It needs a different solution for the attachment of the front rack. Such a cool bike with some shiny parts and than this emergency solution is undignified.
Where did you get that mount for your phone?
REI sells them (or at least something very similar) but check out the reviews. I decided to go with "quad lock"

Your bike is pretty cool, but your military boots are horrible, need to change your shoes dude!!
I think you will find there not military boots, but cycling overshoes, to keep your feet warm and dry, as his pedals are clipless, you amateur.
