Person who owns cctv apps are stockers. If you have children don't use them.
What is recommended p2p app for BunkerHill brands DVR cameras plus VMS?
You can get the appropriate P2P software by scanning the QR Code you see during the start up of your DVR
@@Tech_Inside_Out ok but my brand does not have that nor VMS.
You can try the Jovision VMS for it but for cloud P2P, it won't work since the device ID won't be recognised.
Hi Bro,explain little more about log in,1 direct log in 2, cloud log in 3 local log in!?
Log in has to do with having acess through required pass
Direct log in may be used to refer to on site or physical machine log in
Cloud log in refers to the use of the Peer-to-peer app to acess the device

Adding other mobile devices can be done by remote view sharing.

If yes,how is it possible
1. The router supplies Internet to the DVR so that the DVR becomes present on the Internet.
2. Once the DVR has Internet and because Internet doesn't have distance limit whereby if an information is placed on Internet, no matter where you are, you can access the information. It is in like manner that when your dvr has Internet, you can access your videos wherever you are in the world.
3. Just follow the configuration steps and you should be able to setup your cameras to be viewed on your phone

hello, do you have any video on password reset for Hikvision DVR? I have tried looking for a factor reset button inside the DVR but didn't find any, I also sent a mail to the support team but the reset codes they sent still didn't work and I also don't have real-time access to the email address used for recovery
1. Am yet to do videos on hikvision
2. When you are given a reset code, that works when your equipment is online, so you will have to provide Internet for your device and do the reset.
@@Tech_Inside_Out I have my router connected to the DVR but at a point because of their late response in sending the code there was power⚡ outage which turned off the device. This is the message I got when I used to reset code, it said something about encryption location is empty.

There is the need for internet access provided to the DVR. If there is another way you could provide the internet without using a router, that is acceptable.

That depends on your camera brand. Some brands make it possible whilst others do not.
How do I change the old user login of my NVR?
You would have to log out from the first device to be able to log into the new device

When you log on to your NVR or DVR, under network you can find the ID of your machine

It may be caused by week Internet in the NVR or DVR. Please check the Internet and be sure it is strong enough.

You don't have to be near the cameras to be able to view the cameras so long as you have Internet on the NVR or DVR
Its posible to view ip camera on a mobile phone without internet
Viewing Cameras on phone without internet access can ONLY be possible when the phone is on the same network with the cameras, that is if you are using a router and your phone is connected to the router through the WiFi connection without the internet service and your cameras are also connected to the router.
The above situation is a view via Local Area Network but not a Remote access because once your phone goes out of the range of the WiFi network, you CANNOT access the cameras again.
You try to blurred out your cloudsee ID but we can see when you’re typing on your keyboard 🤦🏾♂️

Unless your DVR has a wifi receiver through which you can connect internet into the DVR.

I can't find the "cloud id" section in my dvr cctv
You can also get it when you are booting up the DVR, they normally give a qr code to scan to pick it up. They will present you with one for IOS, Android and one for the device serial number. You will have to scan either the ios or Android depending on your device.

Please you need to download the app for your camera brand. Example, when you are using Hikvision, you need hik connect app. Jovision is CloudSEE.

You can obtain the cloud id when you connect the cameras to the vms software.
You can as well get it when you connect the camera to the DVR and access the details of the camera.
You can obtain a DVR and all camera accessories from Most IT hardware shops.
