As Ive seen, although im unsure of that, Ichika Nito prerecorded a few of his vids, but he can pretty much play them in its speed anyways. (btw, nice bunta pic you got there)
Wow he plays so smoothly yet he is tapping those strings really hard! Also it looks like a secret to such accurate playing is to practice without amp. That is biggest lesson I've got today.
I watched a little while that there's basically 3 ways to train songs and playing with amp, it's clean, barely driven, and audibly distorted and overdriven to the point where you have to actively shut the eff down your guitar (strings, bg noise and others) so it doesn't sound as bad as it could. It practises your speed, accuracy and on-the-scene playing skills respectively so you train a lot more than just strumming/tapping/picking in quieteness. It's all personal preference though, and i also think that Ichika's unplugged training here has a place, it helps you sound better without any special effects, and trains your ears a little more i think
Ichika, thank you for posting those kind of videos, many awesome players give us only final product, but none cares about education of their audience and will to learn stuff. Any theory based videos planned?

Yo thats awesome, guitar is a real fun hobby. Hopefully you have a good experience, and if you ever feel down about playing, what's helped me out in that situation is realising every great guitarist out there started off where i was. Have fun yo.
