Miss V I’ve discovered that men are actually much better at keeping things tidy as opposed to women! I’m a woman 🤓 I love to bake all day but it’s my mom and sister I depend on to help clean up. I’ll keep working on my cleaning skills though and take notes from this guy 💪😉

Finally someone showing me how to properly blast steam into an oven not fitted with it ( like most home ovens ). I've been having issues with having a roasting tray full of water in the bottom which gave me a shiny and smooth bottom on the bread. This is the way! Also, fantastic work! Really relaxing and educational to watch.
I must say you are the epitome of a one man show! Prepper , Baker, marketer, advertiser, salesmen, displayer, clean up crew, customer service rep, cinematographer and film editor! Daunting and no easy task! Well organized and looks like all your grommets are fined tuned like a fine time piece! Bravo!

I just found your channel today. I have an extreme love for baking. Although my oven is horrible and I have been begging for a KitchenAid mixer for about 15 years (haven't got it yet) I still try my best and love watching videos of people baking. I tried my hand at puff pastry a few weeks back. Wasn't too bad. If my oven wasn't so overly hot I think they would have done better. One day I'll have better equipment to work with so I can just bake my heart out. Until the. I can live vicariously through you and the other fabulous bakers here on TH-cam 😊.
