that he isn't omniscient.

Ainz is a very capable person who can exert several times his normal strength through ingenuity, perfect combo/timing, great knowledge in what works best, and great experience at fighting against other players.
One of my favorite moments in the books is when ainz is panicking until he realizes he can access his inventory and basically goes "I could take on all of Nazerick at once as long as i have this stuff"

This was a really well done video, and the only problem I could find was the fact that an Overlord isn't the final form of the undead race tree. Well, it kind of is, but it has other variants of it that people *can* spec into, but Ainz didn't since most of them didn't actually fit his "dream build". For example, the Overlord Wiseman has proficiency in spell casting, an Overlord General commands undead really well, and an Overlord Chronomancer allows for advanced usage of time related spells.
Off topic, but you mentioned you were unsure of how the game allows for 718 spells, and the answer is simple. The player gets 10 hotkeys in Yggdrasil. For Ainz, he divided each hot key into being representative of what kind of spell tier they were. When you clicked a hotkey, it would bring up 4 rings with 12 spells in each ring and you would select what spell to cast. By doing this math, you have a total of 480 spell slots, and I assume that Ainz just switched out whatever spells he wanted of his pool of 718. That, or, he got more hotkeys for having Dark Wisdom. Either way, he was very good at maneuvering these menus which lead to his success.
I really thought that this was gonna be a video with a bunch of misinformation about how certain spells work or how Yggdrasil is, but it's very good!

Well, it's a major charm of Overlord. While in other Isekai novels, the mc is the op hero or antagonist, in overlord he is just a low- or mid-level salesman who got put in this situation, trying all the time not to let slip he has no clue what's going on, when his npc's assume he is always 12 steps ahead of them. However, I found these moments always cringe worthy in the LN, while it has been reduced a bit in the anime. While reading, I always tried coming up with solutions to fix this, but actually found non, other than replacing the entire character of Ainz. And as the story progresses, he actually puts a lot of effort into improving his B*llsh*tt*ng powers, like watching royalty and leaders to improve his movement and behaviour to appear much more majestic and being in control.
@@Dampfaeus I actually loved that in the LN, precisely because he later tries to copy from role models, because at heart he's still an average japanese guy with no life, though he seems like he was kind of smart drawing from memory how his superiors would act on certain situations and using that as base for his leadership. And my conclusion is that he underestimates himself a lot, even though Albedo and Demiurge do have him running in circles at first, he begins to actually display a level of genius that's not really that far from what the guardians think. This is probably tied into the fact that, as he notices himself, his mind seems to be changing to align with his body, as he became an actual Overlord Lich in the flesh, I mean the bone.

He could have won against Shalltear easier if he had decided to use a World Class Item, but he did the right decision and thought it was too risky. Even if he wasn't able to ever beat Touch Me, he didn't really try to. Warrior Takemikazuchi was one who did try to. Strength doesn't have to be measured in pure combat power. Who do you think wins a fight? One who improvises or one who has a plan for every move the opponent takes? According to chess players, the strategist, or in this case Ainz.

I recently re-watched the first few episodes, and found myself asking similar questions to Ainze. How exactly did they transfer to this new world. I came up with a theory based on the context of the behaviors and dialogue of the floor guardians while talking amongst themselves. And that theory is fairly simple, The floor guardians are the ones who moved Nazarick, and trapped Ainze within. It works off the idea that the various flavor-text and significant modifications to the AI coding of the tombs NPC’s.
I got the idea from a single line spoken by demiurge, “... the last of the supreme beings, who so graciously stayed by us UNTIL THE END.” (Ok it’a not word for word, but it’s close enough), this single line created a contradiction in the shows logic. One that I believe clues us in to something that after a short while gets swept under the rug. HOW.
The NPC’s and floor guardians of the tomb of Nazuriek viewed the original world of Yggdrasil just as they view the world in witch that find themselves. And at the stroke of midnight they largely react as if nothing was different in any way, and only seem to realize that the tomb moved by the change in local topography. later while they pledg themselves to Lord Momonga (later known as Ainze) this trend continues, however wean he leaves, they start talking as if it wear the first time they ever really met him.
How exactly does the quote prove anything? What is the contradiction in the show's logic? How would the AI in the game which had to be programmed by the guild members could develop a plan like transporting Ainz into the New World, and how exactly could they manage to achieve this? The AI in the game wasn't super intelligent and was mainly combat focused. The few commands which they had written into them were for fun.
The Floor Guardians have never spoken to any Supreme Beings directly, but you could be in their presence. For example, in Season 1 Episode 10 we see Shalltear speak of how Peroroncino told Ainz that he couldn't play an ero game which Peroroncino was waiting for because her sister was a voice actor in it. If Shalltear had never met Ainz, then there's no way for her to remember that conversation. NPCs didn't have voices in the game, nor were they programmed to be able to speak or have a conversation with the players.
Ainz Ooal Gown is an anagram I think, for Nines Own Goal. A reference to the goal of the original first 9 members of the Guild.

