    Ingredients:
    2 medium-sized onions
    1 medium-sized red bell pepper
    3-4 pieces of green bell pepper
    Half a bunch of parsley (30 grams)
    3 cloves of garlic
    2 medium-sized tomatoes
    400 grams of medium-fat ground beef
    1 teaspoon of pepper paste (10 grams)
    1 teaspoon of tomato paste (15 grams)
    Sufficient amount of salt, ground red pepper, black pepper, and chili flakes
    1 teacup of vegetable oil (85 ml)
    For the dough:
    5 and a half cups of flour (550 grams)
    Sufficient amount of salt
    2 cups of water (400ml)
    Preparation:
    Preparation of the Filling:
    Pass the onions, red bell pepper, green bell peppers, parsley, and garlic through a food processor.
    Transfer to a mixing bowl.
    Process the tomatoes in the food processor and add them to the mixture.
    Then add the ground beef, pepper paste, tomato paste, salt, and spices, and mix well.
    Finally, add the vegetable oil and knead the mixture.
    Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Dough Preparation:

    Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.
    Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.

    I'm a chinese guy from Texas. When I was a kid I went to Istanbul and had this. I had no idea what it was but it was one of the best damn things I've ever eaten. I've never been able to find it back in Texas, but now I know how to make them, thanks to you!

    Elinize sağlık. Bir kaç tavsiye; Sac tava kullanın, daha ince açın, açılmış hamurun üzerinde bir miktar un kalsın (tütsü kokusunu sağlayan budur) pişerken ağzını kapatmayın (fizik kuralları gereği üzerindeki pişmeden hamurunuz yanmaz, daha gevrek olur) Hamuru koyduğunuzda tava kızgın olsun, koyduktan sonra tamamen kısın, tekrar koymadan yine ısıtın. İşi ilerletip biraz lahmacuncu havasına girerseniz daha iyi işler ortaya çıkar. Malzemeyi koyduktan sonra hamuru biraz çekiştirin mesela. İlk başta zor gelir ama üç beş tane yaptıktan sonra alışırsınız. Malzemeyi elle dizmek de aynı şekilde, bir kaç sefer sonra kolayca öğrenebileceğiniz bir şey. Profesyonelleşin. Ben 10 senedir dışarıdan lahmacun almıyorum. Odunun kendine has aroması dışında dışarıdakinden farksız oluyor. Artık yiyenler ben söylemediğim sürece evde saç tava üzerinde yaptığımı fark etmiyor. Eliniz alıştıktan sonra çift yada üç saç tava yada büyük yufka fırınına geçersiniz. Ben 1 saatte 50-60 lahmacun yapıp buzluğa atıyorum. Et olarak yarı yarıya dana yasız tranç, kuzu boşluk kullanırsanız dışarıdakine daha çok benzer. Bu günün fiyatlarıyla (kıyma 200 lira) pişirme dahil 50 lahmacun 250 liraya geliyor ki bu tanesi 5 lira demek. Makarna fiyatına lahmacun :)
