This is why it's important to be able to vote. It's also important to right wing to suppress the vote so they can continue to have Their minority in power, To have more senators from right wing controlled States.

The FBI gathers the evidence while the DOJ presecutes the evidence. The fact that evidence has been collected can be stated but the details of such evidence can be withheld until required by law to be revealed.

FBI Director Wray has answered all the questions of this committee with considerable patience and professionalism under oath. The majority of comments on this video thread attacking him are narrow and lacking understanding and empathy for the massive administrative responsibility he holds. Director Wray has done an adequate job in answering the questions from the perspective of his agency, the FBI. He has shown a tremendous breadth and depth of knowledge in regards to all of the topics brought up by the committee, and a sincere concern while stressing the degree of importance each item has in his agency. However, in other instances he was asked by a number of Senators to answer very specific questions calling for immense details, which he, like any administrator of his magnitude, must refer to his research and investigative team on, before answering, to ensure accuracy and understanding being communicated in a public hearing. Further, many of the Senators themselves brought up highly politicized questions wanting him to comment on them, in many cases asking for his opinion on legislation, to which he cannot answer, because Director Wray understands his answers must reflect the FBI's position as an agency, which is to approach their area of law enforcement with neutrality on such political opinions and only focus on enforcement that is in line with legal and constitutional action or actions that follow long-standing rules and policies of safety within the department. Department heads in any part of government or even public may not always know, off-hand, the exacting details of various aspects of their organization, nor should they be expected to; since, they have to review massive amounts of info and data, synthesizing it and assessing it at the administrative level to make educated, statistical, legal, and evidential decisions for their department or agency. This is why they have sub-admin and researchers on their teams that specialize in the myriad of concerns in our country. His willingness to get specific questions answered back to Senators in writing was a professional response, considering the highly politicized topics and phrasing of questions brought to him by some senators. Additionally, some of his answers more than likely also reflect the sensitivity of material. Senators are doing their job to ask questions for their state and constituents, as they should, but don't forget they also sometimes use their time to grand stand and press political views. The FBI has a massive job to do all over the nation, domestically, including incoming foreign threats, and the men and woman in uniform address diverse and complex issues using research, investigation, and law; they do not, in any large scale sense, get involved in politics nor allow politics to dictate the mission of their agency. If anything is clear by Director Wray's answers, its that he stays clear of political questions for exactly that reason, the agency has no say in those matters, nor is it relevant to their work. The FBI has to follow Federal Law and abide by legal authority to take actions as well as stay within their areas of focus as outlined by the policies of their agency under the DOJ & Executive Branch. These men and women of uniform have tough jobs and do the hard work of combating all sorts of illegality, corruption, and wrongdoing in our land on behalf of all of us. With that said, it is the role of Congress to provide oversight of the FBI, and it is our duty as citizens to report wrong doing that we may believe to be occurring within agencies; however, we must work together Congress, FBI, media, & citizens to flush out 'bad actors', using law and legal avenues to prosecute them; it is not healthy for our democracy to attack the entire agency, repeat misinformation, and aim ridicule at these public servants - the majority of whom are good American citizens, doing their job, like you and me. ~Peace & Blessings
