I've been using this bag as my personal item bag for months now and it is such a hack. I tried using packing cubes and they are amazing but now I switched to a duffle bag. Tried Nomad Lane's Bento bag and it's a good choice!

Yes! I have a microwave steaming bag from Medela I like and a portable bottle washing station

For my case, as I'm going to travel alone with my baby, how did you manage to eat and go to bathroom on a long flight time?
Kind of tough but depending on their age baby carrier in the bathroom and eat when they sleep
