They look AMAZING!!! When you add oil to make them more crispy do you keep the same amount of butter and just add oil? Or do you take out a certain amount of butter and replace ir with oil?

As I have been testing more recipes, I have been adding the oil to the other sugar based cookies and have been liking the outcome! You can definitely add it if you like, the only difference it gives is that buttery crispy texture to the edges that I have been liking. :)

I bought the Twix Cookie..it was not loaded with Twix Bars..just a plain old sugar cookie with Caramel, Chocolate and a Twix bar.
