Yup, mine has brand new bushings and still moves that much. That’s why when people put longer shackles on they get death wobble and erratic handling issues.
Always good to see "the help" My Samurai is a '92 and i put the internal tracker fuel pump in my tank with the 1.6 8V. I got into my Samurai this week . My fingers can grip the shifter but cant I yet lift my arm to the knob yet. It is now 3 months after my stroke and ill eventually get there. hardest thing i've ever done.
Rig looks awesome! Love the wide stance...and the way you go around corners, this is a perfect upgrade. I was wheeling out at Jim's creek this weekend and I am definitely gonna need a lift on my 87 Sami!
Looks good, the wheel spacers give it that "lets Go" look as the trail dominator that it is. It's amazing how the stance can change so much with only 1" spacers. For a Sami or a tracker, as light weight as they are, do you see any real harm in a Lincoln locker in the rear. Maybe some tire chirrrrrpppping on tight turns.
Thanks buddy, yeah I had a spool In the rear and I didn’t like the road manners with it locked up that tight. The lunchbox locker has just enough give that it makes it easier to drive on the street. But I’ll be installing TRE E lockers in the next few weeks so I’m super excited about my daily drive when those are in there
I think this was the simplest upgrade you and Ronan have done so far. Love the new wheels!
Thanks mom 😁
I never realized how much the leaf springs move when turning, no wonder mine drives so much better now that I changed out the bushings lol

I put 2” 5x5.5 to 6x5.5 wheel spacers on mine, seems 6x5.5 wheels are a lot easier to find and a lot more choices in size with wheels and tires
Definitely 👍
Love those wheels. Time for 40s!!! Hahahaha
I wouldn’t mind throwin some 37’s on it, but not sure they wouldn’t rub when she’s flexed out
Nice👍
A bit wider stance should help in a few different situations too. Looks good also. PHAT🙂
Yep, now I can lean her over like a street bike in those round abouts 🤣

Blahahahaha!!! I'd watch that...
@@TimbuckCabins she tippy 🤣
Clint do you not add loctite to your inner wheel spaccer?
Nope, no locktite, only the torque wrench to 100 ft/lbs
thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching bud
You guys have a exhaust pipe bender in the shop?
No sir, I just had to cut and weld up a header for the 2.0L swap we just did. What you trying to get into?
@@CTMadModz just need to expand an exhaust adapter just a bit to slip over power steering reservoir I am making taller
