    My little son will be disabled for life.
    My other baby is waiting for the diagnosis.
    Im a revert. I had a life full of family problems. I converted young. 4 y ago i left everything, my friends, job, part of family. Everything for the sake of Allah.
    Im struggling with my imaan. And I know its haram to think like this but I feel unloved and betrayed by Allah.
    Please make duaa for me.

      @@NafisasPearlz 🤣♥️thank you so much. It was difficult at the beginning for sure. It was a pleasure to know I was giving them the best milk for their bodies.
      I had the guidance of my midwife but, I studied herbs for years when I was younger for health reasons. Western medicine has always scared me.
      The Milk thistle and fennel is safe for momma and baby. It also helps with colic the baby may be dealing with from time to time. Though some babies are more colicky than others.
      This was years ago for me. I know there are guidelines in Islam and I am still learning. So, I know you would know if the herbs are permissible or not.
      They are natural and not altered. It is just the plant dried.
      It is a beautiful journey and you are a such an amazing human being. Your daughter is so blessed to have such wonderful human beings and Muslims for parents, Alhamdulilah 🤲🏽♥️.

    JazakiAllahu Kheir for this video. Just wanted to give my 2 cents worth about breastfeeding and fasting... Sometimes it is a lot for your body to fast everyday, last year I ended up with a pretty bad UTI so after finishing my antibiotics I had to just do one day on, one day off, cos fasting can affect milk supply as well, especially when your baby is young... Tho the year previous my other child was older while breastfeeding and that year I managed the whole month Alhamdulillah.
    Also for your taraweeh bag, throw in a nursing cover.. I've exclusively breastfed my kids Alhamdulillah, and a nursing cover is the one thing I don't leave the house with, even if I just fold it up in my pocket and don't take anything else with me lol.. thing with taraweeh is, the people and the sounds, bright lights when trying to nap and everything is so overstimulating for babies... Nursing can help sooth her better than a bottle... Tho I hope it goes well for you! My husband leads taraweeh, and as much as I'd love to go read behind him just one night even, I haven't been able to with kids... That, and I know how passionate he is about not bringing kids who disturb other people's prayer 😅 (he is all for bringing your kids to every other prayer cos it's shorter, and using that as a chance to teach them mosque etiquette - but not taraweeh (especially if it's the only time people bring their kids to the mosque), cos he gets complaints from both men and women about kids and babies, and he also finds it makes it difficult for him and the other readers on the days kids are being too loud) ... But I do hope it goes well for you.. I would suggest maybe these few weeks leading up to Ramadan, go for Isha and see how it goes with your baby's routine and then you'll know if you're able to manage her routine and going taraweeh..

    • @NafisasPearlz
      @NafisasPearlz  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes nursing cover is essential for mothers who nurse.
      As for people who complain about babies in the mosque I think the masjid have to make more accommodation for mothers to make it easier for them to attend the mosque. I have a masjid near where I see a lot of mothers with small children and a room is preserved for them, they are encouraged to attend if they can.
      I would also like to add that it not compulsory to pray all the rakahts of tarawee as the imam does so for me when I do go insha’Allah, I intend to pray half, finish off with my witr alone and go home when the imam takes a short break half way through.
      Again, women can pray at home if they want so none of this is a must! This is something I want to do because every year I have always attended tarawee since I was a teenager and I don’t want that completely broken because I have children.
      Love the idea of trialing out with isha prayers 👌🏾

    Just a question about the pumping. Do you find that when you feed with a bottle prepared with previously pumped milk that it reduces your milk supply over time? Because you are producing less on the days that you feed with pre-pumped milk? My mother thinks this would happen but she isn’t familiar with the pump and store approach that many seem to do currently. Again, wonderful video. Love how you talked so holistically about the prep you’re doing.

    • @NafisasPearlz
      @NafisasPearlz  ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven’t noticed any difference but then I still nurse her directly each day as well as using the pump so I haven’t gone a single day without nursing her directly. I believe once your milk supply is stable, it’s usually fine.

    • @NafisasPearlz
      @NafisasPearlz  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Walaikumsalam. Masha’Allah congratulations for making the intentions to go this year insha’Allah.
      Tarawee can last longer in some masjids compared to others so it might be a good idea to ask how many your masjid tends to pray but it usually lasts at least an hour with some break in between or no breaks at all. The imam will pray in two units of prayer and then finish off with witr. I also recommend you get there in time for isha so that you get a comfortable place to stand.
      You don’t have to stay for all of it but if you can then great. If you leave before tarawee in your masjid finished then remember to pray your witr separately before the night ends insha’Allah.
      In the first few days there may be a lot of people at the masjid and also on weekends and during the odd nights so try to get there early on those days insha’Allah.
      May Allah accept your efforts in his cause and all the best insha’Allah.

    You can't fast you're breastfeeding Allah gave you that freedom n opportunity. When baby sucks breast the breast produces what baby needs in that moment activated only by babys mouth machine won't get tailor made needs due to pump. Breastmilk is miracle from Allah that has different consistency vitamin for different time of day and melatonin for when baby need sleep. Pls try letting baby suck before pumping at least