It was actually a blessing he went for a role-play build. Not the best for PvP in Yggdrisill sure, but totally anhilates anyone and anything in the New World, and is extremely adaptable. His skill PvP'ing stronger builds with his disadvantaged build made him a better Pvp'er in general, and made him the perfect master tactician in the New World.

Yes, but they completely romplestomp anyone they fight. There is no challenge at all. In game terms they are seal clubbers and grey-con farmers, the very worst type of PCs. It has been like that for 4 series. We are supposed to marvel at how great Ainz is.....at killing people and creatures who can't fight back. What is the point of a 5th season if that is all that happens?
While this is supposedly all coming from an MMO, most of this gameplay reminds me a lot of a D&D campaign. Its a really fun mix of MMO mechanics and D&D mechanics.

When it comes to casting so many spells, I had this interesting idea that as a spell caster, you'd literally just have a text bar, and you'd have to type out the name of the spell. Not the full spell name, because you could create a "shortcut" similar to autocorrect on smartphones. The shortcut could be just a single letter, or it could be 10 letters, and the length of the shortcut would be forced. For example, tier 10 spells would require 10 characters, and the faster you type the spell, the "faster" it is casted. There would be some cast time post-activation, to create a skill ceiling, so good spell caster players couldn't be just straight up unbeatable.
The english alphabet has 26 letters. This means you could have 26 tier 1 spells available at any given time. That's obviously the first magic you learn, so you probably won't be using it for very long, and even though there are probably more tier 1 spells than tier 10, it's fitting that as a low-level spell caster you can't cast that many spells. But there is no "maximum character" limit, you could have a tier 1 spell have a 50 character shortcut if you so desired. But as soon as you'd get into tier 2, you suddenly have 26^2= 676 spell "slots" available at any given point, made up of simply 2-character shortcuts, such as "ad" "eg" "ok" "lo", etc. From that point on, the amount of spells you could store at any given time would not be a problem.
So with this system, a spell such as The Goal of All Life is Death (above 10th tier, so 12 characters minimum):
thegofallfed (shortened version of the full name condensed into 12 characters, made with both hands typing on one side of the keyboard in mind), or
qwertyuiopas (mash the top row and then 2 more letters)
etc., the possibilities are endless.
This would be incredibly hard to balance, but it would allow for the spell-casting part of the game to be purely skill-based. You wouldn't click anything. You wouldn't navigate any menus or have hundreds of hotkeys, all you'd have is a single text bar. You would have to remember a really extensive list of shortcuts, but you could make them much easier to remember by just "shortening" the name of the spells to the required amount of characters, or anything else you could come up with, since there are no limits, only the character count. If you misspell the shortcut, the casting fails. To prevent yourself from casting the wrong spell, you can always cancel the cast via backspace.
To me, this would feel really close to real spell-casting, because you often see the characters of the show saying the full name of the spell before it is activated.
When it comes to casting on the move, you couldn't, unless you were skilled enough to write with only one hand, and move with the other.
Prochy It seems like a cool idea in my opinion! Not only would it make spell casting a bit harder, but it would limit spell spamming too. The only thing that I could see happening to counter it, would be the usage of macros to type your favourite spell(s) or spell combinations with the press of a button making all PVP against a someone who is able to cast tier 10 and uses macros really hard as he/she can cast a spell 10 times a second.
So far the only problem I see with this, is that The Goal of All Life is Death is a skill that buffs instant death magic and not a spell.
Vezoth I guess you could have separate shortcuts for buffed instant death magic (with TGoALiD) and unbuffed instant death magic, since it is not a spell but something that buffs spells, but I'm guessing it consumes MP, or increases the MP consumption of the spell, so to be efficient you'd setup two shortcuts to avoid excess MP usage. There'd have to be more design work put into this idea for it to be implementable. The actual character limit for the shortcuts would have to be further worked on to actually balance it. Maybe make it not locked by tier, but by actual power of the spell? Each spell would have its own character minimum. So a tier 1 fireball could have 2 characters and a 1.5 second cast time + the projectile travel time in order to deliver the damage. But a tier 10 fireball (if such a thing would exist) would require 12 characters, 2.5 second cast time + the projectile travel time.
As for macros, the spell casting could be balanced further by including a maximum of X keystrokes per Y milliseconds, making it so you can't ever type anything instantly. This speed limit would need to be tested to see what works best. But I'd guess a baseline of 1/5th of a second, meaning you could do 5 keystrokes in one second, which seems reasonable to me. That'd most definitely prevent people from spamming high-tier spells. Once again, the character limit would have to be adjusted and further balanced.
Extremely fast typers that have perfect muscle memory for most of their spells would be able to cast everything very quickly, but it'd take months and months of practice to achieve something like this, but that is exactly the point of this system! Imagine people that would also train to do it with one hand.
Another idea I had to make spellcasters more interesting and to increase the depth of the RPG and choice in character development would be to introduce spell "attribute" point allocation.
For example, the splash radius of a fireball, or it's projectile travel speed, or some more basic things such as its damage or mana cost.
This would mean that besides leveling your character and allocating stats, you'd also gain attribute points for each spell individually to allocate into that spell. Think of the possibilities!
In terms of actually implementing such a system in code, you'd have to create a template system for it, which would change the behavior of the spells depending on the points allocated. It doesn't sound too resource intensive to me, especially when you only cast one spell at most every 1-2 seconds or so, and any large battle wouldn't include more than 80 players (that's the point when even PCs on the higher-end lag out very hard in any RPG I've played). That's just a rough estimate, the graphics are a completely different topic of discussion.
In order to make the actual spell design process simpler for the devs, each spell would need to be "categorized", for example "ice ball" and "fire ball" could be categorized using these keywords: damage, projectile, splash damage. These keywords would then determine what you can change about the spell's behavior, and what you can not. Maybe this idea could grow into creating your own custom spells!
I'm getting so freaking excited thinking about all the possibilities of such a complex RPG. So many fun and immersive systems that could pop up from this kind of "slow" but "realistic" gameplay. No more spamming 2 buttons for 15 minutes straight (looking at you, every current MMO out there).

