I made this recipe today. It is the first blended meal I tried with this consistency, using the syringe method. I must have cut and measured wrong because I ended up with 22 oz in the blender. so, I made it into 2 meals. I am so excited to have something other than a commercial formula. I hope some of your future recipes with have some measurements that include grams or ounces to help us come up with the same thing we see on your channel. Thank you so much for what you are doing. You are a blessing and answer to my prayers.

Great recipe. Can you use canned beets and carrots? Could I substitute cottage cheese for the feta in the same amount?

I think you have to fix your audio ma'am. The volume is inaudible even if I put my phone's volume on maximum.

Hi Patricia. Thanks for your comment. The audio seems to be working for me on all my devices. I wonder if your TH-cam volume might be turned down?

When I blend rice and vegetable broth , it turns into a gluey mess. Any ideas?

Hi Kathy! Rice can be tricky to blend because it is so starchy and can absorb so much liquid. In my experience, long grain rice (Basmati for example) blends much better than short grain rice. It's also helpful to cook the rice with some extra water because it will absorb less water when you go to blend it. Using some veggies in your blend will probably help the overall consistency because blending rice alone means that your blend will be super starchy and starch=gluey. My final tip is to use plenty of liquid and blend long enough that the rice is totally broken down but don't keep blending past that point because it will just get thicker and thicker. Also, starchy blends are always best used right away as they tend to thicken a lot when stored. I hope this helps! There's a ton of info about how to make easy, smooth, nutritious blends in my online course. You can check it out on my website. www.naturaltubefeeding.com All the best!
