    Good stuff, Coach. As I have gotten older (now 64), I have learned the value of stretching like this. Now I need to be more disciplined in doing these stretches. Thanks

      That's awesome you're still dedicated to training at 64! And you're absolutely right, stretching is very important and only takes 5 mins per day.
