THANK YOU !! I make a frittata every Sunday for lunch. They vary with the ingredients used. Beef, chicken, & vegetables, - whatever works, Cheese & onions are mandatory items. This Easter Sunday, the Frittata will have - Mozzarella, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Cauliflower, & Peas. And of course 4 eggs. No pan will help give flavor like a well-seasoned cast iron frying pan !!! 😋😋👍👍 Another great video. Keep up the great job that you do so well !!! 👍👍👍

Thanks for the delicious recipe. I did some homework regarding feta vs goat cheese and they seem to be similar one part sheep and goat and the other all goat respectively. I have always loved omelets with this cheese. Glad to see you upgraded me to this dish of frittata! Years ago I got the omelet in Houston at a 24 hour Greek restaturant (Beba's Ones a Meal) after late night dancing on my way to Galveston Island to spend the weekend. Food, places and music make a memory.

Yes! This recipe would also be great with goat cheese (I actually have a version of this in my cook book made with goat cheese!). SO delish!