2) Macro users could still create slowed down key strokes to cast multiple combinations of spells. The best way to fight against this would be to save the last fight log and compare it to the newly casted spells. If the speed is always the same, give a penalty. If the speed of the casting varies per letter but is still the same as one part in the previous cast log, give a penalty. If you find any better way to do it please let me know.

You can force "raw input" from the keyboard, which means that any keypress you make will be directly sent to the game instead of being processed through the OS first. If the keypress is not raw input, then it just won't be registered at all. This means that programs such as autohotkey would simply be unable to do anything to the game. We can also have people going around every month and looking for any program that is capable of making such macros, and then the dev team would add it to a detection list- if you have this or that program running, it won't let you cast spells.

Ainz has only been revealed to have created one NPC. The NPC data (the data that could be given to NPC's = Levels for NPCs) was limited in Guilds so it would only fair for 1 NPC per person or just give certain people the permission to make some. Pandora's Actor's only known ability is to copy the abilities and powers of others, but only at 80% of their maximum strength. He was used as a model for the memorials of the Guild Members by turning him into each one while Ainz was trying to replicate how he looked. Out of Pandora's Actors 45 different transformations, we can safely assume that 41 are taken by the Ainz Ooal Gown members. Pandora's actor can't copy the boosts of equipment, unless he wears the real item. He can only mimic the appearance.
pandora's actor is a doppelganger, he can basically copy the build of any guardian or guild member of nazarick, but at around 90% of their power. In a sense he's the weakest of hte guardians as he's not quite as strong as any of them, but also the strongest as he can competently counter all of them.
He could copy 80% of their power and he only had 45 forms in addition to his base form. He can only copy 4 more guardians or other entities. True, he is the weakest of the guardians, but he is one of the stronger once you consider his high intellect being on the same level as Demiurge and Albedo.
I wish he could see more action in season 3 since he is the person who knows ainz the most out of everyone in the tomb.
This is because he was created by ainz and had a consciousness all along while ainz was creating him and interacting with him.
And he is likely stronger than the guardians because he can transform into characters like ainz which are slightly stronger than the guardians

