Been whipping up by marysville for years but I still love watching TH-cam videos on whipping! Great video! Wonderbread and vampire were hot for me this year
My ABSOLUTE favorite way to walleye fish and do them all. They need to put a piece of plywood on that roof of that boat house! Been like that for years. I myself use 2 leads. Sometimes 2 body baits. Bombers are my go to body baits. Buddy uses 2 pencil plugs and has no problem catching either. Cool video
@@garyb4566 I think he meant from the last hook of each lure how does it not tangle with the one behind it or get twisted/ tangled. If he hasn't piggy backed lures before I understand the confusion
I watched you put 3 lures on each line with 3 hooks per lure. Total violation of the Michigan fishing regs. 6 hooks per line max. FYI you are not in Lake St.Clair.
If you look up what they consider a hook. One Lure is a hook. So if you want to be maxed out you could use 6 lures technically. No I was not on lake Saint Clair. I was on the St. Clair River.

Just curious, how many feet between the sinker, Rapala and pencils plugs is your setup?
usually 6'
How do u get the plugs tied inline without tangles, just a swivel off the last hook?? thanks
Snap swivels on leader line
@@garyb4566 I think he meant from the last hook of each lure how does it not tangle with the one behind it or get twisted/ tangled. If he hasn't piggy backed lures before I understand the confusion
On the end of the pencil plug, there is a little eyelet where the hook is connected with a ring that is where you hook the leader line to
this winter was phenomenal. nobody out in your spot and big fish
Maybe I missed it, What do you use for main line and leader line?
The leader line is just 30 pound mono
Nice day boys🤙🏼
I can’t find anyplace that sell the pencil lures , always seem to be sold out
Can anyone suggest a place ? Tia

I want to get into whipping where would I get those short whipping rods
Anderson's pro bait in Port Huron. I use line counter reels. You don't need expensive reel for this kind of fishing.
