In the settings how do I extend the length of recording please. When someone comes on my drive I only get 20 seconds of recording. When I go into remote setting , Motion detection then advance configuration I set the delay to 54sec hoping it'll record for 54 but I only get 20sec recording so I only see the person approach the house but not leaving. Could you explain what the delay function exactly does please. On my tv screen I can set it to record for as long as I want so I actually see someone entering and leaving my premises. But on the app on my phone I only get 20 sec Thanks for your time
Hi, The delay option will extend the motion recording, which will be seen on the playback bar; however, what you need to do is extend the video attached to the push notification. This is changed on the app by going to Me > Settings > Changing “Video Duration in Message.". It will always give you 10 seconds more than it is set to, so if you set it to 1 minute, you will get a 70-second clip. Hopefully this gets it working. Hi @game4alaughman, if you do not have the password or access to the recovery email address that would have been setup during initial installation then you will need to contact a local security installer. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are not able to assist in resetting passwords or factory resetting devices.

Hello Nancy, Any footage that a camera records on an SPRO system cannot be edited directly for security purposes. If you wanted to edit footage then this will need to be copied from the recorder and edited elsewhere, but the recording on the NVR/DVR will remain unedited.
Hello, If you and your partner are both using separate accounts on the DMSS app, please follow these steps. First, go to “Me” and then select “Device Sharing." Then, select the device and press “Device Sharing.”. It will ask you to scan the QR code of your partner's account, which they can find by going to “Me” and pressing the QR code at the top of the screen.
