I have to thank you Mike. Thanks to you and C.T I've been able to almost double my deadlift and added about 50lbs on my squat in about 2-3 months. My girl also was also able to break some plateaus and increase her deadlift as well as squats.

Bent over rows in the more upright position are usually referred to as "Yates Rows" after Dorian Yates. When performed correctly, the lats are in a mechanically much stronger position than the tradition bent over rows at 90 degrees that hits the upper back more. If you want to really target your lats then Yates Rows are the way to go.
I love doing pull ups with kettle bells. I find it pretty cool that we both do the same thing. Max out, and struggle to get a rep or two in, and then drop the weight and pull reps out. I love your vids and the content you all put out. Keep up the good work.

If you watch any of his other videos he ALWAYS says "do what you can do not what i can do" which means when your doing drop sets know YOUR limits and push yourself to get stronger everybody starts off week some can lift more than others but if you stay consistent and focused and it can be done
