If I understand well according to the Secret Service Director the Secret Service does not know exactly what went wrong. Will be any political rally/ convention postponed till the report is done and the Secret Service can figure out and fix the problem? The Republican convention was held 3 days ago. Was it oversaw by the Secret Service? If so, can we say it was safe knowing they do not know what went wrong at the previous one? Will the Democrat convention postponed if the report and the fix not implemented in time? Which Service will oversee the security of it?

well I am not a veteran and respect our veterans and military to the fullest of my abilities. Saying that what we as Americans can purchase in gun stores as weapons of war is so wrong . Weapons of war are fully automatics as well as explosive ordinances,and training in how to use them in the unfortunate event that war breaks out. Why don't we focus on mental health issues and get back to respecting each other and not just trying to kill someone for making you mad. But Saying that what we can buy as Americans is the same as what we give our soldiers is wrong the only similarities would be the calibers 223 ,5.56. Anyone that hunts can tell you calibers that are used for hunting can be way more devastating. Taking guns away from law abiding Citizens thus leaving criminals with their guns and thinking this is the answer to mass shootings and gun violence is so far off its offensive to law abiding citizens who own and treat guns in the manner that they should be

I love all the attempts to bring up gun control... Talks of mass shootings, school shootings.. Yet id argue the *vast majority* of gun violence is by handguns, usually in the Inner City via gangs and thugs.
