how long to not wash face and other activites? what all is banned with duration please. After the dowontime can we do snorkelling.swimming, any high pressure activity normally? hot water in eyes?
Congratulations! I can only imagine what you must be feeling like. I am planning to lasik done too, but the one thing that gives me anxiety is the fact that you can actually SEE the laser when the procedure is being done. I fear i would just start moving if that happens because I’d be so scared. 😢
Same story of my eyes dear… my parents didn’t took me seriously when I was in 7th standard that I cannot see the black board and eventually same to same . But my eyes were -5.5 one eye and -6 for another Bcz my specs was tedha… then I did my laser in 2010 since then Masha Allah I can see properly.
Even i had same experience like you. I lost my true version at class 6 i told my parents but they didn't agree then eventually after couple of yrs my version getting even poor. And today I have 4point of both eyes. And do so I'm to thinking about Lasik surgery
heyy! I got my eyes checked today for the lasik and I am going for surgery someday in next week .I am wearing specs from last 12-15 years and started wearing contact lenses occasionally from last 2-3 years. I can totally relate when you said about crying. because the thought of seeing without specs or lenses make me so happy. I am so scared about the surgery. this video really helped. please it will be nice if you give more updates about aftercare. It will really help to hear from someone who have gone through the surgery.❤❤
This is suuuuchhhh an informative video!! Thank youu sooo much! I’ve had sight for a long time now and I know the feeling of just going into things blindly and searching for spects with blurry vision 🥲 And I’m shit scared of anything going into my eyes that I’m even scared of using contact lenses! I only use spects! That’s how scared I am! This video has given me so much info and soooo much confidence cuz my boyfriend has been convincing me to get lasik done for a while now! I guess I will be watching this video again and again just to get the confidence and muster up the courage to actually get it done! 🫶🏼 Thank you sooo soo much 💕💕 Lots of loveee to youu! And Happy Wedding Anniversary to you and Gerry Bhaiyya💐💐🥳🥳🥳🥳♥️♥️♥️♥️ wishing you another year of fun, love, success, happiness and positivity 🧿🧿🧿 #WearFam 💕

Same power -6.5 and when I was a kid I was scared to tell them that i couldn't see the blackboard in class so i sucked big time in foundational years of schooling but eventually ( but late) they figured it out and it took a while to catch up . Getting my Lasik done in a few days , hopefully everything works out okay because it's literally a dream come for high power myopics.
Omg same. I got sight when I was in 6th standard. Even my mom didn't believe that I couldn't see the blackboard 😢 When I went for checkup doctor said me that I wouldn't have gotten sight if I had come before because I had a very less sight at that time 😓 From 6th standard I'm using specs now I'm 21. My parents don't allow me to put lenses even 🥲
Ohhh sorry!!! I'm super late this time as I'm having my exam on monday so didn't have time to watch ur video bt here I'm after a whole day!!! Feeling sad that i didn't made it earlier!!! Bt still i love you the most!!😭😭💗💗
Thank you so much for this information Can you please tell did you have any retinal holes in your eyes? Because my number is the same as yours and I had got my barrage laser done yesterday..
Thankyou for vlogging your Lasik surgery experience 🩷🙏🏻 really appreciate 🌸 I got my Lasik surgery done on 19th January and though it was a very very scary experience for those 20 mins and the pain i felt for a few hours after that, i was so relieved that i can see with my own eyes ✨️☺️ #WEARFam
Hey Aanam! I did my laser too around 15th Jan! Finally gave in! Had all the thoughts that you had! Alhamdulilah its life changing! Cant believe i can see with my own eyes😅 I was always using contacts for almost 8 years! Thanks for the vlog!❤
Really informative video❤ I can just imagine how specs free world looks like, I also had my lasik done from India's best doctor Dr Rahil Chaudhary. Experience is just happy.....
I have been wanting to get a lasik done for the longest time. I would really want to know the after procedure situation and issues that u might have been facing with your eye. 😅 #wearfam
omg me too??? my mother did not believe I could not read or see the board and my opening eye power was negative 2 at 11 years old *clown emoji* I want to get lasik done too but my number has not been stable since I study and read a lot and I cant find the free window to get it done!
Your lucky I saw you had your family and friends specially your mother by your side when doing the surgery I going to do the same surgery after 15days but nobody is there for me I am living alone in Europe and I have to do everything alone even for cooking and eating staffs I have to manage them all alone myself 😢😢😢
I just had the same surgery as you had the traditional lasik 3 weeks back, I still have cloudy vision and lack of accuracy , have you felt the same? My power was same as you
That's great but SMILE is a better surgery, you don't need to apply makeup for 1 week, after care is minimal, pre care is minimal, 0 to no side effects, surgery does not happen it's a 30 second process, good for you you got a nice experience but this is for the others!! I've gotten smile done 4 years back feels like a dream go for it yall
@@aditidwivedi6719 it's a new updated form of eye power correction, it costed me 1.5L and now it might change, it's. A painless procedure, 30 second procedure, you need very little pre and post care like eye drops that's it and you can go about your life as usual without any hindrance
1. How long do the effects last? / Or is it a one time thing that works lifelong ? 2. Complications of the procedure - short & long term 3. Long term do's and dont's after the procedure 4. Is it an expensive procedure?
Hi. Although it's an informative video I'm sorry to say that your doctor didn't really present you with all the options for Refractive correction. You probably won't informed about Femto second (bladeless) LASIK, not the second PRK that you described, neither did she tell you about flap less Relex SMILE procedure. It would have been a much safer option and a faster recovery, also reducing chances of dry eyes drastically. Sorry for your loss.
I also came to know about my eye condition when I wasn't able to read the board in class and I noted down the content from my friend's notes and i was asking her that how come she able to read the board but not me. I didn't realised that I have weak eye sight back then😅😅😅
I got it 1 week before but now I can’t see the near things clearly , as my near sight was excellent before surgery. Did anyone experience this ? Please share
Even I had same story dear my mum took me seriously when my teacher told her to take me to doc and I use to go and sit down on the floor to copy what’s written on board 😅😅😅
I had my lasik a week before but i see a little blurry, got 6/6 vission but its still blurry feels like i have applied lenses so when will this blurriness go?
Very informative and detailed video about Lasik I've ever watched on internet ❤ you are such a positive person and now I'm getting motivation from you and gathering all the strength to get my Lasik done.. I've also high myopia plus cylinderical power i know all the struggles and pain you have discussed earlier in this video about poor vision...
