Luxury condos in Bangkok are crazy. This is the heart of Bangkok. This area is a rich area and has everything here: luxury restaurants, clubs, bars, luxury hotels, luxury department stores, BTS Skytrain. Of course, this kind of luxury, and at this price, you will never find in Europe.
The amenities are first class, but the condos were disappointing, even the penthouse. My #1 building in Bangkok is still Mahanakhon.

So, I’m assuming the one bedroom is 45,000 BKT per month? Not bad at all for a super luxury condo. However, I wish these condos would focus more on actual living space, and less on amenities. Let’s be honest, you’re going to use that game room or spa three or four times during your entire stay there! The only amenity I could see myself using on a regular basis would be the gym. the focus should be on increased living space.
I agree. Modern condos focus way too much on amenities and not enough on size

Very nice building and great amenities. I have been in luxury highrise sales for many years. The amenities are great and a lot of people purchase because of them, however, the reality is the vast majority of tenants never use them! The developers should focus more on creating larger units.

The common areas look incredible. The problem is the size of the condos. They all just appear really cramped. Especially the bathroom/bedroom in the one bedrooms.

The place has definitely fantastic facilities but the units space is tiny, it's like they only focused on the common areas providing luxury feel. For 1.2k usd monthly isn't worth living in a luxury shoe box 😮

Facilities only use for marketing. We spent most of our time in the apartment, rather have bigger room and be comfy than tiny shoebox. A nice gym in the condo would be nice though.

Facility is very beautiful, but I wouldn't buy it because the condo itself is too small.
How much does it cost to use one of those bar lounges for private party and does the TV viewing areas cost to use? would be nice to know what is included and what costs extras to use with your guests.

The bedroom size is fine. Would like a bit more room in the main spaces, but I think the point is to get out of the house and be healthy.

Yeah, might use some savings and buy one. That place is DOPE!!! I'm in Seattle and my house is like $900k, no amenities or anything. Amazing what you can get in Thailand for sub $300k!! My cousin has a place in Bangkok, a place in Phuket and a place in Vietnam, Now I know why.....

They need to put that money into the actual apartment in Thailand . The apartment is more important than the common area!!
For the same Money you can also get a Condo in Kuala Lumpur or Vietnam.

Heard of google? There are probably 10 websites like hipflat etc. where you can browse the rental listings for any building in Bangkok including this one. Takes like 10 seconds to be looking at all the details!

Cool but the patio was so small I could not call it a patio with a straight face a tiny table and chairs would fit but then there is no room to walk. Now the 2bed 2bath Is big enough to live in, Im just scared how much they are going to ask.
Bedroom is bit tight, little claustrophobic for me, but maybe just look that way in the vlog.

What are the condo fees?
Nice overall video! However, from my experience visiting Thailand. There are a numbers of issues that I concern. 1. Most buildings in Thailand are not sealed properly. This will allowed dust, pollution, etc. get inside, 2. There is no central AC system in the unit. You might save in energy cost but there is a potential of mold and mildew to grow.Thailand's heat and humidity is no joke. 3. Building construction methods, the buildings might look impressive but if you look closely construction is quite shoddy. For example, Suvarnabhumi Airport is not aging well. This due to poor construction and maintenace of the facility. Buildings in this video have several water features, these could potentialy created water proofing and maintenance issues (especially long term) 4. Lacks of building code, most buildings in Thailand will not pass IBC (International Building Code). Handicap accesible is also a major issue. What is the average monthly maintenance cost? I hope this perspective helps.

Foreigners purchasing these properties dropped by 98 per cent, with just one sale to an overseas buyer.
In April last year, the ABSD for foreign buyers of residential homes was raised from 30 per cent to 60 per cent, as part of cooling measures set by the government to stabilise the market.
This means that for a S$5 million home, buyers will have to pay about S$3 million in taxes.

Great video but sorry those are glorified boxes. That’s all too common in these new Bangkok apartments. You are living in basically a tiny home. NO THANKS. That will get old trust me. If you live there, you’re paying for the amenities plain and simple. The only place that actually looked like a normal apartment was the penthouse.

The building and amenities are TOP, notch, The buildings are beautiful, modern, high tech. I was sold, until you showed the actual apartments. I can't understand why they would design them so small, they are tiny shoeboxes. The only one that was halfway decent was the duplex, but for the price they would charge, I just couldn't justify. Great video production though!
that's very true. To be honest it's mutton dressed as lamb. The rooms are so small you have to squeeze round the beds. The ceilings will be low too. They try to wow you with all the facilities but what's the point in paying a high price and then going back to a shoe box.

For a such a high end project, but the bedrooms are an afterthought, so small and the useable area is low. Pity because it's like more focus was put on the facilities and amenities.
