    Thanks Dr Dasari. I think all these years of education and working is killing me. I am now planning to change my job and do something that could help me and relax my mind and body.

    Wish my doctor would of helped me cause I've been living with UC for long time but was only gave antibiotic's which gave me C-Diff that sent me to emergency room, my doctor told me there is no cure for UC. Now, I've been doing Intermittent Fasting and low carb diet. That has helped my inflammation in my body. Also, I break my fast with protein. Started last April seems to help my gut issues. What do you think about Chia seeds, started making smoothies in my diet. Thanks for all you do Dr Chanu!

    I disagree with the mention of kids eating all kinds of junk with basically no impact. Kids these days are severely overweight, sick way more often and have far more mental disorders than any other time in history. Especially in North America, children's diets are generally downright terrible. Otherwise this is a great video!

      They still don’t get it do they. It seems so bad to me that our govt /companies willfully try to kill the own citizens/customers. Keep fighting!

      He’s not saying there’s no impact in general. He’s saying in kids it doesn’t cause inflammation like it does in adults.

    • @marvanbee
      @marvanbee 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @AstroGetm that didn't seem even implied to me, but even if that were the case, I'd strongly disagree with that too.

      I agree. But there are alot more diagnoses 2024 than 2000 or before 1940s. You have to put things in perspective. Kids are ofcourse eating worse thing that almost cant be Said to be food. But there was alot wrong with foods before that aswell.
      Yes it dosnt help. And eating bad food isnt great.
      But people say humans should only eat meat. Yet, no teeth in humans show we should.
      Its hard to say whats the cause. Its not just food. Its exercise, moving, mental, stress etc.

    Probably one of the best videos I’ve seen regarding this subject. Paleo and keto do NOT exclude phyto nutrients. We now have the ability to test our epigenitics early in life to help with our individual needs and requirements. 99.9% of the doctors I’ve seen in the last few years (25 lab coats driving their beloved Mercedes) scoff at this… yes I use inflammatory language sorry. I’m fully expressed mthfr AND comt. Love health and peace everyone. Thanks for an articulate video doc!

    Thank you for this video I hope you see this comment, I’m in Australia. I was diagnosed with UC in 2010 after five or six colonoscopies and multiple different types of treatments. I advise my gastroenterologist that I’d like to get off my medication as it was giving me consistent thrush for over 12 months. My immune system was really taking and I don’t believe the medication was working as well as it was when I initially got diagnosed. To put things into Perspective only had mild colitis. I was blessed compared to others. I’m not been off my medication 14 months and I’ve had a few small flareup. I’ve had my stools tested and they’re always clear but this time I’m going through a flareup and my stool came back with double the amount of inflammation. I’m gluten-free dairy free don’t drink alcohol or coffee and avoid food. Also don’t eat red meat. I want your opinion on what you think of the peptide PCB 157. I’ve heard it alterative colitis and inflammation and intestines. I believe that diet, herbs and supplements can heal this disease. What’s your thoughts?

    I was diagnosed with DM (dermatomyositis ) in 1991 . I have been on IVIG since 1993 . before that I was on many different drugs for DM at first . Prednisone I cant tolerate anymore . Gave me osteo . So what can I use on my ulcers? I am highly allergic to antibiotics . For some reason in August after eating a pizza from takeout , I began bleeding from my gut . I went to ER and they did mot find anything . but referred me to a gastro dr . I went but they cannot see me for the colonoscopy until Jan . I have been staying off dairy and gluten . And I notice if I drink coffee it causes pain and reflux , so I am going off this too . I have never been a person who eats crap foods . I am vegetarian too. I eat lots of local grown eggs . and lots of green foods and fruits bananas and grapefruit juice and and pure cranberry juice .
