Thanks for sharing the experience maine bhi apni laser surgery karai hai eye 7 hospital hai and mera Experience bhut accha rha mera vision bilkul perfect hai
Its been around a month ago, i had my lasik surgery done in eye7 hospital delhi. there were 3 follow ups been done. Dr. Rahil allowed me to do sports activity. Now I'm playing cricket without spectacles 👓.
That’s so amazing to know! I’m glad you’re liking and enjoying life without specs. I’m loving it too. One of the better decisions in life :) Did you have any side-effects?
Having been an optician and having some knowledge of lasik surgery one thing I know is that because you actually wore contact lenses rather than glasses to correct your eyesight. I am basing that on looking at all of your You Tube caps and not seeing any with you wearing glasses. So something you didn't mention is that you were instructed to not wear contact lenses for a certain amount of time prior to getting your surgery. The amount of time can vary depending on how often you wore contacts as well the doctor doing the surgery. So for maybe as much as three weeks you were wearing your glasses all the time. Now the reason you needed to stop wearing contacts is because when you wear contacts on a daily basis your contacts form a ridge where they sit on your corneas. That ridge needs to flattened out for the best results of lasik. Also to be a good candidate for lasik your eyesight should be completely stable. That means that for at least 12 to 18 months you didn't need your glasses or contacts prescriptions changed. So i'm assuming your eyes were in fact stable. Because you seldom were seen wearing glasses many of your friends were surprised to see you wearing glasses and maybe didn't even know you wore glasses or contacts. Honestly, you look really cute wearing glasses and I'm sure you were told that by others as well. Over the years in talking with people that have had lasik most all of them said they actually didn't mind wearing glasses and in fact even liked how they looked wearing glasses. What they didn't lie was not being able to see without their glasses. I wonder if that might be the same with you? I'm sure you hated waking up each day and when you opened your eyes all you saw was blur until you ut your glasses on. Anyway please provider an update on your vision and how your eyes are doing now after 18 months since getting lasik.
Congratulations !!! I can completely understand the relief from glasses. I also had my Silk Laser operation with Dr Rahil Chaudhary and it was wonderful experience
could you pls state your cylindrical and spherical powers for both the eyes? also pls state the axis for both eye. and for how long were they stable for you to opt for lasik?
Wow,there is so much to ask you know getting afraid because as there are also cases of Lasik going wrong for the people.well you must have gone to a well certified specialist i would really like to know the location you went to get Lasik done and the cost.thank you
Did you do a prior research in the doctor before going to him? Also I’ve my lazik eye test tomorrow. But i can’t get my lasik done for a week . Is the gap of one week fine before the lasik surgery?
At 5:07 when did you go for follow-up? The first day after the surgery? Also could you see the last two lines clearly on the refractive test when you went for the follow-up? (where we read alphabets). I went for the follow-up yesterday just after a day of my surgery. I couldn't see the last two lines clearly although, I could read it. Thank you so much in advance, waiting for your answer.
Hey, it was the same with me. I could read the last lines but not with perfect clarity. Your eyes will take a week or so to completely adjust to the new vision. Keep putting your eye drops/eye gels as suggested by the doctor and there’s nothing to worry. And yes my follow-up was the next day after my surgery.
@@AlifiyaLakdawala Thank you so much Alifiya! I got super panicked in the morning today. Almost cried 😂. I hope things get better. How are you doing now? It's been a month, hope Lasik got you all good.
Before it was nothing. After the surgery for about 2 weeks yes. But again, for the first month you are on eye drops/lubricating eye gels prescribed by the doctor so it should be absolutely fine.
hey,i had my lasik 20 days ago and i cant face the sunlight or bright light or i see scattering or light around shiny objects do u feel the same issue?

Hi, it is about a year since you had your eye surgery. How are your eyes right now? Any minor side effects, please share if any. Lastly, can you recommend this Lasik? Thank you
Hey. The only side effect I would say I have is dry eyes sometimes. I put the refresh lubricating eye drops whenever I feel like I have spent too much time in front of a screen or its dry weather. Otherwise my vision has been perfectly fine. I would recommend it because it really improves quality of life not having to worry about glasses. Depends on your eye power and how comfortable you are wearing glasses. Make sure you do your research and get it done from an experienced doctor that's all.
Congratulations on your surgery 🎉 So for how many days did the doctor suggested to put the eye drops for ? I’m planning to go for Lasik in the next week !
Thank you so much. I had to put lubricating eye drops for a month post surgery, 3 times a day. Good luck for your surgery - life is sure to be much better afterwards:)
I have a question related to your hair. As I can see after botoplexx treatment ur hairs are straight, is it because of blow drying or this much straightened ur hairs get because of the treatment???

I’m doing so much better. It makes life so much easier without glasses so I would suggest going for it if wearing glasses or lenses is something you’re tired of.
Hey, the doctor suggested Lasik based on my eye health, age and eye number that needed to be corrected. I had only farsightedness that needed correction and the healing time with Lasik was comparably faster than Smile. But to be honest, I went with the doctor’s opinion on this. Have you done an eye surgery as well? Or considering to?
@@AlifiyaLakdawala I'm a retired optician and having been R -3.75 / L -4.25 you were nearsighted, not farsighted. It's been at least 18 months since you had your lasik surgery and by now your eyes should be as stable as they are ever going to be. So In reading all of the questions asked of you and your replies to them your right eye seems to be a little less than perfect if things at a distance is a bit blurry still. When you went for you year exam how well were you able to see the eyechart? You should be at around 20/15 in both eyes which is slightly better than what is considered as being perfect vision. Did the doctor suggest or maybe even prescribe you with glasses to correct the vision in your right eye? Now I'm sure the thought of needing glasses again isn't high on your list of things you want. But if you were to need glasses they would be extremely weak and only needed part time. Your previous glasses were much stronger and without them you really weren't able to see much of anything were you? Without your glasses / contacts everything was just blobs of color.
Hi Alifiya, I am also planning to go for countora vision surgery from Ojas eye hospital. How is your quality of vision? Are you happy with the results? And lastly, what was the cost of your surgery? Thanks!!
Hi, I had contoura vision on 28 Feb 2023 and I since then I am facing halos, starburst around lights. Dr. Said it’s because of dry eyes and I will be fine after 2 months. Please share your experience regarding this. Thanks
It’s completely normal and yes it’s because of dry eyes. My vision stabilized after almost 4 months so there’s nothing to worry. It’s your eyes adjusting to the new vision. Keep applying lubricating eye drops that the doctor has prescribed.
Hi , happy to know that you are doing well after the surgery ❤️. I wanna correct my vision for my armed force officer medical test , after how much time i ll be able to attempt the vision test perfectly? Thanks in advance 😊
I would say it depends person to person and how you recover. I would say within a month your vision should stabilize enough to go ahead with test. I would also suggest getting a quick follow up with your doctor post surgery to see how your eyes are recovering and then proceed.
I need your help. I have just done with Contoura lasik surgery 4 days ago and now I am not able to read near anything, now I am able to see the batter without glasses, but I am not able to read near and far things.