I just noticed how high his agility is. I mean it is not that high compared to his other stats but compared to this world he's extremely fast. Did we see him move fast once in this series?
Technically we have seen him traveling multiple kilometers instantaneously if we count teleportation magic. Ainz has probably been the fastest with flight magic. I don't think he has been running in the series at all. Agility could also be something that refers to the chance to evade an attack.
It could be similar to evasion. I couldn't find any background about agility in my quick google search. And even if it would be evasion, a level 40 evasion is kind of pointless compared to Shalltears level 70. And besides that there was no fight jet where he had to go full power. Since he can ignore every attack below lv. 60 he probably didn't pay any thought into evading or movement.

This is so interesting, I just rewatched Overlord, binging from season 1 up to the latest vid in 4 days, I LOVE IT.
Tbh, the book or the novel didn't list all the skills and classes and author just inputted "etc." so we can't really know how many skills does Ainz really has, all of his classes and races, and what are even the spells as it only mentioned he had around 712 (in the novel, they mentioned several or plenty but not the entire 712).
Some people on the internet call Ainz stupid or dumb but in reality, he's one of the master tacticians in their guild which is why he was the guild master instead of Touch Me who is a World Champion.

Nah he was guild master because he was good at being a mediator between guild mates. The guild nearly shattered because touch me and ulbert I believe, got into a major disagreement over something and touch me stepped down in momongas favor to keep the guild intact.

To answer your question of how any game will implement over 700 spells for a player, If you read the prequel, you will know that in the game there is a kind of selection tree type thing that lets him assign each spell to a combination of selections, and he says that the ability to memorize and flexibly use this tool is the determining factor of the competency of a mage character in the game.
You still miss the fact that the other 42 suprime beens left all their equipment cash magic scrolls items and XP and everything they could pass on to him meaning he also has all their power and for the items that are not of his class he can give to his guardians in order to make them more powerful and there for make himself more powerful

Strength comes from his intelligence and the fact that he can summon a lot of things for example spoiler for the second season all of the guys that are attacking are summons that his summons summoned he has been quoted as saying that he could kill any floor Guardian given enough preparation except the Domain character's one technically not a floor Guardian actually that makes me think if he would have copy someone would he also get there skills I realise he only copy someone to about 80% efficiency but for skills and such if you were to copy someone and then swap would he also be able to use the skills of the second person who copied true then he could just cycle through all of the 41 and just spam out super abilities I would assume his transformation has a cool down Even though I haven't heard it mention otherwise this would be over powered

Mister awdkiwmajwdnawjda Demiurge is the best when it comes to summoning hordes of demons. All of the demons during the demonic invasion of the capital of Re:Estize kingdom was summoned by Demiurge. The Evil Lord Wrath, Jaldabaoth, was also a summon of Demiurge, however it was weaker compared to the one which was seen in episode 2 of the first season.
Pandora's Actor has a few flaws. Mainly only copying 80% of his targets strength, only having 45 forms out of which 41 are already taken, and he can only replicate the appearance of items and equipment but not the stats or special effects those items have. He will be bested by the liked of Gargantua and Rubedo. Gargantua is the strongest Floor Guardian when it comes to firepower, however he isn't sentient. Rubedo is the strongest entity in Nazarick, and is theorized to be made out of the World Class Item, Caloric Stone.
So... None of what you said has anything to do with what I said? I already said in the comment that he gets bodied by Gargantua "and a few others" which I could see happening with Shalltear or maybe Albedo and Mare. Demiurge is still really strong since he's capable of working with basically all of the guardians on any role, while also having the incredible ability to summon a lot of demons.
Just to see how ridiculously powerful Pandora's Actor is poteintially still, take into the fact that his armour might already be targeted to adjust with his stats. For example, they give a 10% boost to each stat that gets affected. Then, after he transforms, he gets 90% of their power without their weapons and armour to boost them, which might not be nearly as much as what it normally is but for someone like Ulbert, Pandora's Actor would still be an incredible mage.
Besides all of that, why is Rubedo theorized to be made of Caloric Stone? I already knew everything that you said; she's the strongest in Nazarick (at least in raw strength, Ainz or anyone with cash shop items prolly wrecc), but why would there be a theory about her and Caloric Stone?

