One of my friend attended a walk in Interview Kerala and he got an offer letter to Nesto in Oman. They told him that they will call him within 2week. The interview was July 4th 2023 in that offer letter mentioned offer letter will be 30 days from issue date.30days is over but they didn't call yet.what is the wrong with this, is they call? He is still waiting for their call pls reply as soon as possible
Mam can you tell how to handle the situation where employer does not fulfill the promise of salary and future raise in interview and offer less salary in offer letter and no talk about raise in future.

I am supposed to join a company tomorrow and the situation that I am in this is a great offer but the currently employed company is asking me to serve at 2 months notice period which is not possible and if I serve 2 months notice period my offer letter would be revoked and if I join the new company my present company won't be providing me with my PF amount and experience certificate. I am in a tight spot. can you help me with a mail where I can let them know that I need to lead my team at this time and cannot strand them. I also need to stay in touch with them for future openings. I have a question. since they already did offer me and offer letter and right now I am about to decline, will this affect my future interview or placement with the same company, will they consider when there is an opening next time?
