Hi guys I've been watching this on a big UHD screen and I can't see the difference between the vids. A good friend of mine decided to buy a new Phantom 3 standard and I wanted the same but as I was on a budget I bought a refurbished one. My friend got upset because here again there was no difference between the two. Mine is as new as his and I saved more than 200 bucks. Thank you Mr. Refurbish. Nice vid guys keep it up.
I just got a refurbished phantom 3 4k but I don't need to wire in the pad for the controller, it's just with wifi. I wonder now if I can, or if I should... hmm.
Aidan Curren with 4K video you can have more option and flexibility to edit without loose any quality movie, you can try 1080P original movie vs 1080P movie edit from 4K video looks better than original 1080P
So you used USB in stead of WiFi on your phantom 3 4k , how did you do that , thought you could only use wifi with app , what DJI app did you use ? Would like to get a reply please thank you 🙂
Hi lads I've got the phantom 3standard drone and I love it. I payed £450 U.K. Money. I've had it a year now. I use iPad Air 2 with it. I had to buy a tablet holder of eBay. I love using my iPad Air 2 nice and big screen willl 9.7 inches and it's a good tablet to use with the drone. Thanks for your video man. Keep up the good work
Just an observation but after seeing multitudes of videos, it seems that the stock props are the most efficient and balanced (out of the box) props for the p3. Just noticed how loud your drone was. I had same issue

KGP MEDIA HOMEE hey buddy. Do a ton of you tubing but if you don't feel like you're going to be videoing and uploading all the time, just get the standard if you're on a budget is my opinion. The pro does have longer range but you can get an aftermarket antenna
Is it possible take the video system out off dji frame, cut the motor to save weight and mount on airplane as a separate system just to have hd fpv video signal
this is exactly why I can't stand DJI my Yuneec Typhoon H and Q500 dont break your balls every single fucking time theres an update or request you to register,,

Awesome video my phantom 3 standard does fine for what i use it for but wow that 4k camera is really crystal
Nice review. Just picked up a Standard 3 for $400 new. Figured for that amount it was worth getting my feet wet and taking some video.

Honestly, I can't really see the difference in the video or photos from each model. I just don't have that much of an eye for video or photo quality.

Question - why do you hook a cord to your tablet from controller? Any advantage? I just let them connect wireless.

Me have one phantom 3 4k but this drone can you not fly long after 500m drone come home distanse is bad on this.

What is the cable coming out of the 4k controller??
The cable is for USB connectivity between Remote control and the phone or tablet running with the
App DJI GO.

Yeah, I had carbon fiber props on my old P2 and noticed it wasn't as stable as it was with the stock props.