Yes. Grasp Heart is Ainz's favorite spell. If it failed to kill the opponent, the opponent would be stunned for a second. As Ainz didn't know the strength of the humans in the New World, he decided that if they didn't die to it he would escape while they were stunned by the effect of the spell (Episode 3, Season 1:Light Novel Volume 1).
Grasp heath using an ability but a spell and it dosent work on undead like shaltear or himself and it's useless on anyone with high resistance or immunity to instatant death type spells not to mention that he can do it on one person at time the benefit is that even if the person is undead or has high resistance to instant death spells they will still get paralysed with pain for a few seconds because they just had a hearth attack.

This video is great, I love pretty much anything overlord! I only have one thing to correct, and that’s when you said that all the floor guardians are all level 100, which is true except for the 8th floor guardian Victim, who is only level 35 so he has a far lower resurrection cost for when he is sacrificed.
I just finished watching Overlord II. Man i loved s1 and s2 was good too. I watched it in one sitting. The lizard men arc broke my hart and "revived" it, thankfully.
The story can easily get way beyond 3 seasons, knowing that s2 covered from volume 4 to 6 of the LN , and volume 13 is on its way.
Something i noticed in MAL is that s2 has half the members and a little more than half less popularity. I don't think s3 can surpass those numbers, since for that to happen there should be more people watching s1 and s2 before it.
We are yet to see more about the Slane Theocracy.

I do too, its just, man, the game from what we have learned of it, is ABSURDLY complicated. Just the sheer number of classes alone would be a nightmare to try to balance, then factoring in the complicated ways to unlock the classes, the fact that so much of the games inner workings are kept secret so whoever figured out something could use it to their advantage, etc etc etc. If someone could make it, I would play it, but I doubt reality could ever match the way it seems like this.

Ainz was a decent pvp player in a group and solo when had Intel. However his unique Eclipse class that can only be achieve by being an overlord lich who specializes in necromantic and death magic(I think it specifies an overlord who masters death).
His Eclipse skill "The Goal of All Life is Death" is an op trump card. Not many know about the Eclipse class(they said knowledge like that in Yggdrisil was kept secret as much as possible). The skill allows only instadeath spells to be cast within 12 seconds but when that spell ends it will go off all the spells at once amplified so much that it instantly kills players even with complete immunity to that type of magic.
It can only be used once every 100 hours but it is incredibly fucking OP.
Does it really matter since he can't lose no matter what. I mean, the guy challenges and fights NPCs who cant do any damage to him at all. What does that make him? Can you really describe a player like that as "great"? If you have played MMOs you have probably met people like him. Would you describe them as great players?
What I would love to see is him finding another PC who will proceed to kick his pathetic seal-clubbing ass. That would make me very happy.

I think it's way too impossible, since all of his friends weren't from the New World in the first place. If by any chances that works, then it's also possible for him to go back to his former world (earth) or at least change his race to Human.
IF that worked, he needs to be super careful about who to bring back, since his guild was roleplaying evil overlords. If he wished someone back, and they became that character, like his guardians, he would summon a literal demon king into the world

-An unnamed ring grants slight concealment on Ainz from any source of divination.

-Shooting Star, Grants the ability to cast the super tier magic Wish Upon A Star without any XP cost or cast time.
-An unnamed ring that protects from any attempts to alter behavior in some way

I'm pretty sure that's the concealment from Divination ring. Normal people can't see mana levels. Only people with talents or the ability to use divination type magic can and the ring should protect from both as was the case with Arche.
Ah yes, you may be right. Although in volume 7 the mage worker suddenly got "mana sick" just because Ainz removed his ring. I don't remember her casting a divination spell.

Silent time stop is just time stop but he doesn't have to cast time nor the need to call the spell's name, the "silent" is a buff to a spell that can be put on many spells like "twin magic" "maximize magic" "widen magic" and things like that

No, he is immune to "Death Magic" and "Instant Death" effects, but if you lower his hitpoints to 0, he would die though Ainz also has a ring for instant resurrection (like Shalltear on season 1) so you would have to basically kill him twice.

I have always wondered what it would be like if Ainz came across another player, but more interestingly; an admin of the server. Since most games nowadays have admin exclusive items that only they can have, it made me think about how Shalltear got mind controlled even though it is impossible to mind control a vampire. I was begging that he would come across some sort of admin that stayed to the end as well and ofc knew Ainz as he was top of the leaderboard
