Who else is trying to get those nice Mohawk turns
There good if you play defence just practice
In the beginning before you move your legs it looks like there is no chair and you're just kind of squating. I thought, dang that's some serious quad strength
😂 haha that's funny ... didn't notice that until you said it
That wouldn’t be strength that would be some mad magic
thankyou i'm trying out for all star and i feel the stretch
Great video. Thank you
I have a big tournament this weekend I’m showing my team this Thanks

@ 0:23 I thought you were floating 🤯😂
strangely enough i always sit in that piriformis position, and i felt no discomfort at all putting pressure into that knee
Don’t forget 2 12oz. curls pre game.
Me to
I'm still trying to figure out why I can't crossover very well, any stretches that hit anything particular for crossovers?
Hey Luke, this mobility workout is great... I'm guessing your hips are tight like most players!
Do you have any routines for goalies?
Coming soon - for now you can check out our conditioning program www.hockeytraining.com/nlc-pro
do you have to warm-up before doing these stretches? Or just doing this after training..
These stretches are best on non-training days... you could do a bit of a warm up before getting into the stretches if it makes you feel better
Thanks for the video. The stretches are not recommended as a pre game stretch?
Every. Day.
C try
on that first stretch (pressing on the knee) I feel zero stretch on the inside where you are pointing, but I feel a ton of stretch at the outside of my hip
Yes you will most likely feel it in your piriformis muscle which starts at the front and runs along the outer hip (where you feel the stretch).
Dr klan extra ordinary magnitude
Is your knee supposed to hurt when doing the first stretch in chair
Nothing should ever "hurt" -- but a stretch is normally somewhat uncomfortable. If it hurts, reduce the range of motion of the movement and apply very little pressure.
Engage/stretch your toes backwards and it will take the strain off your knees. Also support your knee with your hands if needed. It shouldn't hurt the knee.
0:28 i thought he was floating
Is that real ice or something
Piper Shafer No it’s not
